Just Love It!
I bought this ... originally for ... I'm 60 and don't feel comfortable wearing short skorts and shorts anymore so the length of this ... perfect. I'm 5' 7" and weigh 130 pounds and the size 8 fits perfectly. It's really hot in the Summer here in Austin and the fabric in this ... just wonderful. I'm really impressed with the quality and workmanship. I have found so many other uses for this, not just ... but hiking, everyday running around town and it's great for travel. I've received so many compliments and love it so much I ordered the gray one too.

I got this first in a 10, tall, because I usually wear a 10. It was huge, and although I tried to cinch it in with the drawstrings, it looked sloppy. I ordered a 6, which I have not worn for ages, and it fits snug, but looks ... am 5' 5", and most skorts are too short for someone 65. The tall size is perfect, I can wear it anywhere. Love the flouncy gores, it makes me feel young. Love it for ... then out to lunch. The 8 would have been ok, ... looks nicer with a snug fit, and there is a little stretch in the fabric. ... weight is 135.

I am 5' 5" but ordered a tall size because I wanted more length. The tall comes right to my knees but still looks right because I am 65 and don't want to have the ... too short. I plan to wear it for ... gores make it cute and stylish. It is a perfect size 10, and the first ... does not look too short for a woman my age.

My sister was wearing this ... few weeks ago and I fell in love with it, so I bought 2. My sister is much slimmer/ fit than I am so I wasn't holding my breath thinking it would look as good on me. I LOVE IT! Even though I'm 30 lbs and 4 sizes bigger than my sister I swear it is slimming on me. I bought the khaki one and the mercury. The fit is perfect and finally a ... not too short! The material is so lightweight and soft, it just flows around me. I could wear this everyday and never tire of it. The mercury color is not my favorite...kind of a steely gray....but I'm keeping it bc of the other great qualities and ... many things go with this color. I def will order the black one. Heck, I may get every color they have. P.s. my sister said it is not a ... bc there are no front pockets. I don't play ... don't care. I wore it to work on casual Friday, did some gardening after work even getting it wet while watering and it dries quickly bc of the material, and then out to eat in it and it was perfect from sunup to sundown and then some!
I bought my Whatever ... specifically to play ... love the heat resistant material that keeps me cool on those hot days on the ... course. The length of this ... very modest so I would wear it not only on the ... course but anywhere. I don't like to order online because I always end up sending it back. However this ... really TRUE to size. It was so much fuin opening up the package and putting it on and everything fit!! I really do love this ... would recommend it to everyone.

This is an adorable ... I'm not entirely sure WHY it's a ... not a skirt because it is PLENTY long and there's no danger of any peek a-boo action no matter HOW active you are! It's really too long for much in the way of a workout but I LOVE it for ... only bad thing about that is the lack of pockets, which I need for ... PERFECT skirt travel! I am 5'7" and a size 10. It is true to size. The medium length was fine for my height. It hits just above the knee.

I bought this last year for ... trip to Europe. It was perfect! Can dress it up and wear anywhere. Got ... many complements and wore it all summer. I just bought another one in the purple color--a ... fun color! Same size, ... length is actually about an inch shorter, which is ... me. I don't wear it for sports ... would be a ... skirt. BTW I'm a size petite 2.

I purchased this skirt in Khaki, because I am a volunteer @ The Memorial ... Tournament and as part of our uniform we need to wear a khaki ... shorts/capris. I was thrilled when it arrived, tried it on ... it was perfect! I know it will be comfortable for me to wear all day working @ the ... tournament in June. I will also wear it as a casual ... & it will be very nice for travel. With the light & breezy built in shorts, it feels & fits very comfortable.

I've had my eye on the whatever ... long time but debated taking the plunge as I thought it might be too flouncy. I've been all about the ... summer and as a person who is only 5'1", I thought that the petite length was going to be too long to wear as a ... right (plus no front pockets--which would make this the perfect ... ever), but once I received it, I knew it would actually be more practical as an everyday skirt. ... exchanged it for the regular length and it drops to about mid knee for me. Perfect for wearing to work, running around town, etc. I can't believe it took me this long to get this ... much easier than wearing compression shorts under ... skirts! I gave it 4 stars because I do think the rise is pretty high (even in the petite version--I think Athleta petites only change the length and nothing else). It comes up over ... belly button and I prefer something just below. I also find the sizing a little inconsistent. I wear anything between a 2 and 6 in Athleta bottoms. I first tried the 4s and they fit, but I wanted more of a relaxed fit and thought if I sized up, I could drop the rise a bit. I went with the 6 and they fit just like the 4s. I also ordered two pairs of dipper pants at the same time and one fit loose and the other was too tight. I think some recommend sizing down, but every time I've taken the size down advice, I always needed ... regular size or a size bigger. I must have more of a belly pouch than most. :( At any rate, I'm back online to buy more. ... partner is not happy, but WHATEVER!
Cute casual ...
I bought the lavender color in the photo, and it's a cute color, nice to change it up from my usual gray black brown etc. The fabric is buttery soft and moves freely, not stiffly. The short underneath fits OK but the legs do ride up. I am 5'7" 150 athletic and bought size 10, and it fits fine. Not sure I'd wear this for hiking or whatever, and I do not play ... cannot speak to its functionality there. I'd imagine it would be ok though. For me it's best for work (I can wear casual outfits all the time) or for going grocery shopping or for a daytime outing of some kind. Probably can't dress it up very much, the stitching makes it too sporty for that. My only complaint, as with everything Athleta, is the price. Yes, the skirt is nicely made, ... quality, but it's just a bit too much money to pay for something that's supposed to be casual. And again with everything I buy from Athleta, within a few days to few weeks the item goes on sale, as it's now $10 less than I paid, and that would be such a better deal. Why not sell it at that price to begin with? Yeah, I know, I probably couldn't get the color nor the size I need once it's on sale.
