BEST PANTS EVER!!!!!!!!!!
I love these pants! I just got the olive heather in the mail. I think that they are great for everyone! They are so comfy, they are perfect for everything you could possibly want to do. I am between a 14 and 16 ... fit the large ... no problem. I have some curves but even my teenage son said they looked great on me. That means something! :) I will be getting a lot more in the future!!!!!! Athleta is the best!!!!!!!
Nice Pants - Didn''t like Midnight color
The pants are Athleta quality - so you know that's good.The color Midnight looks more like grape jelly - not my color. I ordered a size small regular and they looked a bit short and the flare was not flattering for me. I will exchange for a tall small in black. I am 5'7" & athletic 140 lbs. Love my tall small bettona pants that I ordered last year in Heather Grey. Have received many compliments on these, so will go with the safer size for my frame.

I'm a tall highly muscled big boned girl (5'9, 195lbs, 20% bodyfat) I seriously could lose about 10 lbs but not much more. Because of my muscular thighs and glutes I end up having a hard time fitting in to any of these leggings or jeggings. usually the waist is too big by the time I find a fit, and the pants are ALWAYS too SHORT! I got these in XL Tall and if anything they could be a cm shorter. That was refreshing. I would also say the waist is a cm too large. Both of those can easily be fixed. I thought of getting the Large but I know I'd rather have this comfy ... then anything too tight or especially too short. But for anyone reading, I think the Large would be fine too. The most exciting info is that the ... extremely flattering. I especiallly like the gray and the black.
Nice ... but could have longer rise in Tall
I ordered the Large Tall and think it fits like a typical 10/12. I found that it stretches very little in use. I chose this style because it is advertised as having the highest rise of all the ... pants, but it is still low rise. I am not sure the Tall sizes are made correspondingly longer in the rise, but they should be. The leg length is great, however.
Versatile Pants
I am very tall and relatively thin (not a stick figure), I chose these pants to see what semi fitted meant. The medium tall fits a little loose (that's what I was hoping for) I didn't want them to fit me like a stuffed sausage. My plan was to wear them for ... Class, but I find myself wearing them everyday for everything. They are so comfortable and detailed. I have gotten many compliments and people keep asking me where I bought them. Highly recommend.
Versatile Pants
I waited awhile until posting this review until I could use the pants in different ways. Done! I wore them with glossy heels to an upscale boutique opening, on the plane to and from Mexico, to ... beach there, and around the house. I do love these! May I caution you about a few things? In my case, and I am very tall and long waisted, it is best to wear a tunic over them because they are revealing in the front area. They can even become a little uncomfortable and I find myself pulling them down, but nothing a thicker pair of underwear can't fix. Wearing a tunic will cover any panty lines. They also run one size large which I had read in the reviews before buying. I ordered the black in xs tall and the purple in small tall (my normal size...I am 5.11 and 130 lbs and normally a 4 or 6). The xs fit much better, giving better support through hips and thighs, except the waist was a little tighter, but nothing bothersome. Thank you for the length in the pants, Athleta, keep them coming for us tall girls. The pants look great, wash well, are resilient and made of high quality, thicker material. Give them a try!
Love the style
In ... pants that will give you length over higher shoes, such as Danskos. I'm 5'6", generally a size 2, and the XS ... fit wonderfully. I like the detail of the front pockets and faux zipper. Material is not too heavy, not light. They are so comfortable.
worth the splurge
these are terrific. very comfortable. i wear them to work as a waitress and they don't seem to stretch out and get baggy like other pants. the only thing i had a problem with was that the length of the regular was a little too short with my shoes and the ... super long. i kept the ... ones and hemmed them and i'm very happy so far.

I am 5'8" tall, 150 pounds and wear a large tall. The large tall is too long, but the regular is too short. This is my second pair; I just hem them. I even wear these to teach school in because they look so nice. After much washing and drying the fabric shows some wear, but it is easy care. I own grey and olive. The olive color is really nice I usually don't care for that color. I recommend these pants: comfy and practical.
Not quite perfect
After previously purchasing the Bettona legging, I decided to give these a try. I'm a little over 5'8" and 163 lbs so a little borderline on regular vs tall. I purchased the tall and found they were way too long and had to hem them about two inches. If you're looking for a compression garment, order a size down. I wish I had ordered a M instead of L. Though the L fits ok, they don't smooth me out like some of my other ... pants. I also wish they weren't quite so wide at the bottom. A straighter cut with less flare would be more flattering IMHO. If I order again, I may try the M regular or MT. The pockets & rivets add style and they were very comfy on a recent plane trip.
great pants
The first time.... I ordered these pants in regular length despite being 5'9" as I had read reviews that they are LONG.... They are not extra long and shrunk a little too much in the length when washed. I would recommend if you lean towards tall -get the tall. Also, I bought my second pair a size smaller than I usually wear as I felt like they become a big baggy with wearing. They are great pants that do not show any backside when bending and cover up little bellies! I think they are great.
