I typically buy ... exclusively from another major company of workout clothes, ... lately ... produced any new styles. I am VERY GLAD that I gave ... Athleta ... try! I ... concerned with the wicking ability and how it would compare to ... other brand of workout ... there is no question that ... great wicking ability (I teach group fitness classes and fear wearing gray ... because of the chance of showing off ... sweaty areas when stretching, kicking, etc.--So far no issues with that!). I also ... Athleta offers petite sizes; I ... look for the "short" option because most workout ... made for ... people and I step all over the hem! I am 5'1" and the short/petite option with their ... fits great.

Finally, a yoga ... grown ups!
I'm 58 years old, a size 4 with no tummy at all. I exercise every day and I'm in great shape for any age. ... don't feel comfortable in a low rise yoga - or any - ... unless there is sufficient stretch at the waistband ... 'muffin top' of any sort can be avoided. This is the ... Roll it up, roll it down. Extremely soft and stretchy material. Nike used to make a workout ... bit higher rise, and a bit more stretch -- ... no more. I guess 'muffin tops' -- or anorexia -- must be all the fashion rage. Can''t believe it fits me...
I am a size 2X and it's very hard to find good workout clothes that ... fits well even though the waist is a bit higher than mentioned ... guess I am short waisted). I ... been wearing ... yoga and ... great to workout in. ... move well with your body and ... don't cut into your upper legs. ... perfect travel ... well.

Just as good as ... claim
I hesitated to buy ... least a year. I just had real trouble getting over the price for "workout ... However, ... husband got ahold of one of the Athleta catalogs in the house and looked at those ... said, "Will YOUR butt look like THAT in ... told him probably and he ordered ... day. Well, ... butt DOES look like THAT in ... wear ... everywhere and collect numerous compliments on ... ladies and gentlemen alike. ... look like slacks, ... wear like sweats- it is almost ... good to be true! I ... feeling there will be more than one pair around here before long...

Everyone should own a pair!
I've recently gotten back in the habit of doing Pilates 6 days a week and finding ... work for me has been an issue. By the time I was half way through ... workout, ... would be past ... rear end. With ... though, ... don't move and are super comfortable. The best part ... allow your body to breathe and provide support where you need it. I will definitely be ordering more of this style in all the other colors. I'm really impressed and will continue being a customer for life.

I purchased two sizes, a ... seem to run a bit on the snug side, I am 6' and a size 8 in ... ended up with the ... size. The are flattering on and feel really nice, the best workout ... own! I will purchase ... again in the future and I also ordered the Chaturanga Capri; which is really great too!

This is ... first time purchasing from athleta. I ordered an xs petite. I am 5ft ... 103 lbs, 24in waistline and 30.5in hips. Four stars because it was just a tad bit lose in the thigh and leg area, ... everything else ... well. Length was perfect even with tennis shoes. I might try xxs on ... next order. I went to the gym today and tested how ... hold up to ... sweaty workouts. Did an 80 minute cardio session plus 15 minutes in the dry sauna :) No embarrassing signs of sweat showing( ... atleast) :). Fabric is great and I'm very impressed! :)

Great ...
Thank you again, Athleta, for making ... different body sizes and types. Nothing is worse for a ... girl than wearing "high water" workout ... length, the rise, and the feel of ... find myself wearing ... more than workouts because ... flattering and comfortable.

Just OK
I ... been looking for good work out ... long time. All the ... tried are either to short, show muffin top, or ... tight in all the wrong places. ... were a little more snug than I cared for in the waist and thigh area. If there were no elastic in the waist I probably would ... kept the ... hid what ... needed ... looked good on your rearend, ... elastic gave me mufin top...I went with FUSION ... instead, ... AWESOME. No elastic in the waist, and snug/loose in all the right places. I hated to pay the $$ for a pair of work out ... worth it if you ... hard time finding workout ... flatter your ... bad ... perfect body!

Too long or too short
Sadly, despite the fact that I already ... 3 pairs of Chaturanga ... latest ones that I ordered didn't ... Talls were too long and the Regulars were too short. I actually ordered the ... sent ... back and ordered a second pair in the hopes that it was an issue with one batch. No such luck. I still ... ones I ... though.

Maybe it''s me!
Well, ... seem like a good quality pair of workout ... mottled grey is very pleasing to the eye, the fabric feels wonderful next to your skin. I'm 5'5" and about 133 lbs. I usually wear a size 6, ... I'm probably a little on the flabby side right now. ... although the wide and fairly stiff waistband is a great thing, I just don't look that great in ... Little muffin top and kind of get the camel look at the crotch, which is ... good on anybody!! ... I'm chalking it up to the fact that I'm ... total hard body and I might be in between the S and M sizes. ... sure I'm going to keep ... probably do a yoga workout and see how ... ride.

My Fave Corduroys Ever!!
Picked up 2 pairs of these at an Athleta store near me. . .fell in love in the dressing room. Flattering to legs and backside, these ... beautifully accent your shape all around. So excited to find the Talls in a store and be able to try on. I am 5'9" and an athletic 165 lbs, and am VERY picky about how my ... fit! I will say the fits are different in the different colors--in the Rye, the 10 ... more form fitting in waist and rear; the Asphalt, a little looser, but still quite attractive. I would not have sized down--the 8 ... waist in the Asphalt probably would not have been large enough. The corduroy is not shiny at all (as indicated by some other reviewers), but does have a rich, velvet like look to it. I plan to re order another color before the season ends!!

Unbelievable
I usually have such a hard time finding ... fit me. These ... fit me perfectly and it is a relief to find a ... isn't made for skinny legged women. No offense to skinny legged women. I have muscular thighs with a small waist which is not a combination that most ... made for. If you are in this category you must get these ... I'm 5'8", 140 lbs and ordered a size 8.

Pleasantly Surprised
Well, I always said, "I will never wear skinny leg ... BUT... I decided to give these ... try since I love the regular Dipper series. And, I'm pleasantly surprised! I really like wearing them with boots! Just a couple things to mention: I had to size up so they weren't skin tight. Usually I wear Athleta size 6 (I'm 5'10", 140 lbs.), but an 8 fit much better and are not skin tight around the butt especially. Also, I always take Talls, but honestly I could have gone with a Regular length for tucking into boots as the ... pretty long. Overall I am very happy with these ... (Oh, and one more thing - I have these in Black and find that lint, dog hair, dirt, etc., REALLY shows up and is hard to brush off).

