Awesome top
As a small chested, athletic built girl with broader shoulders, it has always been very difficult for me to find a top that flatters. This is it, girls! I am 5'8" and 130 pounds, and the small fit perfectly! I bought the Sour Apple and Asphalt colors, and they are both really pretty.

Great suit!
I love this suit! I am 125 lbs, 5'7" and very athletic. It fits perfectly, although I worried when I read about some of other peoples issues. You can see a picture of me in it under my profile. The only problem is if you aren't used to wearing two pieces, you need to use a lot more sunblock. Otherwise, it is probably the best fitting suit I have had in a long time!

i love this bathing suit..... im 30 years old, 5'4 and about 130lbs. im a 34a with an athletic build and this suit fit perfect, it is so feminine and flatering for a small chest, i paired it with the not so string bottoms, which give perfect coverage, im a mother of 3 and looking forward to running around in this suite chasing the little ones all summer...best suite ive bought in years!

Not too "mom" and not too "wannabe"
I'm very small chested but was able to add a push up pad in the modesty pad's compartment. The straps are hard to adjust but on the plus side they probably won't move much once adjusted. The fabric is a good thickness. I bought an Athleta ... several years ago and the fabric's color and integrity have changed very little, if at all. Hoping the same for this one. Haven't worn it yet in the pool with my kids but pretty sure it will stay put well without looking athletic. And being almost 40 I don't want to wear anything that appears I still wish/think I was 18, you know what I mean? :)

Good top
This is a great swim top. I have a small cup size with a wide rib cage (34B/36A) and a very athletic figure (i.e. wide, muscular shoulders and narrow hips), but this top fit great. I like how the straps, back closure and front lacing can all be adjusted. I think this is what makes the to fit so well. The amount of padding is just right. My only suggestion is that the straps have a racer back option. I plan on altering them by clipping them together in the back. This will give the suit a slightly "halter like" look from the front and provide even more support. Btw, I am 5'6" 135lb and my measurments are 36,28,36. I got a small and it was perfect.

great cute top!
Being barely a 34B after kids, this top helped me look young again on top, just sexy enough but not too revealing so I can still play with my 3 boys at the beach! I got the brilliant blue to match the athletic skirt and another print bottom bought last year. With prints and solids interchangeable, it's easy to buy just half as much for half the suit to match what you already have!

just what I was looking for
This suit fits perfect. I wanted a semi athletic top without looking the part. It gives me the support i need to chase the little kiddies too. Highly recommend it.

Not enough top for me, 36D
Like the simple design, solid colors of this top. Thought a medium would be enough coverage for me, athletic 36C/D, 125lbs, but it didn't cover enough to look and feel right. Bummer. Maybe the large but think it would be too big around chest.

Not so happy.
I was kayaking and had to portage. Only a few minutes in I realized that I needed to grab a tank top out of my bag because I was exposed! I am a 34/36 D. Very disappointed; I ordered from here specifically because I thought these suits provided the support and coverage needed by athletic women.

Love this top!
I bought this in a small, I'm 5'8, 130 lbs, athletic build, small 34B. This is a really flattering top. I had exchanged another top for this one, and I LOVE it! The support is great and is flattering.

Cute!
Bought this in tide blue with the hopes it would match a patterned tide blue bottom I love and purchased a couple years ago. Although the bottoms were slightly sun faded, the top still matched great! Love that they carry some of the same colors into their new season designs. The shirring accent is really cute and on my 5'6" tall, 123 lb., A cup athletic build, the xs fit just right.

great tops
I have the Shirrendipity halter tankini top from last summer, which I love, and was ready to try the ... top this summer. I have not worn this to the pool yet, but tried it on at home and it looks great. I'm 5' with an athletic build- broad shoulders and small breasts- and I've found that halter tops are the way to go with this body type. Anything with wide set straps makes me look very wide up top, but the halter makes my shoulders look great and helps the girls look not so flat. I bought the XS, and I wear a 34A. BTW, the tankini top I have is white, and is not at all see through; got the ... top in otter, which I really like too.

Perfect top
Thanks Athleta for this wonderful top. I haven't worn a ... top in years because of my small size but his one is too good to pass up. I am a 34/36aa and the XS fits me perfectly and actually enhances what little I have. It is so comfortable with two sets of completely adjustable tie straps. It doesn't bunch or pucker when you bend over and offers good coverage. What total comfort. I wish you made non athletic bras that were this comfortable. Thanks

Great for mix and match
Love the look of this bottom! It's sporty but provides great coverage. The shirring in the front is a nice addition to a classic ... bought it in Lifeguard Red to go with the Scrunch Dragonfly and Trestles tops (size S). I am 41, 122lbs, 5'3" (athletic build) and usually wear a 36A bra and size 4 bottoms. The small fits great - although there's little room to gain any weight. I'm not worried about it slipping.

fits great!
I ordered this bottom because other reviewers said it was a good one for those of us who have had kids and now have a little bump in the belly area. Well, they were all right! The bottom has plenty of coverage in the rear, but is still stylish enough not to be frumpy. I'm 5'8" and have an athletic build. I normally wear a small in the Athleta yoga pants, and the small size swim bottoms fit perfectly, also.

Flattering Bottoms!
I purchased this bottom based on the reviews I read. Ladies, you did not steer me wrong! I ordered the petunia pop in size medium (I am 5'5" and 124 lbs with an athletic build) as the reviews said to size up to prevent that pinched or binding look. I'm glad I did! I paired this with the Goa tankini top in a small and am so pleased! The set looks fantastic together.

Nice, but not for me.
After reading several reviews, I went ahead and bought these bottoms. I am 5'0 and 115 lbs, fairly athletic build. These did not provide the kind of coverage I prefer and feel comfortable with which is having my cheeks covered. I gave them a 4 star because they are very nice quality and I loved the color. I may try a different style.

Not quite what I wanted
I orderd a medium and the overall fit was good but I would have liked a little more coverage in the rear. It seemed to ride up more so than the other bottom that I purchased. I am 5"2" , 125 lbs. with an athletic build.

a little snug
After reading the reviews I ordered an XL. I wear a size 12 from most companies so I figured an XL would work. I had quite a muffin top from these bottoms! I am sending them back and continuing my search for some bottoms that aren't quite so snug. Perhaps if I had a more athletic body type these would work better, but if you have a softer body like myself you might want to keep looking.
