I bought the bottoms to go w/ the ... halter tankini. These bottoms are a great fit, very flattering, sexy, yet practical and comfortable. I am 5'7" and apprx 128lbs and I bought a small.
Better than your average string bikini ...
Comfortable, adjustable, and moderate rear coverage. Still somewhat skimpy, but much better than the average string bikini made for rail thin girls, these days. I'm 5'8", and I am a fit 140lbs. Normally wear size 8 jeans. The large is perfect on me. My only criticism is that the lining is a light color, even on the black bikini bottoms. I hope next year they have this style in more colors/patterns - I will buy again.

Perfect cut for me
I have what is considered an hourglass shape, which includes a full chest and full hips. I typically wear an 8 currently in pants (9 mo after baby body still). If swim suit bottoms sit too high, it cuts into the thinness of my waist. By the same token, if they are cut too full in the butt area, it almost makes it look bigger. These were the only bottoms of the 3 I tried from Athleta that worked. I wish they were available in more ... colors so they could be paired with more of the tops.

Love these swimsuit bottoms! Wonderful fit with good coverage. Color is deep brown, not the taupe color shown online. I ordered a large and they fit perfectly. I'm 5'3. 130 and have fuller hips.

Very excited about this bikini ... I'm 5'3" ~125lbs, and got the Medium- it fits well, and has good tush coverage without looking like a granny panty. Looks very cute with the "Scrunch Bikini Top." Seems to stay in place well with movement. I got one in solid purple, and one in a green and white print. The fabrics are very similar, but somehow the print has a little more stiffness to it. Both fit well and feel good. I've found my new favorite suit!!

I wasn't too sure about a "string" bikini ... considering I have wider hips and some junk in the trunk (at least relative to the rest of my body), but these are super flattering! You can make adjustments with the strings on the sides, so they don't cut in or make it look like someone's trying to cut raw dough with a string. Sweet! The rear coverage is awesome, but doesn't look dowdy or saggy. I'm 5'2", 128lbs., and usually wear a 4/6 in pants. I got the medium and it fits great! Looks really nice with the matching bikini top, and the red color ("grenadine?") is bright without being garish.
Great bikini/tankini ...
I had an old ... Athleta that I thought had a little too much coverage, so I thought I would buy this solid one to go with my tankini top. This one is very sexy, but tasteful. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it falls a tiny bit lower than I'd like in the front, but since I was able to adjust the strings on the side to loosen the ... didn't cut into my stomach quite so much. I am 5'3" with an athletic, curvy build, and it fit great once I loosened the sides a bit (all my fat is in my stomach). Great fabric, great color.
Cute bottoms
These are the best fitting bottoms thus far in this year's line up. They fit well and the tie sides didn't cut in. The sizing was true to the size chart. I usually wear 8/10 bottoms in pants and am more curvy in the tush, L in this fit nicely. Going back for another color. Much better than this year's version of the low tide ... Recommend them!
I bought this ... go with the Shirrendipity Halter Bikini Top in bling blue. I went with a size small, based on the size charts. I have a 26.5" natural waist and 36.5" hips and found the Small to fit well. I am happy with the rise- it is what I would consider low rise, but not obscenely low (like some VS swim suits). Low enough to not look matronly wearing this in my mid late 20s. These bottoms are advertised as being full coverage in the back and I would definitely agree. It was fuller coverage than I expected even - not too much fabric that I would consider sizing down. The adjustable side ties are great. While I am very active, I by no means have a flat stomach, and this ... does not create that 'muffin top' look that other suits can create. It was a great buy, and I am considering buying a set in a second color if/when it goes on sale.