No need to be a skinny person
These ... have crushed my belief that the skinny ... trend was for women size 2 and under and women without much substance to their booty and thighs. They are the first pair of skinny ... absolutely LOVE on my non skinny legs. They really are versitile, comfortable, and slimming. The asphalt color is a beautiful blue ish gray, very pleased! I am 5'4", 125 lbs, both curvy and athletic build (which makes it really hard to find ... fit) and usually a size 6 in Athleta ... Size 6 fit me great, with a little room in the waist, but not so much that it needed a belt or was floppy. The only reason they did not get five stars was because the snap on the waist sometimes pops open when I lean forward (and as I said, the waist is a little loose so its not from the muffin top popping it open).

To avoid skin tight, buy up a size
I am 6'1, 155 pounds, with most of my weight around my middle and a "bubble butt." I ordered a 10 and a 12 ... course). I was able to zip up the 10 but it was pretty tight for this 52-year old mom, so I am going to keep the 12. I agree with some other reviewers that these ... run "small" by today's sizes. (FWIW, I wear a size ten ... Levi's). The fabric is a nice soft thin wale corduroy, which I hope will keep its shape. Thanks, Athleta, for making ... clothes for women like me.

Cute ... but sizing off in talls - definitely size up!
I really wanted to love these ... ordered in retro rose in size 10 ... (I'm 5'10 w/34" inseam, and ALL of my GAP ... 10longs or 10talls - 31 waist, 39 hip). These Skinny Dipper ... inch too short and rise is too short. I tried to button them my waist is well below mine. I thought about sizing up because I really like these ... but the legs would fit too loose (I don't usually have this problem in ... These will fit you if you have more of a straight athletic build. I am fit but shapely and these do not work for me. Good luck!

HUGE!
I am having a TERRIBLE time with these ... am a size 0 AND 5'0"... the 0's were still too big and I cannot believe they don't make a 0 short! Not all 0's are talls! Super sad, want them to fit so badly!

Amazing
Love these pants. I am a soccer player who likes to run outside in the winter to keep in shape. They work really well and keep me warm in freezing weather. What I really like though, is that while keeping me warm they don't over heat my legs, which is always and issue for me. Overall, I really enjoy these pants and would reccomend them to everyone.

Love these!
These workout tights are fantastic. I wore them under my shell pants while ice climbing and they kept me warm. I also worn them running a few times and they are great. The compression is nice too because it kept my muscles from tiring. Good cold weather tight. I'm 5'1", 105 lbs and the xxs fit me perfectly.

Great in all conditions and situations!
I bought these pants to run 48 miles from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon to the North Rim and back in one day. It was awful weather with wind and snow in the morning on the South Rim, then warming up in the canyon, and again snowy and cold up at the North Rim. These pants kept me warm in the cold but breathed and were really comfortable when it got warm. I used them at the gym and in yoga before trying them on the big 48 mile run and they worked perfectly in each situation. They are pretty flattering for being running tights, I love the cut and style. Would definitely recommend.

Love it!!
Just had a baby 3 wks ago & was looking for flattering new workout pants to make my gym debut in :) Never ordered from Athleta before. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE these!!! So incredibly flattering!! Wish I could wear them everyday everywhere i go :) Love the design and fabric & fit...just wish the waist didnt come up so high- comes up past my belly button,but no prob- can be folded down easily. Omg, how did i ever live w/o these?! Def recommend!!

Love these pants
I normally wear medium or large pants and the medium fits perfect (5'8" 145 lbs, usually size 8 - 10 pants). I felt like a rock star on my first jog wearing them, they were supportive, warm enough for high winds and temperatures in the 40s, and supportive. I quickly learned to tie the draw string (or they would ride down). I love the discreet pocket on the back side of these pants too! I'd recommend them to a friend...

Great ... - tip on size
My body shape is ... small waist, ample booty. These pants have a great styling for my shape. Quality material and stitching. It is on the thicker side, however, so it works best for cold weather running or winter sports (snowshoeing for example). On size, I followed the guide and purchased a Medium ... However, I am finding they are a little loose - I wanted more compression. I would have gone with a small ... medium regular.

Awesome Pants
These pants fit beautifully, held my body comfortably. Warm enough in the winter rainy day runs and cool enough for mildly warm days. Never have to pull them up, they stay in place. I am training for a marathon and wear them for all my long runs. I get compliments everytime. I am not a skinny girl, (after two babies in my 30's) but these pants are really flattering and hold me in in the right places.

I love my new tights. They are a little higher than I prefer, but they roll down really easily and stay put. The higher rise is nice for some stomach compression when trying to keep a streamlined appearance. ;) The smalls work great for me, but they could be a tiny bit longer. It doesn't bother me but for ... women with long legs, they could be too short. I am 5'8", 155lbs, althetic build and size 6/8. I think a medium would have been too loose for running and may slide down. They are very flattering, even with a booty.

This is my first purchase with Athleta and I'm happy to say it will be the first of MANY. Ordering on line always makes me a bit nervous, "Ey dios, what if it doesn't fit. Then I have to return it thru the mail, it’ll be a hassle." You know the standard worries. Let me just start my saying, I'm 33 years old and six feet ... my lifelong fallback has been men’s running gear which never fits well. I have a real woman's body hips, butt, thighs there is some meat on this frame okay girlfriend. [...] when I put these pants on they felt like a second skin. Loved it! The rise was just right not to droopy... I hate that rubbing between my legs. The waist was spot on for me as well ... it has a drawstring to keep things in place no embarrassing "peek a-boo" hinney crack here. Finally, I looked down to see *gasp* a completely covered ankle. Santa Maria!The topper, I knew I had a great pair of workout pants when my brother who is six foot one tried to wear them, without my knowledge, (we do that) for one of his long distance runs. LOL! But they’re designed for women honey and there wasn't enough room for his uhhh "dedicates." I highly recommend!

Different than I thought
I bought these pants for running and regular gym going. I thought that there were a little too tight. I am 5'3" and I bought the medium regular. I usually buy petite, but I bought regular to make sure the pants would cover my ankles. They were not to long for me. Just a bit too tight. I have other medium size tights from athleta, and they seem to fit better than this pair. If you are a very slim runner, buy these pants. They seemed nice. Just too tight for my muscles.

Wouldn''t want to sweat in these
I wanted these for hot yoga instead of looser yoga pants, but they're too tight (yes, I suppose they're called tights for a reason). But they are so tight that I'd have to wear them with a thong, and have you been to a hot yoga class where the woman in front of you is wearing a thong and sweating? It isn't pretty! Returning, will look at other pants instead.

