Just Love It!
I bought this ... originally for ... I'm 60 and don't feel comfortable wearing short skorts and shorts anymore so the length of this ... perfect. I'm 5' 7" and weigh 130 pounds and the size 8 fits perfectly. It's really hot in the Summer here in Austin and the fabric in this ... just wonderful. I'm really impressed with the quality and workmanship. I have found so many other uses for this, not just ... but hiking, everyday running around town and it's great for travel. I've received so many compliments and love it so much I ordered the gray one too.
Love this!
I bought this ... golfing....it's a little longer than ... but I don't mind the length since it comes just above my knees. The material is very lightweight which makes it an excellent choice for doing activities in warm weather. Another plus is that the pants part under the ... does not hike up like some of the other golfing ... do....it stays put so you're not always pulling them down. The added feature of having a tie in the waist band is an excellent idea since waist was a little loose on me, but voila, all you have to do is tie it a little tighter. You could wear this most anywhere when you want to go out for a casual evening. I bought the brownish colored one.....now I need to go look to see if they come in another color so I can have more than one pair.
My go to weekend outfit
I own five Whatever Skorts. Originally, I bought to wear to my daughter's high school ... tournaments. With a collared shirt, the skirt is perfect attire. I started wearing the ... play ... discovered that even in the miserable Houston humidity, the skirt stays unwrinkled and fresh looking. I throw them in the washer, hang them to dry---and wear them everywhere! I'd love to see the cord skirt enhanced to be modified to a ... Love this!
Great Skirt!
I am a beginning golfer, but was invited to play with my boyfriend's family (who take ... very seriously!) and wanted to at least look the part. I got this skirt in Bermuda Blue and couldn't have been happier with its performance! It was really hot out, but I was so comfortable the whole time. The shorts underneath were just the right length and didn't ride or chafe at all, while the skirt stayed nice and smooth...even though it was hot and sweaty out, I came back without a wrinkle! I would definitely recommend this for kicking around in--throw it on over the weekend and you won't need to take it off, whether hiking, biking, golfing, this one can do it all! Think I'll order myself another!
Love this ...
I am a big fan of skorts and i love this one. I bought it for ... general wear. It looks beautiful. But for ... there are 2 issues worth noting. It was a little breezy on the day I wore the ... skirt did blow in the wind which was a bit problematic when trying to hit the ... ball--it was distracting and, sometimes, it actually obstructed my view when addressing the ball. Also, the ... has no side pockets--only back pockets, so if you are used to reaching for a tee and ball from a side pocket, you need to adjust. As for size, I am almost 5'8" and 124 pounds. I am in between a size 4 and size 6. I ordered the 6 because other people had issues with the shorts inside the skirt being too tight. It does run true to size on me. The shorts are comfortable and with a little tightening of the drawstring the ... fits perfectly. I love that the skirt is looser and longer than a typical tight fitting short ... Its interesting and different. I plan to wear it all summer.
I love this ... purhcased it to wear for golfing. Most ... clothes are too big for me and some ... too short for golfing. This is the perfect length.
Cute skirt
This skirt is very cute, but I went golfing with it and realized there are no pockets. It's hard to ... without pockets, so I wouldn't recommend for that activity. However, it is great for biking around town and walking.
Comfortable and stylish
I just started playing ... year and started buying a couple of skorts as a result - most of them tend to look very plain with very little shape to them. These ... look much fresher and athletic as opposed to the usual conservative ... but the longer length keeps them looking more professional - several inches higher and you'd be in cheerleader territory, and as someone approaching 40, that's not what I want. I'm 5'3, between size 10-12 (trying to lose weight), and have an "apple" body shape - I bought the petite size 10s and the regular size 12 (violet, it was on sale...couldn't resist) and they are all fine, although the 12 is definitely a bit longer. The "shorts" underneath the ... very stretchy and comfortable and for in between sizes such as me, they offer a good fit and will work even if I can continue to lose weight.
