Super Cute
I love the new skorts I just received! It has a bit more pizazz with the tiered layering, yet it doesn't add bulk. I use the skorts more for running around with my kids versus working out, so I like them longer. I ordered a tall and the length was perfect! Athleta skorts are more expensive than most, but they are definitely worth it for the fit, comfort and all the compliments I receive when wearing them!!

This is the perfect ... golf!!!! I purchased these skorts in tall to be a bit more discreet when I golf, and it is so feminine, everyone loved it and wanted to know where I got it. Please bring this back in some bright retro florals!!!! Thank you so much Athleta for making this available in tall!!! I purchased all colors this time and will even be able to wear this fun ... around the house, walking the dogs, and riding my bike. LOVE!!!

so far, this is my favorite ... athleta. this one had long enough shorts underneath for me to not have my thighs catch fire while i am running or walking briskly. they did not seem to ride up on me like other skorts i have ordered. very cute on! i am a larger girl, 5'8" and like this very much. want to order it for my friend now!

Swagger ...
LOVE this ... love running in skorts anyway--and this offers a creative style unlike any others I've seen.I'm 5'4", about 115 lbs and the x small was a perfect fit. Anything larger would have been too big. Great buy!

Cute ...
This ... really adorable. It does, however, run a size large as do the other skorts I have tried in the Spring line - specifically the sweet sport ... don't really understand why all the sizing has changed. It really makes ordering online problematic as I have returned many items. This ... keeper though and very unique.

Love this ...
I wear these type of skorts more than shorts all the time - and I truly love this one. I am actually going back for more! It is very light weight and the mesh shorts fit well. After reading the other reviews I took the lead with going down a size - and since this is the first item I have ordered from Athleta I wasn't sure how it was going to fit. I have a 5'1"-ish athletic build and it worked well to down a size - instead of ordering a SMALL [4-6], I went with an XSMALL [0-2] - now I'm really going back for more...LOL!! This skirt is very easy breeze - moves with your body very well and easy to wash and wear. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - especially if you like skorts. Rock on!

Beautiful ...
Beautiful ... but the fit is too loose. I am 5'4 130 lbs and usually wear a small in all my tennis skorts. Also this one is a little longer that I expected. I think I will be very happy with this ... once I get the correct size. I will return it for an xs.

Great ...
We were recently required to wear khaki skorts for a work uniform. This ... comfortable, looks great and washes great. Already purchases a second one!

A pleasant surprise!
I saw a mixed bag of reviews, but I decided to order this anyway since I love to wear skorts. I am 5'6" and decided to order in the tall, since I wanted this for more everyday wear, rather than for exercising, and it is perfect! I love the material with the stretch and recovery. It's a nice performance fabric, but it feels more comfortable than most athletic wear. You can easily wear this for travel and everyday. Mine fit perfectly everywhere. The drawstring allows you to cinch the waist, and I love the lower rise. The mesh shorts are form fitting, and it's great that way. They are so comfortable, and with the mesh they are so breathable. I went back and ordered the other colors.

Really cute!
Just got this in the mail today. Love it! Not sure, but do Athleta bottoms run a bit small? Got two of their Whatever Skorts (love them too, alot), and as a 5'6", 135 lb. woman, I need a size 10 (have gotten all of my skorts in Petite for the sportier length). But you know what? I don't care what the number is, as long as it's comfy, and it is. And very cute. Personally, I am not bothered at all by the detail in the back that some wearers have kvetched about. It doesn't seem bulky to me, and I sort of like the bit of detail. This is the first year I've bought stuff from Athleta, but I am fast becoming an avid fan! Btw, got this in the Smokey Lilac, and it's a nice hit of summer color.

Totally Impressed!
I really like the dipper skorts. The colors are great and the fit is great as well. I would recommend these skorts to anyone.

My "go to" bottoms
Athleta got this one right! This is the best skirt I have ever purchased. I love the mesh boyshorts underneath that are so sleek and don't create any extra bulk like some other skorts. The skirt material stretches and feels like pajama bottoms but has a classy, professional look. The internal drawstring brings the waist in perfectly since my bottom is bigger than my waist. I am 5'4" and ordered the petite, which is the perfect length and hits right above knee.

Great for us tall gals!
As a tall gal and a golfer, this ... really great. It's more feminine and attractive than shorts and is functional. So many skorts are bulky due to the shorts underneath, but these are not. Being tall, it is hard to find attractive skorts that are long enough...the short ones are fine for the younger gals, but look pathetic on a 60-year old. These are just long enough to be tasteful, yet short enough to be perky and to provide plenty of freedom of movement...perfect not only for the golf course, but also for running around town. Plus these are of a fabric that has some structure; it is not a clingy knit. I read a lot of negatives comments about the buckle on the back, but I do not find it problematic at all. However, I am very slim, with a flat behind. For the more well endowed, I could see how it might become a nuisance.

I got these for my trip to Cancun and they are the most comfortable skorts I have ever worn!! Love them :)

Darling Dipper ...
I love this ... ordered the new Blue Spruce color. It is very pretty. This season the ... seems to run large compared to older Dipper skorts. I hope the next size down will fit right. I am 5'4" tall and weigh 140 pounds and did wear a size 8.

I wanted to love this, but don''t...
I was really looking forward to getting this ... But I will be sending it back. It seems to fit perfectly, but the skirt part pulls weird in the front where the shorts are attached by the zipper. It bunches a bit there and doesn't look very good. I may be able to size up, but then it would definitely sit too low on the hips and then be too long, and perhaps I'd run into problems with the shorts fitting strangely because of sitting lower. I could also probably cut out the shorts, but part of the appeal for me was the inner shorts. The shorts are tight fitting, so maybe the stretched fabric of the shorts and the non stretched fabric of the skirt just don't lay right in that spot. I love the color and styling, just not the fit. Too bad... But I love Athleta and will keep trying more skorts until I find the perfect one (with pockets!)

Could have been a great ...
Most everything about this ... great. One big flaw though, about where my tail bone is the fabric pouched out about a inch! My husband first saw this and said it was a design flaw. I tried to order a couple more in other sizes just hoping that it wouldn't be there on them. It pouched out on everyone and the sweet Athleta receptionist even went and tried on a pair while I was on the phone, she said sure enough it did that on her too! The waist also seemed to run large. I had to send all 4 of them back. Shame I live in my skorts :-{

Disappointed
This ... attractive but the inner short is tight! I am a size 6 and ordered the 6. The outer skirt would have fit perfectly if the inner short would not have been so tight. Because the inner short was such a snug fit, it caused the waist band of the skirt to gap and at the attach points of skirt and short it pulled. I returned the 2 skorts I ordered due to the fit but the colors are great and the concept is good just not a good fit for me.