Totally comfy and the perfect length!
I'm 5'10" and 140lbs. with long legs and shorter torso. I have major problems finding pants that are long enough but not too long. These and the Chataranga ... fit me perfectly and are SO comfortable. I got a 6 ... these and a Med. ... Chataranga ... Athleta is now my new place to shop for ... learned to be OK with odd colors as the prices can be significantly less (full prices here are too high for me).

Favorite Cords
I have been living in my brown corduroy dipper pants since I bought them several months ago. They don't lose their shape on me, are durable and comfortable, and are perfect for running around with 2 little kids. I love them so much I also ordered them in bone to go with a few other tops, and I love their fit just as much, though due to their light color I can't wear them day in and day out like the brown ones. I'm thinking of ordering them in a third color! I am 5'10" and am often between a 6 and 8, and in these the 8 ... fits me perfectly with a little extra length. I just tuck up the back of the legs and they are perfect, with a nice break in the front the way I like. When I first ordered the dipper cord in 2 sizes (6 ... 8 Regular) I returned both because the 8 Reg was too short and the 6 ... HUGE overall, especially the rise which was way too long and fit like grandma britches. I'm not sure what was up with the weird 6 ... sizing on that particular pair of pants, but I'm glad I gave the pants another chance. The low rise dipper fit me in 6 ... so the cords run a little bit smaller in case that helps anyone else like me who is between sizes.

Another Great Dipper ...
I recently purchased a pair of the original dipper ... loved them so much, I decided to try them in corduroy. These ... so comfortable and versatile that I'm not sure how I lived without them! I am 5'11" with a 35" inseam and am always on the search for cute ... long enough. Thank you Athleta for all of your wonderful choices for long legged women!

Always rely on the Dipper ...
I had the original Dipper ... almost every color so I was pleased to see them manufactured in corduroy for the colder weather. The fit is a bit more generous than with the original ... but the corduroy fabric may shrink a bit in the wash. I ordered the same size (6 ... bought in the original dipper and the difference in size is negligible. I do believe the corduroy ... longer length in the ... than the original, but since I need a true 34 inch inseam, that is fine with me! The quality of the corduroy dipper is great. I will be wearing these pants for years to come! Athleta, keep making ... (longer inseam)pants! That is the reason I started shopping with you and it'll keep me coming back provided your quality stays excellent.

My new favorite pair of pants, but had to change sizes depending on color
LOVE LOVE LOVE these pants! Great material, fit, quality, and they are comfortable. I am 5'11" with an athletic build. I ordered the Cloud, ... Size 6. They were too tight so I returned them for the ... 8 and was very happy with the fit. I liked them so much I went and bought another pair in the Copper color, ... 8. I tried them on and they were too big. So confused! So now I am sending them back, hoping that the ... 6 in the Copper color fits like the ... 8 in the Cloud color. Wish I could count on the size being right, especially when I have to rely on online stores to buy ... size pants. Beyond the size issue I am beyond happy with these pants.

Am I a ... not?
This is my second pair of Athleta non workout pants. I ordered the Park City ... regular and it was too short, so I ordered the ... which has a 35 inch inseam. Those pants are fabulous and just the right length on my 5'8" body. So, with the Dipper ... went right for the ... since the inseam says it's the same length as the Park City ... These pants are really a bit too long. I've washed and dried them in hopes they will shrink and it doesn't seem that they did. I'm not sure what to do. I love the rest of the styling on these pants but they really aren't cut to pool around my feet and that is what they do. I worry that the regular will be too short, and I'm not sure I want to send these back and be without them for a week while waiting on the regular length. I certainly need to wear my clogs or high heal boots with these pants. I may even need to get them altered. They would look very nice if they just sat properly at the feet. I love the little details that set these apart from other pants, the interesting pockets and seaming. I certainly want these pants, I just need to tackle the length issue. Athleta could you please be a bit more consistent with your pants?

Please! Add more smaller sizes!
Hi, I love the quality and style of Athleta . Unfortunately the bottoms of your casual styles are never available in a Petite O or Regular 00.The smallest I can get- only online!- is Petite 2. which is too big for me.Lenght is great however the rest a bit too large. The style of the Dipper ... e.g. Dust ... so cool and good for fall and even winter season.I was so dissapointed it didn't fit;.Even the regular workout ... have only a very few in smaller than Petite 2 I'd be shopping so much more at your company if the stuff mainly bottoms fit me!. PLEASE consider adding more small sizes for your ... !!!Thanks,Karin R.

Bittersweet love
I got the regular length of these ... Christmas, and they are about a half inch too short. The ... these is a huge jump in length from the regular, so they were way too long. I love the look of these, and how they fit in every way but length. I am so sad, as I so want a great pair of cords, and these would be my favorite ... if it weren't for the length! I had to return the talls, and get by with the regular with boots. My search for the perfect cords goes on...

I miss your old size standards
I have several pairs of the old Dipper pants, from the days before Gap took over, and they fit perfectly! But now, Athleta has resized everything to conform to "industry standard" sizing, whatever that is, and now NONE of the pants fit. I used to be a 4 ... fit to a T, now 4 ... huge, 4 regular is too short (I bought the 4 reg and let the hem out). I shoulda known the "perfect pants" (as my old Dippers are) were too good to last. I wish you would return to your old sizing (and Gap should follow YOUR charts! I can't wear their pants either.)

concerned
I have been a faithful and appreciative customer of Athleta for years. Your styles, comfort and flexibility have always been the draw for me. I am concerned that the merge with GAP has lessened your quality and unique market niche. The first time I wore these ... snap came off entirely during the day (they were not overly tight). This was a first for me with Athleta (who I've recommended to total strangers who inquire about my clothes which are heavy in the Athleta lable). I am also not happy about the apparent discontinuation of the Svetlana ... which had been a winter favorite of mine. I live in a cold climate in the winter and love to hike/walk year round. These were perfect for me. I have gotten countless compliments on these ... have referred at least fifteen women to your site for these ... alone. I hope your quality and selection remain the Athleta that I have supported over the years, as well as your unique styles for active/stylish women. JK

cute cut, but doesn''t fit curvy women well
I ordered the dipper ... two years ago and was not happy with them, but I love the cut (when they are not on a me). I thought that they had been redesigned to be looser in the legs and butt so I ordered another pair. Boy, was I unhappy. They really make my butt look bad, bad, bad, they are still too tight in the thighs and the waist to too high. Plus, the buckle in the back is too bulky with the corduroy. I do not recommend these ... anyone with curves. If you have no hips, and no butt, these ... would look cute.

... these...I ... 5'5 and got the ... able to pull ... up higher than what ... were probably designed for. Length is just a hair long ... much better than short. Nice strechy fabric and really feel like ... hold ... especially in the waist. Would ... see more colors. Yeah for Atlhleta on these..no weird waist! I would recommend ... regular height women.

