fleece - reviews

Finally, what I was looking for!
So I was stopped by my husband before I went out the door with my cap and old Gap fleece beanie beneath it! I didn't care if I looked ridiculous, I needed to keep my head warm! I looked everywhere for a hat like this, alas, Athleta had it!! I'm 4'10 and 108 lbs - i figured my head was size small, but I went ahead and ordered both small and medium (based on reviews) just in case. Small fit perfectly! My first jog with it was around high 50s with high winds (abnormal for spring in Houston so i'm definitely not use to that), wow, I barely felt the cold wind on my head. I LOVE this hat. My ponytail fit perfectly in the hole in the back and the hat stayed in place. It doesn't cover the bottom of my earlobes, but it still covers most of my ear. The hat is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it! As for the medium, I returned it at the store with no problems! Skip the hesitation - BUY this hat!

warm hat
I like this hat because it is warm and more stylish than a regular beanie style cap. This size is small enough to stay on my relative small head that has a lot of hats slip off. The back has an opening for a pony tail, and the stretchy fleece keeps it from feeling too snug.

Great Winter Hat
I love this hat - it's warm, comfortable, and it covers the ears perfectly. I normally have to buy hats from the children's department due to my small frame. I ordered the XS/S and it doesn't cover my face - I can finally see while wearing a stylish, practical hat! I've never owned a hat with a fleece interior and I know I'll never wear anything else to keep my head warm. The visor is a bonus!

Cute but the wind whips through
This hat is undeniably cute, however the fleece is so thin that the wind whips through to the ears with little protection. As a result, it is not warm enough for a true winter climate. Also the pony tail hole at the back is very small so it is quite hard to pull the pony tail through. Unfortunately, I will be returning this item.
