Great ...
I got this in medium ... black heather.... ... super comfy...I like the higher rise, (and it is not that high, ladies)...but it stays put during my work out instead of falling down a little....I have several other ... athleta for more everyday wear, like the Bettona.... Although I would be more likely to wear these to just work out in or lounge.... ... definitely are nice enough quality to run errands in.....go to park with kids.:). I cannot tell how great the quality seems to be.... I have work out ... other stores, and ... fall apart so quickly... ... wash up great.... I am 5'8" almost 5'9"...and 140 lbs...my only concern is for taller women purchasing these... The ... athleta are usually too long for me and ... need alterations.... These talls were just ever so slightly too long...then, I washed them, and ... were perfect.... Just keep that in mind...overall a great pair of ... super comfortable, yet form fitting...
Curves Ahead
I think I made the wrong selection. I was looking for something with a more relaxed fit. The ... wonderful, true to size and fit. However, I was looking for everyday ... run errands, but the ... hugs my curves too much which is more than I want shown while running errands. The ... great and comfortable for all forms of exercise and workouts.

... fit better than I ever expected them to. ... smooth out your stomach, hips, thighs, and rear and make them look better than ... do on their own! Great moisture wicking - doesn't leave you with big wet spots when you're in the middle of a good workout. I'm 5'10'' and these are the PERFECT length, I've never had a pair of workout ... long enough!
Great workout ...
I typically buy ... exclusively from another major company of workout clothes, but lately ... have not produced any new styles. I am VERY GLAD that I gave these Athleta ... try! I LOVE THEM!!! I was concerned with the wicking ability and how it would compare to my other brand of workout ... but there is no question that these ... have great wicking ability (I teach group fitness classes and fear wearing gray ... because of the chance of showing off my sweaty areas when stretching, kicking, etc.--So far no issues with that!). I also love that Athleta offers petite sizes; I have to look for the "short" option because most workout ... made for ... people and I step all over the hem! I am 5'1" and the short/petite option with their ... fits great.
Finally, a yoga ... grown ups!
I'm 58 years old, a size 4 with no tummy at all. I exercise every day and I'm in great shape for any age. But I don't feel comfortable in a low rise yoga - or any - ... unless there is sufficient stretch at the waistband so that a 'muffin top' of any sort can be avoided. This is the ... Roll it up, roll it down. Extremely soft and stretchy material. Nike used to make a workout ... bit higher rise, and a bit more stretch -- but no more. I guess 'muffin tops' -- or anorexia -- must be all the fashion rage. Thanks Athleta, for making a workout ... everyone.
Just as good as ... claim
I hesitated to buy these ... least a year. I just had real trouble getting over the price for "workout ... However, my husband got ahold of one of the Athleta catalogs in the house and looked at those ... said, "Will YOUR butt look like THAT in these ... told him probably and he ordered ... day. Well, my butt DOES look like THAT in ... wear ... everywhere and collect numerous compliments on ... ladies and gentlemen alike. ... look like slacks, ... wear like sweats- it is almost too good to be true! I have a feeling there will be more than one pair around here before long...

I purchased two sizes, a ... these ... seem to run a bit on the snug side, I am 6' and a size 8 in ... ended up with the ... size. The are flattering on and feel really nice, the best workout ... own! I will purchase these again in the future and I also ordered the Chaturanga Capri; which is really great too!
Overall good gym ...
I like the Chaturanga ... because the rise is the less tight in the crotch than other ... have tried though I still find myself needing to pull it down. Its like...in order for it to fit snug on the butt such that its supportive, than it is too tight in the crotch. I've found this with all the Athleta ... I've tried for working out. Its like the company doesn't understand a woman's body, which I find baffling for a company specializing in active wear for women. However, it is still a good ... wicking properties are awesome for really sweaty workouts. I ordered this ... sale this time in the midnight (yes, it is really dark purple but very pretty) and charcoal. ... nice, but the fabric is a bit thinner than the ... black. Don't know why, but a tad disappointing. Maybe ... did that to all the colors. I hope not because the slightly thicker fabric on the black ... I've ordered before was perfect in hding imperfections and not begin too revealing in the gym. If you changed your fabric Athleta - please change it back!!
Great ...
Thank you again, Athleta, for making ... fit different body sizes and types. Nothing is worse for a ... girl than wearing "high water" workout ... love the length, the rise, and the feel of these ... find myself wearing them for more than workouts because ... so flattering and comfortable.
Now that I''ve got the sizes figured out...
I'm 5'8", 130 lbs, hips on the low end of the small range based on Athleta's size charts and in excellent shape. However, every pair of fitness ... I've ordered from Athleta in a size small has been too tight. Maybe it's me at age 50 I just don't feel comfortable in skin tight ... clothes anymore. I need at least a 33" inseam so have to order talls and have ... hemmed but it's worth it. I've been very happy with the styles, quality and selection Athleta has to offer. Now that I've figured out the sizing I will be ordering more.
Disappointed
I own many pairs of Pilayo ... different styles and colors. This is the first pair I will be sending back due to performance. I love the heather black color, but after an intense cardio workout, I left the studio soaked in VISIBLE sweat. My other Pilayo ... mask the sweat and I leave looking dry. These, not so much. Maybe its the color; not sure. If I had purchased them at a better price I might consider keeping them for lounging and running errands. Bottom line, if you sweat heavily during your workouts, including in the netherregions, you will leave looking like you had an accident, not a workout. If performance of the item is a concern, you may want to consider this before purchasing (at least the heather black color). If not, the ... fit great and look great on.