I like ... almost feel like wearing pajamas, nice and comfy. I've never been a huge fan of skinny jeans or leggings, ... like being able to throw ... big cozy sweater and some boots. I can dress like a lazy person, without looking like a lazy person. I got the medium talls, and ... well on ... 5'11", 140 lbs , skinny self. ... would probably look even better if I had any curves, ... fault. They're a bit pricey for ... may get another color after another couple paychecks come in.

They're great for lifting weights, walking, or gym workouts. I was hoping ... would be thicker for cold morning walks, ... aren't warm enough for that. I'm 5'2" and at first I ordered the small and it was probably 6 inches ... long and pretty tight around ... hips/rear. I exchanged it for a Petite Medium and the length is perfect though I ... little extra room, especially once the ... stretched. I bought ... travel to Africa, and while I haven't yet gone, I love ... fit like a dream, and I have a hard time finding ... because I have strong muscular legs with a small waist. I am 5'4" 120 lbs, the size 4 regular fit me perfectly. I love that Athleta has designed ... women who have strong, bigger legs and a small waist. ... seem like they'll travel very well.

Should have gotten ... every color!
I really like ... They are oh so comfy with their high tech stretchy fabric. I wore them on a hike for the first time this weekend, and they performed great. Not too hot, not too cool, and they didn't stretch out during the workout like some other ... have. I'm 6' ... order the 'long' length, and they're nice and long.

Great for a curvy figure
I have the hardest time finding good hiking ... fit my curves, ... perfect. I have a pair of the ... pair of the shorts and love them both. I will be buying another of each. Most hiking ... find are designed for women with a narrower build, not for curves. I always have to go a size up and then ... baggy in the front - NOT GOOD. ... fit perfectly all the way around. I did have to get them hemmed, ... then I am pretty short so I don't fault the design of the ... material is stong and breathable - and stain resistent.

Great for sailing, although leg pocket is in a funny spot
I got ... sailboat racing on cool breezy days in Chicago. The ... block the cold wind as advertised. ... not waterproof, ... advertised are water resistant - water rolls off ... if you sit in water the water will seep in. ... also perfect for warm weather since ... thin. The multiple pockets is very helpful. ... rugged, except the side leg pocket (a) should be double reinforced, and (b) on my body is located exactly at the knee, so if I have anything long (like a sharpie or closed knife for sailing) in my pocket when I bend my leg, a hole was quickly (within hours) formed - ... note I'm racing and very rough on ... wide bottom of the ... perfect for adding layers under the ... rolling up the ... instead of having to take them off (I added thermal zip up leg warms on really cold days). ... also quite stylish so I easily transitioned to the after race parties in style. I also saw some other women on the lake in ... so it looks like I may have been the last to discover this great use!

Hi there, This is my first review for Athleta. This is also my first order from Athleta, and I have to say, I am extraordinarily pleased. I am eternally cynical and pessimistic when it comes to women's activewear as my body just doesn't fit the so called "athletic" profile ... design for. Unfortunately that isn't fair; I was in the military and was in tip top shape, and still had 40" hips and was 5'8". If you have wide hips & thighs, and a substantial rear end as well as a tiny waist, and usually describe yourself as "curvy", then YOU WILL LOVE ... Given my measurements (30" waist, 41" hips, 5'8" height, fairly flat tummy) the 12T were absolutely perfect. My boyfriend commented how perfectly ... fit. ... wrap around your curves and hug them, without pinching. ... do fit a little lower so if you have a tummy you might end up with a muffintop. The leg is actually more of a FLARE than a bootcut, which I love! The leg skims your lower thigh and narrows at the knee, then begins to flare down to the bottom at just the right angle to produce a long, lean silhouette--even though I'm wearing a 12, my legs look like the model's! I know, impossible--but true. I also love the fabric. It's very lightweight and feels like it will dry fast and stand up to wear and tear and travel. I purchased the ... Mercury color, and I think they're a little lighter and less bluish than ... appear on my monitor. Overall--FANTASTIC, I am SUPER EXCITED about ... Awesome ...
Finally a low rise ... looks good and fits ME. I have long legs and a short torso - am thin enough, maybe just a little pudge in the middle - ... NEVER fit right. ... fit perfect and make me look good which of course makes me work out more, which makes me want to buy more cute workout clothes etc etc. Perfect for warm weather Sierras hiking (no bug bites or poison oak) in the Fieldstone color (light) and love all the pockets which I use. Plus you will look cute.

Great everyday ... bit short...
I love the ... bought a 4 petite. ... fit great everywhere, except... at 5'2" I wouldn't mind them slightly longer. It may be that I'm just a ... petite" and any added length would not work for shorter women, but I would rather buy ... than pay to get yet another pair hemmed :)

I ordered ... because they are UPF rated at 50+, which should allow me to save the hassle associated with full body sunscreen when I'm just running errands and doing short hikes or bee bopping around town. They feel great, and I'm getting a lot of compliments on how ... look. I am 5'8" and 125 pounds, and the regular length is too short for me in the best fit size 2. I tried 4, and ... were somewhat longer, but that is possibly due to drooping. The 4 talls were baggy and would need to be shortened about an inch, so I settled on the 4 regular because ... least not high waters. A 2 ... would probably be perfect since it doesn't exist. :) The waist is definitely not low rise, and ... come up far higher on me than ... do in the picture (I've heard males are often used to model female clothes, so one wonders). I've got two pairs - a khakina and a mercury. Both colors look fab. I did notice a couple of loose threads, so I'll keep a watch on quality. Overall, not sure how well ... stand up to a serious hike, thorns, rock scrapes, etc., and I would like more information about the UPF rating so I don't fry myself inadvertently. Can you guys add a link to the certifying body perhaps?

I like them but could be improved...
After reading the reviews on the Dipper ... wanted a pair. I prefer low rise ... more modern fit. I ordered a 6 regular and 6 ... these ... am 5'10 and weigh 138. I am a size 6 in Athleta bottoms. I have to say, I was quite disappointed for two reasons: The low rise is not truly a low rise. It is more of a regular rise waist which I do not prefer and it comes up too high for my preference. Also, the regular was too short and the ... too long. I think Athleta should make the ... inch shorter and it would be perfect. All the reviews I have read also had similar issues in length, the regulars were short and talls were too long. I did keep the 6 ... because I do like them and I can wear them with shoes that have a thicker sole so they do not hang on the ground. I just wish the rise was lower! The material is thin, breathable and they have stretch to them, which allows for you to be active which is what sold me on them ultimately. They do accentuate an athletic build in a feminine way. AGAIN... I just wish the low rise was lower and the length in the ... little shorter!

