Love smartwool socks. These are great running socks or for anything, really. Comfortable and fit well. I'll be buying this kind again.

I have never had problems with regular socks while running, so I can't comment on how wonderful of running socks that they may be. However, they are very high quality and have reinforced fabric at the ball and heel of the foot, and are extremely comfortable. Color is exactly like what I saw online.
I wanted a good pair of athletic socks I could use for every sport, golf, tennis, and working out. They were definitely worth the extra money. I wear them golfing and I walk and carry. These socks make my feet feel they are in slippers. I Love these socks. Not hot, very cozy, great fabric. I am buying another pair! They fit perfectly. I am a size 10.5 and I ordered the large.

Every time I slip on a new pair of smartwool running socks, I'm reminded just how much I *heart* them! And this time was no different. So far, I've worn them on two ~7 mile runs, and they did not disappoint at all! No blisters, great fit, breathability in the mesh knitting patterns, and more. They also have a lil' extra padding in the metatarsal and heel area which is perfect for running. AND...I actually ran in just the sock (on pavement) for half a mile each time, and they held up like a charm.Two thumbs up for these socks!
Best running socks ever.
These are the only socks I use for running. They keep my feet dry even on long runs 15 miles or more, they provide great cushioning, I wear them in warm weather and cold. Great breathe ability, no blisters.
The best. Added to my existing inventory of this specific sock. It's the only sock I used for the 39.3 two day Avon Breast Cancer Walk. Will continue to purchase to added to my inventory.
My Perfect Sock
I have several pairs of these socks and think they are amazing!! They are perfect for winter runs, keep the feet warm but not over heated and sweaty. I also wear them on long training runs in the spring/summer/fall...again, with no over heated feet. I never get blisters with these socks...but I also have the perfect fitting shoes and on 10+ mile runs use body glide on my feet. I also love the different colors they come in, a fun alternative to plain, white socks.
Nice socks -- good fit and lots of cushioning
They are high enough for both my running and walking shoes. However they get really fuzzy in the washer and dryer.
