skorts - reviews

I still love these skorts
With this order, I now have 6 of the Whatever skorts. I just love them. I am a boomer aged woman who likes fashion but I sure want to look appropriate for my age. These ... allow a great look that can go with sandals or ballet flats and all kinds of tops. Great for travel on hot days and can go from day time to evening with a change of shoes. As I like more coverage when I hike,I wouldn't wear one for that, but it could be very comfortable for those who don't mind exposed legs on the trail. I highly recommend these ...

Love the Whatever ...
I just got my Whatever Skorts and am totally happy with them. I was looking for a ... would be long enough to wear from day into evening or from suburb into city, and this fits the bill. Skorts are a great alternative to shorts especially for those of us "aging boomer gals."I like the length - I am 5'3 1/2" and they hit right in the middle of my knee - long enough to cover for non sporty events but short enough to be "kicky." The fit is great. It has an inner drawer string that is not really needed. The fabric is light weight for the hot weather and should pack very well. These skorts will get quite a lot of use from me. Excellent quality, too.

It fits, looks good, and will travel well
These skorts fit superbly. I have two of the winter version (skirts not skorts) and I wear each at least once a week. They're nice enough for work but are supremely comfortable and allow easy movement for walking, puddle leaping, snow shoveling. I will take the summer skorts on a trip to South Africa and intend to wear them for hiking, cycling in the vineyards, and dinner out. I love the presence of Lycra.

Comfortable and stylish
I just started playing golf this year and started buying a couple of skorts as a result - most of them tend to look very plain with very little shape to them. These skorts look much fresher and athletic as opposed to the usual conservative skorts, but the longer length keeps them looking more professional - several inches higher and you'd be in cheerleader territory, and as someone approaching 40, that's not what I want. I'm 5'3, between size 10-12 (trying to lose weight), and have an "apple" body shape - I bought the petite size 10s and the regular size 12 (violet, it was on sale...couldn't resist) and they are all fine, although the 12 is definitely a bit longer. The "shorts" underneath the skorts are very stretchy and comfortable and for in between sizes such as me, they offer a good fit and will work even if I can continue to lose weight.
