Perfect coverage
I really like this skirt bottom, it covers the imperfections perfectly.I'm 5'6" 110lbs and purchased the x small - I could of gone xx small, but am keeping this just incase that would be too snug. I purchased the black and it'll go with any color bikini top for a quick change for a different look. Love it.
Love it!
I thought the ... shorts were great, but now I love this ... skirt. It's a flattering fit for my 50 yr old body. The "otter" color is like a chocolate brown, though, not a lighter hue like what you see in the photo. I bought a scrunch top to match in the same color and look forward to strutting my stuff in my latest Athleta purchase.

I ordered the solid skirt to go with the paisley Pura Vida Bra Cup Tankini. They look great together. I am 5'4 and 132 #, over age 50 with skinny legs. The medium looks great and fits well. The panty covers really well and the skirt length is not too ... provides modesty. The only negative is that it really is a low rise on my straight hips and I am unsure of coverage if I ... play beach volleyball so will take that into consideration when heading out for the day.

Love this ... skirt! Lightweight, stretchy but not too clingy. Perfect length to cover problem areas yet ... & cute to not look old ladyish. I'm a toddler mom and need a lil more coverage to feel confident chasing him down the beach, and I surely do in this. I got it in OTTER and I love it, but color shown is quite different than actual - its more like a CHOCOLATE BROWN, not grayish at all as appears. I debated on sizes, so I ordered a SMALL & MEDIUM. I normally wear medium size ... bottoms (curvy 128 lbs, size 6 or 8) and sure enough - the MEDIUM was the winner! LOVE IT, highly recommend!!
Otter color is really brown
I ordered the otter color expecting it to be gray based on the picture. It is actually a dark brown color. I don't know if they sent me the wrong color but I really like it! I ordered the small and it fits perfectly. I am 5'10" 125lbs. The skirt isn't quite as long as I expected but it covers the problem areas and still looks cute. Overall it is a great purchase as long as you aren't expecting a gray color.
Swimsuit nirvana!
I love it! Very cute! Low ish rise, but not too low ... very flattering skirt ... nice color (I got a turquoise blue shade) ... substantial fabric -- a winner! Looks cute with either a bikini top or a tankini top. I'm 5'7", 123# and the XS fits nicely.
Love this skirt!
This is such a cute ... skirt! The fit is flattering and coverage is great. I am exchanging the petunia pop color for the asphalt color to go with the Haiku bikini top in limoncello. I am in my upper 30s, 5"3, 127 lbs and I feel comfortable chasing my boys around in this and still feel cute and sexy too! I usually wear a medium in ... bottoms from Athleta and this medium fit great.
Just right
I needed a ... skirt that wasn't too flimsy and this is perfect. I am usually an Athleta size 6 in pants. I got the medium since I don't like my ... bottoms tight. It fits really nicely with no digging in at the waistband. There is a "wrap" styling feature with the flap at the left side. I love the sangria color. I would buy another since it goes with several tops, but they are now out of my size. I hope this ... skirt is carried again next year in more colors.
Great color & style
Although a bit snug at the hips (I got the small - I'm generally a size 4, 5' 7", 130lbs.), this ... skirt is really flattering. I got the Otter color to go with the Pura Vida Paisley tankini as an option for those days when you are not feeling up to wearing a bikini bottom - you know what I mean!
cute cute but a bit big
really like these bottoms, but I think they run a bit bigger than I expected. The blue color is beautiful, a very "beachy" color. Very comfortable and looks good on, but I think they just might stretch a bit when wet and not stay on in rough surf - the hip does not have a very tight fit. Ordered a MED based on the chart, and they fit, but due to the "what will they do when wet" question I think the small might fit better. Unfortunately, apparently a lot of people felt the same way, and the blue size SMALL is gone.... Oh well, I'm hoping it comes back for next season as I'm keeping the matching top!
Fading
While overall, I am satisfied with this skirt, I am noticing that the color is fading after just a few uses. I presume this is from exposure to chlorine (despite the fact that I rinse it well after each use) as I use an indoor pool. (I bought the otter brown). Wondering if another color would be any better. I have a feeling fading is a common problem for items made of a nylon/spandex blend -- I had this problem with a nylon/spandex rash shirt (purchased elsewhere) that went from royal blue to white over a period of about 6 months.
