Super look and price
I am 5'8" with long legs and a small rear but it lacks the muscle tone of someone in their twenties. II shopped and shopped at the beginning of the season to find the perfect swimsuit. I ultimately ordered a different style of offshore bottoms and my husband commented how cute they looked on me.. specifically how good this type of ... made my butt and upper legs look. So, when these went on sale, I ordered them. I read the other reviews and decided to order a Small. I am a size 6 in most brands, tending to a 4. These ... fit me very well. The colors are really bold and I like the style better than the original pair I bought!. The Off Shore Paisley top, covering your stomach, looks really cute with these bottoms.

Sporty and Cute!
... perfect ... bottoms for active moms who want to jump in the surf with their kids, but still look cute on the beach or the pool in comfort. I received many compliments on these--such a great alternative to the skirt, and no tugging on the ... wondering if you're playing peek a boo with your unflattering areas. Covers just enough, but doesn't look frumpy. At 42, I'm 5'3, 110 and love the length in the size small which fits perfectly. I wore ... tankini top to lunch and then to the beach; perfect for both!

I love the oceanside ... can wear them and not feel self conscious and want to cover up! I am 5'6" 145lbs, wear a size 8 and the medium is a perfect fit.

Versatile, Cute ...
I bought these to go with one of the swim wear tops. The colors are beautiful and the fit is a tiny bit loose which helps to avoid any unnecessary bumps. Mostly I wear a small in the ... (5'11" and 130 pounds) but with swim wear I always size up to make sure my bum is covered so I got a medium which offers me plenty of room. Love how you can wear them lower and they cover the bum very well or you can wear them higher by tightening the drawstring for a more secure fit. I feel comfortable in these and even comfortable enough to wear them to hot yoga class where I received many compliments. Yes, you will need to bring a towel for some of the poses to avoid you foot slipping down your leg. I also like to kick back with these ... my home. What I love about these bottoms is that at 54 years old, I still have a nice shape, but prefer to avoid scantily cut bikini bottoms. In fact I already returned another style of the scoop bottoms because they showed too much. These are cute, comfortable and stylish, covering all the right areas, and not frumpy at all. Good job Athleta! Can't wait to wear these swimming.

The perfect swim ...
I have struggled for years finding swim bottoms that I love. I have finally found them! I was worried about the size not being large enough after how small some ... bottoms run. I measured my hips (37) and waist (26.5), so I ordered the Small based on my hip size. I found this to be the perfect size. I only have a few Gap items (all skirts) and they were either a 0 or a 2 so I do think that ... bottoms run true to size on the Athleta size chart and the measurements they give. The biggest problem areas on me are my upper thighs. ... cover my problem areas and make me very comfortable. I'd be more than comfortable having my picture taken in ... I'm usually self conscious of myself in a bathing ... definitely perfect for a mom on the run. The elastic at the waist is tight enough to stay put but not so tight it creates a muffin top. The draw string makes it feel even more secure. I paired ... Dip Dye with Solid Bra Cup Twistini Bikini Top in Kauai Blue. They really are a great match together. While on the more expensive side, I am very happy with the feel and fit of ... would be back for more in a heart beat!

Good Enough
I am not a big water person. Like most women I am looking for the suit that will make me look like a supermodel. Alas, it does not exist. I bought the swim ... pleased with the fit. I am glad I read the other reviews, it made it easier to make an educated decision. These do run a little big in the waist, but the drawstring helps take care of that problem. The coverage is everything you caould want in a swimsuit. I bought these for a family get together at a water park and they worked wonderfully. They don't dry very fast and like most things that hang loose when dry they cling when wet showing everything you wish you could hide. Loved the pattern. Not a big fan of the weird little pocket on the back. Useless and kind of tacky looking (didn't see it in the pictures posted in the catalog) but that's just me. A pocket for storing a few small things like a credit card, key or cash would be more useful.

Excess material at the belly
These ... good looking, are made from a swimsuit like material, are lightweight, have a nice thick and comfortable waste band, have a permanent bikini ... inside them but do have excess material in the front that I wish wasn't there. I got these on clearance and they're generally better than what I expected. I'm excited to use them snorkeling in Maui. I got the XL and I'm 5'5" normally wearing size 10 or 12 pants and ... They fit great.

In search of perfection
I'll start out by saying that I am always looking for "the perfect bathing suit." That being said, this isn' it, along with the thousands of suits I have already purchased over the years. The ultimate truth is there probably is not a "perfect suit" for me, because I'm not really happy with my body. I had really been hoping to get the tye dye version of the suit, but they did not have my size in the ... so I opted for the Paisley. The Paisley is pretty, but the tye dye would have suited my personality better. The bikini top is fine. Average. Nothing special. The bottoms are better. They have a built in bathing suit under the ... which provides some lift. I like that. The exterior ... strechy - typical bathing suit material, so it doesn't really hide the lumps and bumps I have accumulated over the years. That was my ultimate hope. So once again, I have an okay suit that I will wear to the river and pool with the kids.

Not flattering
These are not what I expected - I was hoping for more of a boy ... fit, which these are not. These made me look 5 lbs heavier - I quickly took them off! They truly look more like very ... not like a swimsuit ... sending these back.

