This is a great no slip ... me. Maybe my head is bigger than some of the other reviewers... I don't know. I have fine hair and almost always expect my headbands to slip. But this one stays put no matter what. I'm back on here ordering every color.
Obsessed!
I am in love with these headbands. I typically have issues with getting headaches with tight headbands, but not at all with these. I have it in four colors now, and I wear them every day while at the gym. I also wear them out and about because the colors are so fun! I would definitely recommend them, they keep my hair back, are super cute, don't cause headaches, and wash well.

Love these headbands! I purchased two for myself and two for a friend. We both absolutely love them! They stay put and look cute. Not too tight, doesn't pull at your hair and doesn't move. I workout hard at the gym and these headbands stayed put! Love Athleta!
Finally, one that fits!
I have very fine hair and, usually, these little headbands ride up the back of my head and pop off. But, not this one! I was so excited that one finally stayed on! Plus, I have kind of short ish hair with lots of layers so it was nice to have the three strands that holds them all down while I'm working out. I'll be ordering more in more colors!!
Excellent ...
I was bummed when I got my headbands in the mail because I accidentally ordered TWO berry colored headbands. I thought I ordered a berry and a black. The berry is such a pretty color that I wear both berry headbands!! They go with everything. Since these headbands are like three headbands in one, you do not have to worry about fixing ONE band; one of the bands or even two may slip out of place, but at least one will stay in place.
Worth every penny!
It's hard for me to find headbands that will stay on my head since I have sleek straight hair and a smallish head... I have two different styles of this ... now, and they stay on! Cute too. I get compliments on them every time I wear them.
fitness minded with style
Great ... 3 straps keep all shorter hair layers away from face. Comfortable - not too tight around head like some headbands, but did not fall off my smaller head. Material wicks sweat away and is not gross after hard workout like some cheaper headbands. I got lots of compliments from people in my workout class.
Love it!
I love this ... have fine hair and so some headbands tend to fall off my head or hairstrands tend to escape with most headbands. This stays in place and I personally love the way it looks with the 3 strands! I just recently got one and I think I have to get another since my daughter has basically taken claim to the ... She must love it too!!
Cute, but high maintenance
I love this ... but evidently I don't have the head for headbands -- they never stay on! I like this one (the sticky undercoating helps), but the third strand is looser on my head and falls back. I have to keep fixing it and pulling it back onto my head. Perhaps if my hair were styled every time it would hold better. I haven't tried wearing it when my hair isn't in a ponytail. I still like it and if you are used to headbands, I'd recommend.
Cute/Semi functional
I love the idea of these headbands for a cute way to hold your hair out of your face, but they don't work that great. My hair is very fine and the headbands don't have silicon grips, so the bands slip back on my head. It's a little annoying but I like the way they look so I keep using them. They'll probably be perfect for someone with thick/coarse hair.
Only if you have lots of hair, curly hair or a larger head
Color is true to site photos. Probably great for someone with really thick or curly hair but mine is so fine that, even though I have a lot of hair, there's little to no volume unless I style it. Since I bought this ... hold back "the whispies" while I run, and I won't be putting product in my hair to go running, I'm underwhelmed. I would love to see two sizes in these elasticized headbands because some of us have smaller or larger heads or hair that lends itself to smaller or larger headbands - yet everything is one size, so those of us with a smaller head or finer/smoother hair don't get to benefit from these products as they're constantly slipping off our heads. For me, this was more trouble than it was worth but for someone it'll be absolutely adorable & do a great job of keeping their hair in place.