Wish I was taller!
... fit great - love the low rise - except for the length. My legs are too long for petite (tried it) ... too short for a 32" inseam. I really wish Athleta would offer more ... 30" or 31" inseam because I cannot fit in any ... aside from the workout gear. If the length was shorter, ... were very nice & flattering. The price is definitely too high & the material may not be breathable enough. A low rise dipper in cotton would be great!

I bought 2 pairs of Athleta Dipper ... September mission trip into Ecuador. We built a playground for a Compassion International children's center - ... first we dug holes in the mud, literally "harvested" the 4x4s from a felled tree and carried ... out one by-one from the jungle, and hauled rocks and sand and water from the Napo river to mix the batches of concrete with. ... Dipper ... held up the ENTIRE time! Yes ... got filthy, ... washed up well in a bucket and ... held together at all the seams. I ... don't intend to work ... hard again! (oh yeah, and I'm 6' ... w/ a 36" inseam, and generally wear between a 12 and a 14.... I bought the 14 talls and the cinch waist made ... perfectly!)

Warm and Fashionable
I bought my 2nd pair this year - just to have an extra pair handy. The price is high, however, the quality reflects the price. I have spent hours outside in the snow - making snow angels, skiing, watching my daughter during her ski lessons and more. The middle of snow blizzards in the depth of thigh deep snow with gusting winds of snow blowing at me - I stayed warm and dry. I was able to play with my children without wanting desperately to go back inside due to feeling uncomfortable. I am 5 ' 8 1/2" tall and wear a regular size 8 pants. I always need to take in the waist - that's just my body type. I prefer to have more room in the legs and bottom area as I don't like to feel like a sausage stuffed in casing. However, the pants are not so roomy that they would chafe my legs, by any means. They have a soft, fleece like lining that feels so wonderfully comfortable...even with my sensitive, winter skin. I receive compliments and questions as to where I found my snow pants. I truly like the pockets too. Everything is thought through by the creators of this snow ... Please don't change them!! Please don't ever discontinue them either! The jean look rocks! Many thanks, Athleta! I finally found a snow ... look forward to wearing!

I am 6' tall and about 180lbs post baby. I ordered a 12 Tall in the Powder Jean and they fit me perfectly... I'd say that they are mid rise (almost to belly button) and bootcut. They fit in the waist perfectly now and have velcro cinch tabs inside the waistband so that when I lose the rest of my baby weight hopefully they'll still fit. 35" inseam.... AWESOME and impossible to find. No snow is going to get down my backside with a snap and double tab closure. Fleeced liner so no base layer for spring skiing will still be comfortable. Venting, dark denim finish, all the length I need, the perfect ski ...

Great ski pants!
Nice fitting ski pants are difficult to find. Especially ski pants out of the ordinary colors of black, white, and off -white. This ... coordinates well with sweaters, coats, and jackets in my closet. The fit is really flattering, alot of detail sewn in, and design thought into these pants. Don't even hesitate, because I did, and found them well worth it for next year. Buy them you will not be disappointed. Watch for size chart because it's right on. Also great pants for other outdoor activities for staying dry, comfortable and fashionable.

Couldn''t be more fun ...
Just got these in the mail today. Such great ski pants. I'm 5' 9", 135 and wear either a 4 or a 6. I ordered the 6 Tall to fit long underwear and they are perfect. Not too baggy with nothing under them, but would fit even a thin fleece layer. Will go with virtually any jacket. Well done, Athleta.

Ok, this is my second season with these pants! Initially, the hook on the first pair I received was broken. Apparently this was a common issue with these ski pants. Athleta had a "hand written like" post it stuck to the pants telling me how to use the closure. Needless to say, I had a rapid exchange. Although, the closure does still give me issues. I noticed this years model appears to have a button. Should I exchange them? hmmmm - I have received MORE compliments on these pants! From little kids, to men and women of all ages! I LOVE them! Also, being out for lengths of time, the numerous pockets enable me to pack all kinds of stash.

The first pair i ordered in a size 6- my usual size were way to big. I exchanged them for a size 4 which have not arrived yet. Athleta coustomer service was great and when they do arrive I hope they will work. I am 5'7" tall with an athletic build. These pants could look really good on someone with muscular shorter legs as they are plenty roomy! The fabric is thick and serious for a good ski ... Nice pockets too. Hope the 4s work for me.

Unique and Functional
I've been drawn to these pants since last season - really liked the look and the functionality but they are pricey!!! I'm a pretty hardcore ski gear gal so these were a bit of a stretch for me....but I finally took the plunge with the 25% off promo and SOOOO glad i did! I am 5'8" with a 33" inseam and an athletic 150 lbs or so....so I ordered the 10 tall which turned out to be TOO long - so they are going back for the 10 regular. These look to be well made and they are indeed comfortable - not too low of a rise which was important to me as I'm not willing to sacrifice backdraft for style! Hoping these perform as well as I anticipate.

very good, but waist could fit better
Athleta, why do you always make me choose between pants that are too long, and a waist that is too big?? It just doesn't make sense that you don't offer size 0 in petite. Petite people have small waists too! I imagine that tall people have the same issues with your smaller sizes. (The guys have it right with their waist/inseam sizing for pants.) That said, I'm keeping these pants, though they're too long for me, because they are simply better than anything else I've found out there. Cute and functional design. Happy I purchased them at a discount.

Love the pants.....only problem was they came broken....button at top of pants was not attached. Customer service then went to exchange and miscalculated, leaving me without any pants. Customer service also had a bit of a we made a mistake....but can't do anything to fix it attitude. Overall the pants we wonderful, so it is very frustrating to be without a pair. Also, one other of my 4 items that I ordered was broken upon arrival, so the consumer should be wary of defective merchandise.

too bad about the pants
My whole experience with these pants was disappointing. This is unusual for Athleta They are a great company with good products. the pants took 2 weeks to arrive. The first pair of size 6 were HUGE. I am 5'7" with thin athletic build. I returned the 6 for a size 4 which again took 2 weeks to arrive. When they got to me the front snap was missing and there was someones chewed gum stuffed in the front pocket. I did not find out until I tried them on so I can comment that the pants still ran large. I returned the Athleta pants and purchased some by North Face. Thats my sad powder jean story hope others experience is better. Thanks for listening.

