Love this pant!
My First pair of kickbooty tech ... over a year old and still look great. Found them on sale so picked up a second pair. These ... wear like steal! I use them for yoga on colder days, but usually just for every day running around in the colder months...great option over jeans. I am 5' 8" 145. usually wear a 10..The regular large fits perfect. I do order some items in tall but the tall in this pant was about 6 inches too long!

I love these ... have them in several colors. They are the perfect winter weight; not too heavy and not too light. I wear them for errands, walks and outdoor activities all winter long - they are my go to ... They look and fit so well I can even wear them out to a casual evening dinner with a nice sweater. They could be worn on a warmer sunny winter day for snow shoeing or XC skiing but they are not for intense cold winter sports. They come out of the washer and dryer perfectly. I am 5'7 1/2" and 127 and the ... small fit perfectly (with a bit of hemming which the store offers at no charge). The regular length was about an inch too short. I highly recommend these ... just bought another couple pair on sale to have in stock for next winter.

I am 5'71/2" 127 lbs and needed to buy the ... small because the regular length are about an inch too short. The store will hem them for free. I just bought a couple more pairs because they were on sale and I want them in stock for next winter. Highly recommend!
FAVORITE PANTS EVER
The kickbooty pants are my favorite pants EVER. I am 6' tall and I can NEVER find workout pants long enough... The tall is PERFECT! My husband was shocked I found pants that actually came down to my shoes! I wear these pants ALL the time, since I am in Utah these are perfect for running errands in the snowy winter season, hanging out with my kids or working out outdoors. They are super cozy and very flattering to the hips and thighs, (and they make my butt look fantastic)! I LOVE THESE PANTS!
fabulous winter lounge/active pants!
I got these pants because I have the regular kickbooty and they just weren't warm enough for walking outside in the winter. I love the tech stratch version- same great fit but a thicker fabric with fleece on the inside! The ... supposed to be the same cut but these seem a little more bootcut and the kickbooty slightly more flared but both look great on. I have to say my absolute favorite thing about athleta is that their tall has a 35" inseam! I can never find lounge ... longe enough because so many stores consider a 32" to be a "long" or maybe a 34" if you are lucky. I need a 35" for flats so Athleta is my hero for making so many fabulous ... choose from for us long legged ladies! I am 5'8" 145lbs with long legs and the M tall is perfect! Thank you as always Athleta!

I already have a few pairs of the kick booty ... decided to try these as winter approaches. They have a very thick, high quality, plush feel to them and are extremely comfortable. I mainly wear them to work, and will use them as walking ... winter. I am 5'10" and got the ... which is generous in it's length, and perfect for me.
A favorite
Really love these pants. This years' sizing is a bit different than last years. Small is a bit tighter and tall a bit longer. (my weight/shape hasn't changed.) I am 5'7 and 127lbs. I usually wear Athleta Small, sometimes Small Tall in other styles. I returned both small regular and small tall and ordered a Medium. They are a bit bigger overall in waist and leg, but perfect length and very comfortable. I will not be working out inside wearing these pants, but for hiking and general outdoor wear, they are perfect. Wish they had even more colors.
Great on their own or as a mid layer!
Well, after a chilly hike a few weeks ago I started searching for a pant that fit like a yoga pant but was warmer and possibly water and abrasive resistant. Can we say impossible? I could find $200 snowpants...or our typical yoga pants. I finally found these - warm enough on their own, tough enough to get a bit wet or to scoot down a boulder with that yoga pant appearance. I was also happy it sounded like they'd work as a mid layer if you needed more warmth. I ordered the tall for the sale price but also because sometimes 'regular' lengths are too short on me. These are super long which is great for anyone tall. For me (I'm 5'8") I'll get them hemmed and for now I just roll them up a bit. The fit was fine, as the description says, lower rise, boot cut. Given the activities these are made for a mid rise would make more sense. However, I can also tuck a base layer shirt in and these are stretchy so you can pull them up a bit. Though I haven't hiked or skied in them yet I did use them as my day long shoveling fest pants with our recent blizzard. They were awesome! I was walking though and shoveling waist deep snow...and they were warm and dry the whole time. I did find that I had to pull them up a bit a few times...but they weren't falling down...I'm just used to my winter pants being a little higher. My buns did get a little chilly toward the end of the day...but these absolutely would layer well with my silk long underwear or shell pants to keep in a little more heat. Overall, I really like these pants, the one thing that I'm not in love with is the outside material. It does the job...it just looks a little polyester y too me...but I'm not sure what material I'd prefer so I can't knock much off for that! And I'd notice that less in the gray or black I'm sure. I got these half off in the blue - so good value at that price. I'm going to continue the search for this type of pant...but I have a feeling I'll be coming back to these!

I ordered a ... because that's what I am, usually, but they were a bit too tight across the hips & thighs. Size Large is perfect and the length is just right (I'm 5'11"). I came back to order a second pair in another color, but found that all ... sizes are out of stock :( I'll keep checking back. Hopefully the cost will go down as well... kinda pricey for a workout pant. Cheers!
nice outdoor ...
I'm a fan of the regular Kickbooty ... so when these came out I had to try them. I love running outside in the winter, but it's not overly cold here so I didn't want something too warm. I wore these running today in 32 degree weather and they were perfect. I was warm enough but not too hot. I find these to run basically true to size, but they are a little bit larger than the regular Kickbooty, and also a couple of inches longer. One reason I love the Kickbooty ... they are not too long (I'm very petite, 5' ... - and ordered the petite length, of course), but these drag the ground and got dirty when I wore them outside. I'm hoping ... shrink a bit when I wash them. ... little looser in the legs than the regular Kickbooty, but not so much that ... don't fit. The fleecy material is not too bulky and is nice and soft. Overall I'm happy with these. I only wish ... had a narrower leg - not skinny, just more straight. That way ... would not drag the ground even if ... bit long AND would be more stylish.
