Love Them!
I have five of these skorts now, and I love them. I wear them out shopping, around the house, and to church. I have worn them on walks, but I find the ... underneath start riding up when I'm moving more actively. If I start to run, the ... REALLY hike up the thigh. This is pretty annoying, because I hate to keep tugging them down while I'm moving. At home or out, though, I absolutely LOVE these and they have become ... new "uniform". I really don't prefer them for exercising, though. They'd be great for travel! These run a little big, although the prints run a little smaller. I didn't size up, and I can ALMOST size down, although the size down is a little snug in the waist. I am still annoyed by the drawstring in the waist (SO many steps when you're using the bathroom!), but I will appreciate the drawstring if I slim out some in the waist. Otherwise, I'll probably just remove the string completely- it makes a bump at the waist in front!

Great for everyday!
I just wore this ... Mother's Day, and it's greatness lies in the versatility! We went for a hike out to the beach, then out to lunch at a nice restaurant afterwards. Normally I would have had a bit of a fashion dilemma for that combination of events, dress down for a comfortable hike, but feel a bit grungy in the restaurant etc... I am 5'6", 172 lbs, the size 12 fits very nicely. The product description doesn't say, but the ... underneath the skirt are a bit stretchy, which helps if you are curvy. The one drawback, and it's slight, is that the ... underneath do tend to roll up a little when I'm sitting but I would absolutely still recommend it!

Wow! My new favorite ...
How can I wear this every single day? Buy more I guess. I absolutely love this ... ordered a few sizes to figure out what would work best. I ended up with a larger size that I thought I would need. I have purchased several M skirts before so I thought a 10p would work but really preferred the feel of the 12p. Women's bodies can vary greatly but I wonder if people who say it sits too high on their waist might have prefered a larger size. I could easily have kept the 10 but the 12 meant it sat lower and the drape was so beautiful. It also meant a light color didn't show any lines for undergarments etc. (one reviewer complained about this) So how many can I have in my closet before people start to snicker? :0

love this ...
i am a stay at home mom of two, my youngest being a toddler. I love this ... because I can leave the house looking great without much effort. The lightweight is perfect for the TX heat and the ... underneath allow me to do as much chasing around kiddos as needed. I am 5'6 and 135lbs. I usually wear a 4 to 6 in women's depending on the cut and style. I have two skorts in size 4 and they fit perfect. A little piece of advice: tie the drawstring before washing. I always forget and end up wasting time running the drawstring through again. That is my only complaint, well that, and I can't afford to buy one in every color. ;)

The greatest everyday warm weather bottom !
I've just ordered this ... my third color, in my second year of buying it. I've worn it for everyday wear, traveling, ... just about everywhere you can imagine wearing a skirt or ... It's a great length on me, not too far above my knees, and very comfortable with its hip riding waistband. The adjustable elastic inside the waistband has even kept my first of these skorts in my closet through a 10 lb weight loss, and it keeps the ... up despite the hip level fit. This is the bottom I reach for in mild to hot weather when I don't know what the day will bring, from a nice restaurant meal downtown to a hike in the mountains. It's a great wardrobe basic and one of the best purchases I've made in years when considering how much use I've made of it and the relatively low price.

Almost perfect ...
... figure is quite a bit curvier than the Athleta models. I'm not an athlete, ... love skorts because they are much more flattering on me than ... I'm 5'2" and wear the size 12 petite. The length is perfect and the material is so comfortable; I'll never wear cotton skorts again. The only quibble I have is with the inside ... which tend to bunch and roll up if I'm moving fast or sweating (like on a hike), so that I'm constantly having to "adjust myself." The material is thin enough that I can usually ignore it. I'm not sure I can fault the design of the ... thighs are certainly not those of these models! I aim to lose some weight (always) and hope the problem will go away with a few pounds.

Skirt yes, ... no
The skirt itself is wonderful, as it's a flattering length and soft as butter. I love the feel of the fabric. The ... hike up and periodically, one has to stop what one is doing and unroll them. This IS NOT flattering. How is one to gracefully unroll ... under her skirt? Pardon me while I lift my skirt and adjust my ... Also, the drawstring is non essential. I wish it was not included as it is just another item to fiddle with and shows under a top. I am keeping the skirt and have worn it a couple of times. I hope Athleta corrects the ... would love to order another. The fit is nice. I ordered my normal skirt or pant size.

Never taking it off
Love it - it came yesterday and I don't think I'll take it off until fall. But why, oh why, can't they put front pockets in an active women's skirt? I don't want to strap an uncomfortable bag around my shoulders and I sure as shootin don't carry a man around all the time just so he can carry my ID & cash!

Comfortable and Fun
I bought this in two colors and love it. It's great for everyday wear (I even wore it to work), I garden in it, walk, hike, shop. Fancier than ... just as comfortable. The only think that I might improve is that when you tighten the waist drawstring it tends to bunch a little and the length (I ordered a petitie I'm 5"2) is just about an inch or two long. It's at ... knees, which is fine, ... think it would be a bit more flattering if it were above the knee. Overall, a great ...

Great!
This is only the second item I have purchase from Athleta. The first a bathing suit. I really like the light weight of these ... very confortable. They are big in waist but everything usually is for me. The first day I wore them ... my children and friends. All the moms comment how great they were...and joked about wearing a skirt on a hike!!! Would buy them again.

Lovely ...
I initially ordered this ... 16 after reading the sizing chart. However I found it to be a little too loose and exchanged it for a 14. The 14 fits more snuggly and is more flattering. It works great! The fabric is really nice, soft, drapes well and seems like it wouldn't wrinkle too much. The ... underneath are stretchy and comfortable, although I found after a bike ride into town I had to pull them down my thighs and readjust them. To be expected with a ... suppose. I'm very picky about length as only certain ones are flattering on me and this one works very well. Long enough to provide good coverage but still flirty and sporty. The flared shape is well constructed so it hangs nicely but doesn't get bulky. On the bike the skirt stayed put on ... legs so I wasn't even flashing the ... truly versatile! To look at it, you would not realize it's a ... It's nice enough I could wear it to work or out for drinks and comfortable enough to wear while running around town, casual bike rides, golf, ... hikes, almost anything. It comes in great colors and I would love another - hopefully it will go on sale!
