PERFECT!
I could not be more thrilled with this coat/sweater. It takes the place of a ... cold days, but is not too thick, heavy and stiff like other jackets. I will buy more of these for sure!
Had to return this...
I looked online for weeks a for a sweater coat and found this one. I liked the color, fabric and weight of it ... has a hood which I love! I read the other reviews before I purchased it and because many people said the ... little off I ordered both the M and the L (I am 5'4 and wear a size 8/10 on top). I have to say that I agree with the reviews. BOTH ... didn't fit me well. I thought that while the fabric, color and workmanship were beautiful, the sleeves were unbelievably long on me and the overall length was as well. The sleeves on both ... went about 3-4 inches past my fingertips and the bodylength hit about 6 inches inches above my knees. It was cut nicely through the body ( the large looked better zipped, the medium unzipped )but I recommend ... up if you plan on wearing anything substantial underneath. Unfortunately, for me , it just looked as though I was a little kid wearing my mom's sweater. :-( Both were returned.
nice, but a bit bland
This looks like a great sweater, but it is very bland. Not as thick as i had hoped. A bit factoy looking. I DO, however, LOVE the thumbhole for the hands!!! It fits much tighter than a normal Athleta XL. It does come in plus size, but the smallest plus size is too big and the XL is a bit tight for layering. I am 5'9' -(muscular, and fat), I have a very broad shoulder and back, about a 38 D breast, and look pretty good in the Large bikini bottoms and an XL top.... amazingly! This sweater fit like a glove, not like an over sweater should fit. I would love to see this in a more artisan style with other colors woven in or shapes, or flowers, or anything interesting?? All of these cool sweaters are so NYC or LA....grey, cream black...boring!! The quality seemed more "OLD NAVY" than Athleta! Sorry if i sound curt, I just want to be clear. Hope this is helpful.
