Great ...
I originally purchased this in a medium tall but returned it for a large tall to get a bit more of a looser feel (I normally wear mediums in Athleta tops). I do note that you will probably need to wear a sport bra or regular bra underneath, even though this has built in support - to avoid the "headlights". They were pretty noticeable. Otherwise the top is soft, comfortable and well styled. Its flattering where it needs to be and a nice longer length. I wore it to Yoga and was actually able to do down dog without the top slipping up over my head. I liked it so much I ordered another color.

Great ... 36DD Athletes
I am 5'8" 165 lbs 36DD normally wear 8/10. I ordered this top in Mercury and Purple and absolutely LOVE this ... have even worn it to work - looks very dressy with a necklace. The built in ... plenty big for my 36DD chest - but does not offer a lot of support. However it is nice to have that fitted layer below the ... wear a 36DD so you double up the sports bra also looks nice when ... regular bra. The rouching hides my bit of chub in the mid section. I love this ... very happy with my purchase. The fabric is very soft and stretchy. Washes well.

LOVE this top!
I am 5'7" and about 135 lbs. I wear a 36C bra (almost down to a 34C) and this fits beautifully! The Mercury (greyish/silverish) in size small was a perfect fit for me. It has a shelf bra, which is great if you are ... yoga or some light impact exercise. I wouldn't recommend it for running unless you wear another bra as well. I actually wore this to work the first time, with a little black sweater (short sleeve, short waist sweater) and got a lot of compliments. It has just enough "dressiness" to be perfect for the office, but I did wear a regular bra underneath, to reduce headlights in my chilly office. I highly recommend this top!

Great all around top
I purchased this for general purpose wear. I usually wear a 36DDD bra and the XL fit is great. I love the amount of cut out around the neck--I prefer wide cut v or scoop tees and this has the perfect amount of exposure. Nice coverage under the arm area and enough width to the strap that a variety of bra styles will be hidden easily. I wouldn't wear it outside the house without a bra, but it's comfy enough to sleep in. The longer length allows you to position the bottom where it works best for you and then shirr the rest. The shirring helps to hide any front or back chub. The fabric is a nice thickness so you don't see through it at all. Would love to see this top made in other darker or more saturated colors

Love this ...
This ... has perfect coverage and is extremely comfortable. You can wear a bra under it if you like for active sports without any peep thru around straps or armholes. Love the fabric and the drape and will definitely get another.

Great for Workouts & Everyday
I just got this ... fell in love immediately so ordered a second one. The fabric is soft and the fit is extremely comfortable. It's a snug fit but very flattering. I usually order small in Athleta tops, and this fit wonderfully. I'm 34D so can't wear it without a bra, but it works great with a bra. It will be great for the gym and yoga classes, but it's so stylish, I'll definitely wear this out and about.

Great top - even at 9 months pregnant
I bought this top to wear post pregnancy. I liked the kelly green color and wanted a shirt that I could wear in the hot Texas summer. I also needed something that was forgiving to my stomach, as I am 9 months pregnant. I tried the shirt on once I received it in the mail and was super excited that the ruching on the sides allows me to wear this top now! It is fitted, for sure, but had I known it would fit while 40+ lbs more than I usually am, I would have ordered this top earlier in my pregnancy and worn it the entire time! I think most women will need to wear a bra with the top, but if you are an A cup or really comfortable going au naturale, you can get away without ... bra. I plan on buying more colors as the fit is perfect (even with a nursing bra) and the colors are great!

Best I''ve found
This is the second Kavi ... I've purchased, the first about a year ago. I'm 56 and wear Athleta's 1X, and am happy to find a top in a thicker fabric. Those tissue weight fabics just don't work on larger/older bodies. I also appreciate the more subtle shades. Athleta's usual neon brights make me look and feel bigger than I am. The wider shoulder straps are really great - not all of us want to show as much skin as possible. I'm broad shouldered and, unfortunately, this ... somehow narrower across the chest than the first one I bought, and shows more flesh around the armhole area. I feel like I need to wear a sweater or jacket over it. Still, it's the best ... I've found that combines some modesty with function and fashion.

