Beautiful and eye catching!
I adore summer dresses that exhibit color, but it's hard to find color in a style that is flattering. I am 5'4" with 40" hips, 30" waist, small bust and bought the medium, hoping it would look alright but unsure. As soon as I tried it on I loved it! With or without a belt, the ... hangs beautifully on my frame. The built in bra helps add shape to my less voluptuous upper body and the wider skirt helps hid the drastic shape of my hips, thus making me look thinner and not fat like a lot of no waist or drop waist products tend to do. I am very excited to wear it to my trip to Germany for touring, picnicing, and casual beach play. I'm sure you could do more active things in the ... fabric has a very soft, modal/bathing suit feel but I bought it mainly for casual use.
This wasbasically what I expected afer reading the other reviews. I thought the swimsuit material would be weird, but it works. I think it even helps with covering up some midsection flaws. It also definitely works as a ... not just beach or swimwear. I'm about 5' 5", 125 lbs, and the Small fit perfect. I usually wear a size 6 in dresses. The cups are just right for my size c chest, so if you're smaller than a c cup you might have trouble filling them in. However, they are padded, so it may not matter.
PERFECT!
The ... just arrived yesterday but I know already that I love it! I'm a little over 5'6", 125 pounds and the small could not fit better. I assumed I would be wearing this at the beach or in a very casual setting, but it could totally be ... up or down. It would definitely be dressy enough for a beach wedding or out to a nice restaurant. Best clothing purchase I've made in a long time.
Excited to wear
I am really glad that I ordered this ... tried it on and it looks and feels great! It is super cute, the fabric is soft, flows well, and hangs great. It is thick enough that it does not show flaws, but still moves. I struggle with my tummy a little now and it hides that great! I will wear this to my son's baseball tournaments with flip flops, to dinner with cute heels, and to the beach parties in Jamaica when my husband and I go in November. The gathering at the neckline is pretty. These Athleta dresses are kinda pricey, but you certainly get quality. I will feel and look great in this ... that's worth the money to me! Yeah!!! Oh and by the way I'm 5'5'', weigh 135, usually wear a 6 and bought a medium. Very happy

Perfection!
I bought 3 dresses: Wavebreak, Shorebreak, and Kokomo. Shorebreak was almost there, but it was just a tad more fitted than the Kokomo (though they both say "semi fitted") and I felt just a touch too body conscious in it. I'm 5'4", 123 pounds, 34B. But my tummy is a little soft for having twins, and this showed whenever I bent at all in the Shorebreak in a size small - medium might work, but the chest would probably be too big. But for some, the fit could work - the chest was true to size. Wavebreak ... chest was too big (though I ordered a small) and was a bad fit on top all around. The Kokomo ... truly perfect - it's "semi fitted", but not as fitted as the Shorebreak. The chest is really true to size, a very flattering cut and design, and the shape and drape of the ... very flattering all around. It's so versatile I'm going to wear it biking, on jaunts about town with the kids, to the beach, dancing, picnics or restaurants...pretty much anywhere. VERY cute ... which my 5-year old is wearing about the house now...
Lovely ... little bigger then expected.
This is a beautiful ... love the material, it drapes really nicely and will travel well. It will be great to wear as dressy/casual or even as a cover up at the beach. I am 5ft 6in, 135lbs and B 36. I found the ... tad bigger then I expected, in the body. The bust fits perfectly and the support is great. It is a little baggier in the body then it looks in the pictures. I by no means would want it to be tight form fitting but a little definition in the waist area would be nice. Also ,it hangs longer on me then the models in the pictures. Even with those negatives it is still a flattering ... can't wait to wear it in summer. I also bought the Pack Anywhere ... still prefer it to the Kokomo. But it would be hard to beat the Pack Anywhere!
More formal than sporty
I LOVE this ... bought it with the thought of it being post swim, but I think it's too pretty for this. I wore it to a wedding in PDC and it was perfect--bright pink, went perfectly with my shoes, loose enough that I wasn't sweltering in PDC fall humidity, but the material was perfect for when I did get slightly sweaty. As for fit, it flattered my chest without a bra and the drappiness totally flattered my figure as well (34C, 5'3", 120ish). Everyone commented on how pretty it was. In fact, it feels too dressy now to wear for anything other than a beach wedding. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the back tie closure is annoying to tie on your own--you need someone else to help make it fully adjusted. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars!
Beach wedding
I wore this ... beach wedding and received many compliments. I purchased the blue ... loved the color. The reason I did not give the ... 5 star was because of the length. Athelta did not offer this ... petite so I purchased a "regular". I am 5' 3" and I had to have it hemmed.
Adorable
This ... turned out to have a very nice fit and will be perfect for a beach wedding I am attending this month. I ordered the medium. I am 5'4" and it hits right above the knee on me. I'm about 134 lbs and it's not too fitted, but rather flowing and loose. I got the Berry color, and I plan on wearing silver sandals. It's a cute, comfortable ... work for many occations in the future.
a little too revealing on the sides for me
I ordered a large because the twins are a DD cup, the support was ok but a little too revealing on the sides. Plus the bottom was too large in the hips. I think a medium would have been even smaller in the chest so I didnt bother to return. The material was polyester like...not what I want in a ... but ok for a beach coverup. I am 5 '10" and the ... just above the knee, it seemed a little long for beach wear. This one went back too. It's hard for me to find any ... fits the girls and isn't too big in the hips...so it could just be me.