Major Wedgie--Very disappointed
Something happened with this batch of ski pants. I tried on my friend's pair last year--same size (Tall 6)--and they fit great. I was so excited to order them this year and terribly disappointed when I tried them on and not only were the legs a lot baggier than last year's version but somehow the butt to crotch seam is cut in so much tighter this year that they give you a major wedgie! There is no way this can be normal. I am 5'9" and 140 lbs. The waist, butt and hips area fits fine not at all snug. But that crotch seam is cut in so tight it gives you a massive wedgie that is obvious to not only the wearer but anyone looking at your rear. I can shove the pants further down on my hips but that is clearly not how they are supposed to fit not to mention impractical for skiing. The legs are also way too big. Of course they are long, since I like a longer length to cover the boot, but the width of the leg is a bit ridiculous. Like I said, I'd tried this same size on last year and they fit great. This is not the same cut at all. Very disappointed. Wish I had last year's pair.

Perfect hiking pants
These are awesome! I am 6'0", 145 pounds and the size 10 fit me perfectly, which is the size i normally wear. I got the "tall" size and they fit great...nice length. Going to get a lot of use out of these for hiking!

Pants of all lengths cause the same fitting challenges for tall women (I'm 5'11" and 130 pounds), but most companies that offer long pants in tall sizes fail to provide that option for shorts and capris. Since you've expanded your selection, I've ordered several shorts and capris. These Commuter Capris are my favorites, so I had to get a second color. Great Capri
I was in search of a capri to travel with, something that packs well, could be washed in the sink and drys quickly. These are it!. I am 5'9" and 160lbs and I originally purchased a 12 but exchanged them for a 12T. Like other reviewers, the knee area didn't hit right on my legs (I have long thighs) so Tall version is a better proportion for me. I do think the Tall version is a slightly different cut as I found them to be a little more fitted thru the hips and thighs. I purchased them in black and may be back for another color. I think they are versatile capri that I can wear traveling, working, hiking, shopping. Just about everywhere!

Would Wear Everyday ~ If I Could
I love these Capris! I will be buying another color. I am 5' 8" 145 lbs. I bought the tall in size 6 which the length is great for me. My inseam in 33".

Amazing Hiker Capri
I spend last weekend hiking in the deserts of southern utah in these capris and they performed so well. They had stretch enough to hike uphill and scramble over rocks and boulders. They were cool and comfortable even in the heat of the day. I had an extra pair of shorts in my backpack, expecting I would need to change as the day got hotter, but I never had to. And I was even stopped by another female hiker to ask where I had bought them because she thought they were so cute. I am 5'10, 145 lbs, and the 8 tall fits almost perfect. The waist was a little big, but the drawstring saves the day. The kakhina color was perfect on the trail. I have never felt cute and functional while hiking until these capris came along.

Love these capris! I'm 5' 8", 165 lbs, not much "junk in the trunk". Great fit all over. Nice length for a tall girl - sometimes a regular capri runs short for me - happily, not these! Have worn them constantly (almost!) since I got them - will def order more colors. ATHLETA - wish these were also in pants.

Finally, a capri that''s not too baggy
I'm curvy and not too tall, so a baggy capri makes me look and feel dumpy and frumpy. Yet most bermuda shorts, although more fitted, are a very unflattering length for me. I LOVE the fact that this capri is fitted, like a bermuda short, yet hits below the knee, like a capri. I'm 5' 4.5" and weigh about 143 pounds, and I nearly always wear an 8. That size worked perfectly for me in this ... too. I just bought this in black at the new SF store, and I plan to order more colors online.

Flattering capri, easily cuffed
This capri is more flattering than most. Although I'm only 5"6", I ordered a "tall" because they didn't have my size in a regular, and according to the info, the inseam is shorter than some of my other capris. I am pleased with the length; even with a tall, they don't hit that unflattering part of the calf like some capris do. Also, with the slight slit at the bottom, they cuff very easily and look quite nice cuffed. I wear them a lot. Glad I took a chance on the tall. The only negative is that I'm not crazy about the internal drawstring at the waist. It's totally unnecessary for me and just gets in the way, but I can see how it might be handy for someone who is shaped differently. I can remove it, so no big deal.

Loved It - BUT Beware of Articulated Knee on Tall Size
Out of the package, I loved this. Great styling and fit overall -- fun details such as ikat trim on the internal drawstring. Great length. The captis fit very true to size and were flattering, with one important exception for me -- the articulated knee was 3" above my knee! I don't know if the designers forgot to adjust the length ABOVE the knee or if I am simply too tall for this ... am 6' tall but the tall skirts and other items usually work for me). I subtracted a star for this flaw, which may just be personal to me. Very sad, but it needs to go back. :-(

Just Fine
These capris would be great except I bought them in Talls and someone forgot to make the leg longer above the articulated knee. Hence, they are long enough but the articulated knee is way too high and not appropriately placed for a tall person.

Knee in wrong place
Tall size 6 is too tight. My other pants are all same size, but not so tight. The length is good, 20 Inch in Tall, BUT, the articulated knee is about 2 inches above my knee!! I'm 5'10". It seems like you just added 2 inches to length without adjusting the knee. I must return.

Best spinning bottoms
These are the most comfortable workout ... I've tried for spinning. I hesitated buying them becuase they were more expensive than most of the others. I've tried quite a few different brands and styles and finally broke down and orded these. For me they're well worth the price and ordered another pair right away. they have just enough padding to add that extra comfort in the seat and really stay in place during the ride. Highly recommend if you spin on a regular basis.

I never wore spinning ... then I saw that Athleta sold them so I did look up the reviews and 90 % of the women said that they really liked them so I bought them and I am so glad I did. They work really well the padding is just enough to make the spinning more comfortable but not bulky I recommend them very highly.

Great Spinning ...
I purchased a pair of these cycling ... teach an early morning Spinning class, which seques into a 30-minute core workout. They are wonderful. The sham/padding is just enough protection, yet not as bulky as my cycling shorts, which is nice when we transition into the core part of class. I have them in two colors; the black and asphalt/dark charcoal. No complaints. I am 5'6", 140 pounds, and I purchased a Medium.

The fit of this knicker is great. The are many bells and whistles built in to make sure this style stays put and is comfortable during spin class or on your ride. There is a drawstring at the waist keep the ... slipping down. Gripper material at the calf to keep the knicker from riding up when pedaling. The chamois is not too bulky, which makes for a more comfortable ride. I also, the love the print on the back waistband to add a little fashion to your workout wear!

Fits great!
I am 6'1 and I weight 138lb so the skort fits great in tall and it is a bit loose but I am very slim. I believe this skort is true to its size, just if you are very tiny you can order a bit smaller.