Less support than expected
I have the tinker ... has much more support than this ... am not going to wear this for exercise, because I do not feel that it is supportive enough. I wear a C cup and wear a 2x. This shirt is more of an everyday active wear shirt for for me. I got it in black and the green. I just do not see myself working out in this. It is much too revealing for me to wear for yoga. When I bend over it will show everything.

nice ... great color, shelf bra not for me.
Found it to be true to size. I'm 140lbs., 5'6", 34C. Ordered a Medium. Fit great, lovely fabric... but the shelf bra was uncomfortable for me. I normally like a shelf bra in a ... active wear, but for whatever reason this one didn't fit me. Had to send back. The draping in this ... very nice, makes it flattering for those of us that don't have the 6-pack abs. The blue/purple is a nice rich color.

Great workout top!
It was a great top for working out. It held me in place and reduced the bounce. I'm a bigger breasted female and this top did wonders to separate and keep them from bouncing. Normally I have to wear two bras, but with this top I only had to wear the one! I love it.

Workin'' Out!
This is the first "official" work out top that I have ever owned. I usually wear a sports bra with a ... top. I now know what I have been missing. This PR ... fantastic. The support is so good, that during indoor soccer, when I ran, I felt no "movement"..! The bust area is fitted and flattering, yet the body flares out a little so that you are not constricted during Yoga or Cardio Barre. I am 5'7" and 120 lbs and wear a 34D and the medium was perfect. The only negative that I can say is that I bough the black and white and the white was too see through for me to wear comfortably in public!

nice material, but a little tight in the arm pit area
I'm happy with this top. It fits nicely, but it's a little annoying in the arm pit area. I find that it rubs a little while playing tennis. It might be better for a less active sport. I'm 5'7", and 140. Tall with a broad chest, but small breasts. It fits well. I could not wear a Medium in this style.

Love it
Reliable go to for morning workouts, good support, can wear without a sports bra for moderate impact ... personally prefer high support for running) - gym, pilates, bootcamp, elliptical, etc. For reference I am 5'5", 140, and 34C. I wear this top once a week at least....

Shelf bra too tight, but it stretched out a touch
Although I love this ... now, when I first put it on, I had to squeeze it over my ribcage and felt like I was slipping into a sausage wrap. I ordered a small. I'm 5'7", 125 lbs, wear 34A bra and always wear a small Athleta top. The shelf bra fit too tightly, but the rest of the shirt fit so well that I gave it a chance. I went for a hike and within the first hour I had completely forgotten about the shirt. In other words, it stretched out the slightest bit and it is now very comfortable. I have since washed it twice and wore it for backpacking trip, which included some strenuous hiking. All the while, it has fit perfectly. I got the deep pink color and it goes beautifully with all shades of neutral hiking shorts! Such a great pop of color. I also like that the length is long enough that it reaches my hips. My only advice is that if you are sometime borderline between sizes at Athleta, order the next size up and you should be happy.

Great ...
I tried a few tanks on in the store but found the length a tad too short, I decided to go home and look for those available in long length. I am not a "tall" per se but I like extra length on my support ... layering look, and to cover my assets. I am a DD/DDD and the XLT is PERFECT for me. Only cons: the front ridge between breasts gaps SLIGHTLY and the inserts are totally annoying and visable through a shirt, they had to come out immediately. Great support nonetheless and can wear this running (love the water pockets on the back!) and can wear casually around the house/running errands.

One of my favorite tops for running and cycling
I purchased this top last year followed by another this year and might even go for a third. This is a snug fitting top which took me some time to get used to, but the way it fits I don't really think I would want a bigger size. I wear a large and am DD, but always wear a sports bra underneath. I could probably get away without one especially cycling, but I like the extra support. The best thing about this ... nice sized pockets in the back. I find it harder and harder to find shorts with a decent sized pocket and usually have my keys and iphone while I workout so they are perfect. They're also great for sport gels or mini water bottles. I've never tried swimming in it, but I'm thinking it will be what I'd try for a tri. There is definitely an issue with the material bunching in the front, but it isn't enough to bother me.

Terrific Top
I love this top but will wear another bra with it for Higher Impact ... am 5'10" and wear a 36DD therefore was not expecting it to be quite that supportive. It is great alone for hiking , comfortable for everyday wear of lower impact ...

