Great for cycle
Love these ... padding in minimal but does the trick. I wear them for spin class and ... outside.

Terrific!
this is my fourth pair - they are durable; material and padding are soft and very comfortable. If you like your cycle ... longer (above the knee) these are not the ... They are mid leg. They fit perfectly. I am a size 2 and a small fits perfect. Hope they never stop selling them. the price is right.

Great cycle ...
I bought these ... compete in my first triathlon and I loved them. There was just the right of padding to add comfort on the bike, but not so much that it would make the run uncomfortable.

Biking ... no ka oi! (The best)
I have cycled for over 40 years and these are by far the best biking ... have ever bought. Not the most exspensive, just the best. The are comfortable, fast drying and the legs are reinforced along the bottom hemline so they don't ride up. They are extremely well made. I wear them for paddling canoe and stand up paddle boarding also. As the locals would say, ... "no ka oi", simply "the best". Lynn Lincoln, owner, Maui Stables

My Favorite Cycling Shorts
These are, by far, my favorite cycling ... am an avid cyclist, Spinning instructor and retired triathlete. I've had lots of cycling ... over the past 30 years and I've got to admit that the Athleta Spin ... one of my favorites. The fit is good on my fairly straight athletic body -- there's a drawstring that I removed because it just wasn't necessary for me. The chamois is pretty light and just right for indoor cycling. I have even worn these to lift weights on the gym floor before a Spinning class and not felt self conscious about wearing padded ... could spend a lot more (and I have) on a pair of cycling ... but you won't find a better fit or more comfortable fabric. I have them in two colors!

No. Way. Out of the box, LOVED the color. Loved the style. Put them on, they fit near perfectly. The elastic on the legs really helps them to stay fit. Awesome length. HOWEVER, I turned around in the mirror and shrieked. The chamois and crotch area are poorly designed. No amount of tugging, flattening, adjusting is going to help the situation. What went wrong? The chamois folds with the seam so badly that whether you like it or not, you are going to walk around LOOKING like you have CAMEL TOES. Sorry ladies, but there is no way I could wear these cycling or to yoga (as I planned to do) without fear of someone seeing my front. Seriously, it's bad. Even tried a pair of panties underneath and no improvement. I go commando with all my other yoga ... have never had a problem. I returned these. Too bad, Athleta. These would have been my perfect sport ... if this problem didn't exist. But like I said in the beginning, when it comes to the chamois gusset, there is just NO WAY.
