Love it!
If you have fine hair and have struggled in the past with slipping headbands, this may be the perfect match for you... I love that you can adjust the three bands to create a more on trend look. Functional and fashion forward...I think I'll be ordering more!

Love these headbands. I originally purchased the black and white last year for work/yoga, and recently went ahead and purchased grey, purple, blue, and teal to add to my collection. The ... reviews are correct, they do fit differently depending on the size and shape of your head, but I find that when mine begin to stretch out, washing/drying them with laundry brings it back to their original shape. I love the colors and get compliments when I wear them to my yoga studio. If you have thick wavy/curly hair these are really great as per their ability to hold back lots of hair. I'm not sure how they'd do on thinner/straight hair, but I highly recommend if you are a thick curly/wavy hair girl!

Obsessed!
I am in love with these headbands. I typically have issues with getting headaches with tight headbands, but not at all with these. I have it in four colors now, and I wear them every day while at the gym. I also wear them out and about because the colors are so fun! I would definitely recommend them, they keep my hair back, are super cute, don't cause headaches, and wash well.

Love these headbands! I purchased two for myself and two for a friend. We both absolutely love them! They stay put and look cute. Not too tight, doesn't pull at your hair and doesn't move. I workout hard at the gym and these headbands stayed put! Love Athleta!

Cute, but high maintenance
I love this ... but evidently I don't have the head for headbands -- they never stay on! I like this one (the sticky undercoating helps), but the third strand is looser on my head and falls back. I have to keep fixing it and pulling it back onto my head. Perhaps if my hair were styled every time it would hold better. I haven't tried wearing it when my hair isn't in a ponytail. I still like it and if you are used to headbands, I'd recommend.

One strand too many
This ... held up fine for indoor spinning/elliptical workouts, but I experienced what appears to be a common problem when I started running outdoors again: the back strand always slides off my head. It'll bounce around behind me until I yank it back up over the other two strands, creating a jumbled mess of hair. I don't have a particularly small head - maybe on the small side of average, but I don't have problems with other Athleta headbands. It still looks cute, so I will wear it around the house and for indoor workouts, but I'm disappointed it won't work better for running. I also bought the braided version of this ... which has stayed in place much better during sweaty outdoor activities.

Not much staying power
I wanted to love this ... since I've been running with two goodie brand headbands and find them too tight after awhile. The fabric was soft and felt comfortable around my head, but didn't stayon very well. Unfortunately, it completely came off and I didn't realize it during my first 5k. My head size is fairly average, so I had higher hopes. I'll have to look for something else.

Disappointed...
I so wanted to love these headbands. I bought a few at a time; agree with several reviewers that they're just too loose. Going back...

Bought it online and wore it on a run today and I was very disappointed because it slipped off! This ... does not stay on while running which is a shame since it's EXPENSIVE for a workout ... willl stick with my Goody "Stay Put" headbands because I have no problems with them. Sometimes cheaper is better, especially in this case.

Not for Short Hair
Just eh....love the purple color but definitely not for shorter tresses. Just don't seem to have that much luck with headbands staying put when I workout. The search continues...

fits perfect!
I have the a lot of trouble finding headbands that fit, but this one fit perfect! Stretches great, doesn't hurt my head, and looks sooo cute! Wish I ordered more colors, I guess I will have to make another order!

Awesome
Love this ... can hardly tell it's there! I have fine hair with baby hairs all along my hairline and the small underarmour headbands I used wouldn't stay in place. They were a bit tight and I was always adjusting. I've worn this ... couple times, ran around the neighborhood today and it never budged! Definitely getting more :)

no slip. some headbands are too big - the stretch and comfort were perfect! I need to order additional colors.

Sweet ...
I love this thing - so adorable, and a nice change from the standard plain ... had no problem with it slipping while hiking. I find that many headbands are a little too big, but this one was great! More colors, please:) I already ordered two more!

I would have more if there were more dark colors. Pastel/bright headbands don't look good on dark hair.

Works well for me
I read a lot of reviews about this ... slipping, so I was afraid to buy it because my head shape causes ALL headbands to slip, even if they have silicone backing. Therefore, I can't wear this ... my hair in a high ponytail. However, when I wear it like every other ... own, with a low ponytail to support it, it survived a 17 mile run without having to be adjusted at all. And of course, it is super cute. I am back to buy more.

These headbands are nice colors and look great on. GOod for working out, but they slip off you head too easily if you wear your hair high on your head.

I should have returned
I own 4 other Athleta Headbands, and this one is my least favorite. The Neko and the Burnout headbands are cuter/stylish. The spacedye and the zippy headbands have the silicone inside so they stay on really well. I like the thickness and the braiding on this one, it's a plain color, which I also like, because all the other headbands have multiple colors and sometimes it's nice to just have a solid color. The major drawback is that it doesn't have the silicone on the inside. And it's not tight enough to stay put. I would say I have an average size head, maybe a little larger than average. I took the tag off before I wore it. I wore it just around my house for an hour and it slipped off 3 times before I got tired of fixing it and took it off. I should have returned it.