Love it!
Was so excited to receive this top! The color is amazing... a very pretty orchid color. I'm 5'5, 140 lbs, 36C, and the fit in Med size is exactly right for me. The support is enough for active yoga and the eliptical, but I don't think it will provide enough support for running without a sports bra. The midsection helps hold in the small muffin top I've acquired which is an added bonus. Just ordered in another color.

I wanted to love it but....
Overall this is a nice top with decent support even for larger breasted women, but I have a couple of issues with it: 1) although it has an unlined built in bra instead of a liner the thickness is about the same as a liner. I could wear a wet white t shirt and have less show through than I did in this top (I did not order it in white). I ordered medium, which is what I usually wear in Athleta tops but for me to wear this top in public I would have to wear a bra under it and, while the medium is a good fit, it is not loose enough to add a bra. 2) In the catalog the top looks like it is slightly flared at the bottom, which would make you think it is a little looser in the waist and over the hips but in reality it is not. This is a very form fitting top and it is a little longer, which you would expect if it were flared but it isn't flared. This is fine for tall and/or long waisted people but doesn't lay in a flattering way for shorter people (I am 5'2"). The idea of this top is good and for the right body type it is probably a great top. I am sorry it didn't work for me.

Too Tight
I am 4'11", weigh 116 and wear a 36 C/D bra. I ordered this in a small. Could hardly get it over my shoulders. Once on it showed every flaw. So tight! I guess someone who is really tall, really skinny, and flat chested could wear this ... think for anyone with curves it was a big no. I would recommend the switchback ... instead.

Better than expected!
I was unconvinced with other reviews saying there was enough support to wear this without a sports bra. I am only a 34/36 A/B and I never find "built in" control ... meet the mark, but I was shocked when I got this and tried it on. It really does hold them in and cover well, without being so tight it would be hard to breathe. I haven't tried running in it yet, but I think it works more than enough for Yoga, Pilates, and other gym ... withou a sports bra. I'm 5'3" 142lbs and generally wear a Medium (size 6) comfortably. The medium fits great. I will definitely buy in another color!

this is my all time favorite ... Athleta- i wear the medium for a little more room in the waist and chest area. pads are great and add to the flattering factor! i don't like the waist area to be tight and the medium fits great. back detail is great too. i have 5 of these! wear for everyday too. thanks athleta! maybe prints in this one too?!

Love this ...
I bought this ... wear with the purple swagger skort. It is a beautiful match (perfect shade of purple to wear with the skort). It fit everywhere except the length. I am 5'5" and 132# and 36D and I purchased a medium. Most Athleta ... long on me, but I put this is a hot water wash and dried (which I never do with tennis apparel because of shrinkage) and it shrunk to the perfect length for me but no other shrinkage. Great support -- doesn't need a bra ... more support. The back is a beautiful design and the seams are very slimming and flattering.

Very Happy!
I am very happy with this ... fits perfectly but what I love the most (besides the cute back) is the support. I've always had to wear a sports bra and was thinking that ... one would take away from the back design. However, I wore it on a six mile run today and didn't need any other support. It felt great and the sweat areas weren't immediately obvious. I'm now looking to buy another color while they're still available in my size! Meanwhile, I washed it immediately so I can wear it again SOON! I'm about 5'10" 160 and ordered a large in pink. Wore it with a black running skirt and felt the whole look was very flattering....especially since nothing about my run is flattering :)

Love this top!
This is a great ... ordered the hibiscus color and it is beautiful. The ... one of their "high support" ... but I still wear a sports bra under it when at the gym. I am a 36D( 5"7 and usually wear a size 8 or 10) so I feel more comfortable with the extra support. It has removable pads so you don't need to wear a bra for everyday. I bought a size large for the bust and I like that it's not tight around my middle. My only complaint is the pads tend to shift around when you put it on so you have to do a little rearranging to get them in the right spot. Once on, they stay put.