Great skort!
I love the skort. I have a pair of the dipper shorts and thought I'd give this a try. It is so comfortable and I love how the built in shorts keep the skirt in place. Sometimes skirts will shift around your waist or rise up on you. This doesn't do that. I am 5' tall and orders a petite. The length is perfect. Highly recommended.

Great for Hiking
Amazingly cute skort that is cool and comfortable for hiking. I also plan of golfing in it. I am 5'10, 145 lbs and normally order Tall sizes in everything athleta. However, because I wear tennis skirts alot and like the shorter length, I was surprised that when I ordered this skort in a regular length it was still too long for my liking. So I exchanged for a petite 8, which fits perfectly and is still long enough for good coverage while hiking up hills and scrambling over rocks, but short enough for the legs to get some sun rays. I would recommend the petite if you wear active skirts alot and are used to the shorter lengths while exercising. It is still plenty long, even on my tall frame.

Great for us tall gals!
As a tall gal and a golfer, this skort is really great. It's more feminine and attractive than shorts and is functional. So many skorts are bulky due to the shorts underneath, but these are not. Being tall, it is hard to find attractive skorts that are long enough...the short ones are fine for the younger gals, but look pathetic on a 60-year old. These are just long enough to be tasteful, yet short enough to be perky and to provide plenty of freedom of movement...perfect not only for the golf course, but also for running around town. Plus these are of a fabric that has some structure; it is not a clingy knit. I read a lot of negatives comments about the buckle on the back, but I do not find it problematic at all. However, I am very slim, with a flat behind. For the more well endowed, I could see how it might become a nuisance.

I have the dipper pants and this skirt is just as great as the pants! Bought it in the purple...I have had many compliments! I probably should have purchased the Tall as I am 5'10' but it still looks great!

Great skort! very similar to the Walk in the Green Skort by Athleta although a little tighter in the waist, but true to size. Fabric is wonderful it does not absorb water. I did not care for the inner mesh short because I felt it made the skort bunch up in areas. I am a petite so I just ordered a tall size, cut out the mesh short and use it as a skirt. A tall size came down to just above my knees.

Dipper Skort Love it!
This is my second Dipper Skort and Ilove this one as much as the first. The construction is better on this second purchase less loose threads and I haven't had to do any repairs yet. ! It's about 2 inches longer than my other one which surprised me but it's ok as I'll be wearing it a lot this winter. The shorts fit without crawling up which is a big plus for me I'm very tall and have a horribie time with off the rack shorts. I'd order this again and again hope it doesn't get discontinued!

Good cut, awful fabric
I love the cut of this skirt. I'm 150lbs, 5'7", pear shaped. I wear a 10 in pants and the 10 Tall fit nicely. Colors are quite vibrant so it feels a little more like a golf skirt than everyday wear, but some might like that. It's sporty and sassy, a good wear to the grocery store, picnics as well as the beach. Perfect soccer mom skirt: I'm betting that the fabric is pretty kid proof, too. I'd possibly hike in it; too much fabric for yoga or running. The problem is that the soft synthetic bike short liner (very comfortable) makes the outer skirt fabric ride up. I wore this once and spent all day pulling the thing down from crawling up my hips. Returned with regret.

Nice Skort!
NIce Skort! Like the feel and movement of the fabric. Looks nice on. Wish it had a button front closure instead of a snap. The snap tends to come undone periodically. I might change it to a button front closure myself. Also, not sure why they have the strings for tying in the front - they are hidden - but feel they are too long and not needed. The length is perfect. I have found that some styles run a little big with this company so ordered a size smaller than what I normally wear and it was perfect. Also, I have ordered the tall before and returned them for the regular size. I like a little longer skort but the talls are too long. Overall though I am really happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Great skirt
I'm almost 6 feet tall so the regular size was too short. The tall is just perfect. I bought the black and also the color that looks like gray but is really more a blue (I sent this one back). I wear the skirt all the time . I only wish there were more colors.

Bit of an odd fit. I am 5 feet tall, 115 pounds and fit. Ordered a 6P and then exchanged for a 4P. Too low for me and the belt loop looked a little awkward. I sent it back.

I just received this skirt and it is absolutely adorable!! I also ordered the black top to go with it. It will be my go to skirt all summer long. Not only can you workout in it, but it is also perfect for everyday lounging around. The ruffles make it so appealing too! The skirt fit true to size and was a perfect length for me- midway on thigh.

I have worn it to my gym a couple of times and Love it. I have ran in it. I am debating between this skort or another Athleta skort for the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon this Feb. Thank you for making ... options. I am 6 ft ... love running skirts but most places do not offer them in talls.

Thin fabric & a little long if you are petite
I love the layed look that adds some style to this run skirt without being too girly. First I ordered black but it was hard to see the depth of the detail on the black one, so I exchanged for white. The white is definately going back. the fabric is really thin, especially for white. it's lined with the boy shorts for modesty below, but there was no lining in the portion that sits above the top ruffle which created a somewhat see through effect. it was not flattering. I would stick with the darker colors. My debate is whether or not to exchange for the purple blue or pink or just return. I am 5'2' 120 lb with athletic build. I normally wear a 2/4 in ... & XS petite in athleta ... skirt fit around the waist, but it was very long on me, especially in the back, compared to a couple other high end athletic apparel brands. I think the length in the back makes it almost questionable if I am wearing a miniskirt or a workout skirt. Still undecided.

pretty skirt
Ok initially I decided this skirt would be good for running...but I'm going to have to take back that advice. The layers of the skirt are light and feel good but the under short is uncomfortable for long distances. First, for running this skirt should have a liner. The fabric of the short is rough and just walking in it proved difficult. This skort must be paired with a light weight panty. I ran 7 miles in this skort and noticed the shorts tend to ride way up causing chafing in the creases of the groin area. I would like this item for running much more if the under short had a combination short/liner and if the shorts stayed in place. I will still wear the skort for gym workout but definitely not for running. Thanks again!

Cute but not for working out
A little longer than I expected (I'm 5'6" and bought the size small). I did like the fabric but would use it for tennis before running as pictured in the catalog. Also, I don't know if I got a reject or it was just missed in the description, but it was assymetrical on one side. It looks more like a throwback to the 80's rather than workout gear.

In the catalog they are shown on a runner but I wouldn't use them for that. They were a little longer than I exected. Also a little too cutesy for running. Maybe tennis. Since it was a little longer (I'm 5'6", 125lbs and bought the small) it looked more like a throwback from the 80's than workout gear. And I don't know if I got a reject or it just wasn't mentioned in the description, but mine was assymetrical on one side. Nice material though.