Cute and comfy
Super cute on, these ... fit well on me. I'm 5'5", 118 lbs, with an athletic figure. I ordered a small, and it's a great fit. The length is perfect for beach sports (though it is a WEE bit shorter than I expected from all the other descriptions... even on my ... legs). I can also see wearing these with a cute tank. For some reason, I didn't know that there would be an inner pantie, but I'm happy with this "plus", since I can wear them in lieu of bikini bottoms if I know I'm going to be especially active at the beach (instead of just lounging).

Love the ...
The ... fit great - loved the built in swimsuit ... drawstring and that they are light weight. The ... perfect to wear for a family beach day and beach sports without having to show off too much.

I love these ... wanted something to go rafting in and didn't want to wear a regular swimsuit or a swim dress or skirt so I bought these ... They were perfect1

Great suit!
This is the first time I've worn a swimsuit involving swim ... really like the whole suit. The ... don't slide around, and there isn't a skirt that flies up in the water like with a swim skirt. I love the color combination, too. The size is perfect, and the suit is very comfortable.

First swimsuit that truly fits.
I purchased the Sayulita Oceanside ... Top. This is the first swimsuit that truly fits with out me heading to the seamstress to fix this or that. As a slender (5'4, 100lbs.) mother of four, I wanted a suit that provided coverage and style. I want to be able to be part of the water fight, play frisbee, and build sandcastles with my kids. This is THAT suit! Thanks.

Cute bottoms!
I have never purchased ... bathing suit bottoms before but thought this would be a great alternative to the dreaded skirt to hide excess in the rear area! They are really cute & sporty and fit well! I am 5' 6" 130 lbs. and wear a size 4 typically the small fit perfectly. I ordered the banded halter top to pair with them.

Cute
I'm a 45 year old ahtletic woman. I normally wear a small but I ordered an extra small in this swim ... love the way it fits. I like my swim ... little snug because when you come out of the water most swim bottoms stretch or sag so I went with extra small and I'm so glad. Love the colors, love the fit and love the sale price.

comfortable and flattering
So far, I have worn these to a waterpark and a beach with my two young children. I have never felt so comfortable wearing a swim suit. I felt like I could run up the stairs at the waterpark and play around with my kids without ever feeling worried if my suit was going to come off and what my body looked like. I have only worn these twice and I have had people come up and ask where I have gotten the swimsuit.

Busy Moms who are chasing kids around the beach and are in and out of the water, YOU WILL LOVE THESE SWIM BOTTOMS!!! This is actually my third pair of this style swim ... Athleta. I first bought them in a medium and they fit fine when dry, however, once they were wet they looked sloppy on me. The next two were smalls and they are perfect. I'm 43 and on the leaner side, though I had babies in my mid-30's so I have some middle jiggle and and muffin top. One pieces don't work for me because I need a large size to accommodate my height and then the bust is always too big. Traditional 2-piece suits didn't work because the bottoms cut into, well, my ... also cut in at my waist, really accentuating my muffin top. These ... so flattering in and out of the water on me: 5'9, normally a size 6 with some jiggle that comes with being 43. Get these ...

Not as good as the suit two years ago
I ordered these swim ... replacement for a similar suit I have worn happily for three years. To my disappointment, Althleta has changed the cut of the waistband and the rise. The waistband was cut smaller than the top of the ... lead to a slight puffiness just under the waistband, which no woman wants on a swimsuit. Plus the rise was too ... didn't reach the tankini ... placement of the print would look good on only the skinniest of people. I returned this product.

... great for those who, like me, do not enjoy baring their buns when ... needed something to wear over my swimsuit and this really delivered. I bought the next size down from what I would usually purchase as recommended in the other reviews, and the ... fit perfectly with great coverage of ... cottage cheese thighs. I'm 5'4" and 118lb and went with an XS, despite the size chart recommending a S.

Best ...
I love ... never thought I would be going this route, but age has started to get to me. But, ... don't disappoint. They fit great and don't come up too high - so they are still cute and sexy and don't make you look like you're trying to hide the signs of aging. ... problem spot is ... thighs (no matter how much exercise I do) - and ... just loose enough to hide that problem area. They make you feel confident to wear a swimsuit again. Love them!

disappointingly bunch y
The raspberry color was nice, and exactly like the picture. I'm 5'5 135 and a small fit fine. I walked around the house in ... front bunches up weird. It's not the flap on top- that was fine just like the picture. But maybe because this is swimsuit material? I'm not sure but the front would ride up the moment I started to walk. It didn't feel right. I'm sad to return it, but I know it would bother me.

Exposed on the beach
While in Colorado, the ... seemed to fit great, so I took it to Florida with me last Thursday. I had never actually gotten the ... wet or used it for running, so I was glad to have the opportunity to run on the beach and then ... needed to put ... single car key in the little pocket in the front of the ... but I found as I ran that the swimsuit was sliding lower and lower in the front. The elastic that had seemed adequate when trying the ... Colorado was not adequate once something was in the little pocket. I was several miles from ... starting point when I had to start tugging at the ... every few seconds to keep it from falling down. I firmly believe that the ... needs two things: 1) interior pocket needs to be over on the side - not near the center of the front of ... 2) needs to have a drawstring, ... just the elastic that seemed to "give way" over time. I'm ... sure if I'll try running in the ... again or ... - and it had the same "problem" once ... wet in the ocean.