My favorite!
I am a very busty girl (F/G cup) and have had a terrible time finding a good top for yoga that doesn't ride up or fall down with every sun salutation. I was worried when I received it that the v neck cut was too much and I might lose the girls during down dog. Thankfully I was wrong! This top has been great and it wicks away the sweat from my skin even during Bikram classes. I'm very pleased! This is my favorite of the 3 yoga tops I own. The longer length keeps it from riding up and hides my tummy. This is a great top for a fuller figure woman that likes to be active.

love love love it!
this is the absolute best support ... out there! Coverage is excellent, support also excellent, fabric soft, colors bright and beautiful. I usually wear a MED pretty much across the board, and this ... most definitely true to size. Weird little pads in the ... guess might be handy if the gym is cold, but they're easily removable. The back view is also pretty with several straps in kind of a 1/2 sunburst pattern. Extremely comfortable to wear - got them originally to wear walking the dogs on hot days, but I think I'll be ... them a lot more often than that. Waist is not very form fitting, pretty much like the picture (which I like) and feels almost airy. Though I'm not tall, I ordered the tall version to get the extra length, though probably the regular would have worked out just fine. High quality!

Super top.
I bought this in one of the sale summer colors along with the capris and it is definitely a keeper. I am 5'5", 128 pounds and a 34D. I bought a medium. MAYBE could have gotten away with a small and had a little more chest support that way? But the medium is fine. I can wear it biking, walking...not enough support for running or more involved cardio. It promises "medium" support and that is exactly what it delivers. I wear a sport bra of similar colors underneath when I'm more active and I think it looks cute. The fit is very flattering. I tried on a similar C9/Champion top (I know...I know...discount store...totally different price point) and I had fat bulging out of places I didn't know existed! Just saying that you get what you pay for! And this top is worth it!

One of Athleta''s best tops!
The back of this top is one of the loveliest in Athleta's line of yoga tops. It is very comfortable and fits well. I had to take it up at the hem because it is long, and I like a cropped top to wear in active yoga classes. The support is excellent. I own two of these, and may have to order another !

love it but....
This is my second equator ... love it for eveyday wear, and non impact fitness. I wore it to yoga and felt like the low cut allowed too much exposure especially upside down. Everytime I stood up I had to adjust! the cut is so flattering..I will wear it, but not for yoga..I wouldnt run in it either. I bought a L and i am a 38C with broad shoulders.

The equator ... would drool over every time a catalogue came. Finally, I snagged one in white during a recent sale and I'm so glad I finally succumbed! I wore it for a strength training session with my personal trainer (though I bought it with the intention of long summer rides) and it worked perfectly. I felt like I was a little exposed while doing my dead lifts, but nothing compared to what some people wear to the gym. My trainer even commented on how cool the back is and how it shows off all the back work I've been doing - score! I usually wear a medium in Athleta ... medium fits perfectly.

Love this Jersey!
I was looking for a colourful jersey so my family would be able to spot me during an upcoming Ironman Triathlon. It is perfect. It is very soft and does not chafe or rub. It is very light so will be great on those hot, hot days. I am 5'5" and 155 lbs athletic build and I (unfortunately) wear a D cup. I ordered the M after reading reviews and it fits perfectly. Very fitted, but long enough that it doesn't ride up. The reviews also said that the colours are not as bright as the picture....that's true, but they are still beautiful.

Love this jersey!
I had to return a jersey from another store due to the length. When I found this one, I couldn't wait to try it on. It's just like other reviewers said....extremely soft and very lightweight. It will be perfect for those scorching summer days. I prefer my jerseys a little longer and not too tight. I wear a size 6 and I'm 5'7" and the Medium was perfect for me. It's loose enough to keep me comfortable and long enough that I'm not constantly pulling my shirt down to meet my shorts. If you like a more form fitting jersey, order 1 size down.

Cycle in style!!
I have never had much luck finding cycling jerseys that I want to be seen wearing--I really don't want to wear any company's logo!! So this was a refreshing change! Cool graphics, cool fabrics, and all the extras I expect from a cycling jersey--pockets on the back, adequate length, breathable fabric. I love this jersey!! It's a little pricey, but worth it!

So comfy for a short or long ride
Have this in two colors now--awesome fabric and I like the elastic waist to keep it in place during a bike or a bike/run during triathlons! Great piece for the active person.