I live in Phoenix, where it gets beyond hot in the summer. I am very active and live a fairly casual lifestyle. I also travel a lot. I'm not that young anymore, and I ordered this skirt because it packs easily, stuffs in a backpack and thought it would be flattering on ... 50 year old, 5'2' 120 pound body. Wow, was I right! I have a closet full of clothes and wear this skirt way too often. We went hiking yesterday and I threw it in ... backpack to change into after hiking so that I would look decent for dinner. Today I wore it after a workout to go food shopping. ... husband loves the way it looks on me and has no problem with me ordering two or three more. Nice for women with smaller hips
I liked this skirt a lot, ... wasn't flattering on ... curvy figure. It clung to ... hips and flared out, giving me a bell shaped effect. I also have skinny legs, which could have made the skirt look worse on me. I loved the feel of the fabric, ... just didn't like the way it made me look. I think it made me look dumpy, when I'm actually ... athletic. I prefer the Gatsby skirt, which has more of a straight up and down cut. I have two in two different colors! I would recommend this skirt to someone with fewer curves. I am 5'8" and 150 pounds and I ordered the medium.

I ordered a few ... colors, including a ... kicks. Good thing I did. I ... only 5'6" ... regular ... way ... short on ... falls an inch or 2 above the knee. I ... 40s and ... really looking to be ... exposed (discolored knees, varicose veins etc). Anyway I'm ordering more talls in other colors. I do wish this came in olive though; I prefer colors from nature and I ... fan of the sherbet ice cream look. Also, while I was attracted by the contrast stitching in the photos, in reality it is ... extreme on dark colors ... black. Wear as a midi
I have 2 "Whatever" skorts in size 10 petite, so when I saw the "Whenever" skirt, I jumped to get it. I ordered 10 tall to wear it as a midi. I'm 5'4" and it hits just below the knee. Looks fab with knee high boots. The waist seemed to be the same size when comparing the 10p Whatever skort with the 10t Whenever skirt (some other lines use very different measurements for waist and hip when making petite vs tall items of the same numeric size). I like that is has coordinating thread for the stitching (the Whatever skorts used contrasting thread). I think this skirt would be great for a business casual office, too, or just casual "on the go." Don't understand the point of the drawstring on the inside waistband, so I just removed it. Haven't washed it yet, so I can't speak to wear.

This is a fantastic skirt. I am 5'10" but decided not to order a tall because I wanted it a little shorter. It comes just above my knees and is really great. The fabric is very soft and overall the skirt seems really well made. I ordered it in black and the dark green with the intention of only keeping one, but I can't decide and may end up keeping both! My only complaints are that I wish it came in a burgundy/maroon color, and that the size 6 was just a tiny bit smaller in the butt. I normally wear a 6 but I can fit comfortably into the 4. However, I think it looks just a little too tight so I'm keeping the 6. I'd buy this in burgundy/maroon in a heartbeat!

Thanks for putting so much though into crafting a flirty, sporty little skirt. The olive color is dark and versatile. I'm getting whistles. I like to show a little leg and was torn between ordering a tall and a petite because regular was out in my size. I'm 5'9". It's pretty short. Maybe I could have gotten away with the Tall.

Nice skirt
I have only tried this skirt on. I have not yet worn it out. The length was great for me. I am 5'4" and I bought the petite version in my size. The skirt fell just a bit above my knees which should be perfect for wearing with tights or leggings and tall boots in the Fall or Winter. There is a bit of extra room in the waist but the drawstring can cinch it up when necessary.

I purchased for my teenage daughter. Love the style and look with tights. She is tall and would have liked an inch longer - please consider adding smaller sizes to "tall" - they start at 4. Size 0 and 2 would be great in the tall. First time customer and found the return process very easy - had ordered 2 different sizes. Looking at purchasing the whenever skirt in the spring.

great skirt!
such a great skirt. comfy material and pretty true to size. I had to get a petite even though I am 5'6" so the skirt would be above my knees. I figured I was not as tall as the model and hers came right to her knees so knew a regular would be way to long on me. I bought two colors and love them both!

Ordered an 8 tall in rye as I needed this to cover my knees. One thing you can't see in the picture is that it has contrasting stitching in the same color as the waist fabric. It will limit what I wear it with, but it's not worth returning over. In general, can't wait to wear this skirt. I have short legs, and the 8 Tall hits just below my knees. I usually wear between a 6 and 8 in most brands for low rise pants and ordered an 8 as I tend to wear a 10 in mid rise pants. The 8 fit perfectly despite some reservations. I'm 5'6" and 165 pounds. Need to lose a bit of weight but it's mostly muscle and bone. It is a bit "tight" around my thighs, but I have athletic thighs and no hips to speak of, so I always expect to either have stuff tight around the thighs or loose on the hips. Hope this will become a staple in my wardrobe.

Cute Skirt with Boots
This is a great skirt to wear with tall boots and tights. The fabric is not very thick so it will work through a few different seasons (with some extra layers in colder weather). I'm 5'4" 124 lbs and the waist is a little big but the drawstring makes it work fine. The length works well. The skirt hits mid knee on me. I only have one issue with the skirt and that is that the fabric is always wrinkled. Also, when I'm wearing the skirt the shape is much more of an inverted tulip than the photo seems. Overall I really like this skirt and would recommend it to anyone looking for a light weight casual dress skirt.

Cute skirt!!
I had this in the summer skort model and loved it so I bought the corduroy one to see if it was as good. It is a good length (I'm 6' tall, 150 lbs and bought the 10 tall size), and overall fit is good too. The fabric seemed a bit stiff at first, but after ironing and wearing it softened up nicely. I will get a lot of wear out of this skirt for sure!!

Not as good as the "whatever" skort
I have 4 of the Whatever skorts and LOVE THEM. I got this one, and I've ordered my last few in tall so that they are appropriate office wear for fall/winter with boots. I like the length, but the sizing is inconsistent... This particular one was a bit big, and seems like the waist is higher... It seems a bit stiff (I somewhat expected that, since it is corduroy) and doesn't flow well... I may return it. I will give it another shot next week. It's comfy, I can say that for it! I have these in a few sizes/colors, etc... I wish sizing was more consistent!

I like it!
I just received this skirt yesterday and it looks great! The flare highlights your rear end and does not make you look large. The skirt comes down from the hips like a typical a line and then has the flare about mid thigh or just slightly higher. It is a skirt as it states in the description, not a skort as so many have been confused by...I knew it was a skirt. The fabric feels fine, is thick and I can't wait to wear it this fall! I got the Tampenade color and it is a dark olive color, not brown. I am 5'8'' and I got the size 12 tall because most skirts are like minis on me...the tall falls to the top of my knee.
