tank tops on sale - reviews

Great ...
I really like this ... more form fitting than some of the others I have gotten which I like, because I like to wear tanks rather than bras whenever possible! The only quibble is that the ... itself cannot be worn withot a bra because it is too sheer, but other than that, I like the fabric, the fit, etc.

veil ... heaven!
This ... so comfortable and flattering that I wish there were more colors available. It drapes nicely when worn and dries out quickly. The seamless bra tops go great underneath too.

Love it!
I ordered two of these tops and I love them! The material is super soft and the fit is great. I am 5'6" with a longer torso and have problems with tops being too short but this is perfect and hits about mid hip on me. The colors are great. I would order more of these if I had the need!

My favorite workout ...
This is a slim fitting ... doesn't feel sticky when I get sweaty which is key on my long runs. The cut and the way it fits my body is very flattering - I am small breasted but somehow the cut doesn't make me look flat like practically all other tops and tanks. It is on the longer side, but I don't mind because the extra material doesn't get in my way, and it looks fine probably because the material is lightweight. The material is on the thin side, but I like lighter materials when I run and sweat a lot. I have this ... three colors: teal, purple, and white. I really like them all but the teal is my favorite. I'm 5' 2:, 120 pounds, runner (muscular runner, not thin runner body type), and the XS fit perfectly (fitted). If you like your ... tops looser, order one size up. I would give this 5 stars if the material were stretchier, it's not very stretchy, but I still love them!

A good, casual ...
I wanted to get a couple ... tops for my upcoming hiking/kayaking trip. Last year I went with an all cotton collection; I spent the majority of the time in semi wet shirts. I didn't want anything form fitting, and I really needed something that wicks away sweat. Though I haven't tried working out in this ... yet, the fit is about what I wanted it to be. I'm 5'6", size 6, and a 34-A, and the medium fits great. The fabric is really soft, and so far it's washing well (on delicate). It reaches down past hip level on me, which is a bit longer than I expected. It fits nicely in the chest regardless of what bra I'm wearing, and the waist is loose enough to not make me feel self conscious. I bought this in the teal and white -- the teal is solid so you can wear any color bra underneath without much peeping through the fabric, but the white is a little see through. If you're my size and want something tighter, go for the small. Otherwise this is a great ... move around in.

Great but runs tight across chest
This is a great ... already know that I will use this ... great deal for layering however it runs very small. I always wear a size small in athleta tops and this ... just too tight across the chest. For reference I am 5"7", 135lbs, 32-D. This is going back and hopefully the next size up will fit better.

Super soft but a bit short. Need a layer over this.
This is quite form fitting and a bit short. Goes to waist but doesn't cover whole belly area. It is so soft and nice feeling. It'd go well with something over it. With another ... it'd be ok for working out or wearing out, I layer it under the lace detail lotus ... since both tops are thin on their own. They do compliment each other as layers. I got 2 of each that look nice together. The light blue and vintage violet of this ... blue green and pink purplish ones of the lotus ... They look good for a workout or hanging out that way. Good with skirt, skort or jeans.

Simple great
I am always looking for a ... just a ... No liner, no support, and this one is great. It's light, soft, breathable and a flattering color. It is definitely one of my favorite workout tops.

eh
I so wanted to like this ... since it was on sale, but as many reviewers had said, the armholes were too big and gaped out to the sides. I had originally bought it for running, but ended up returning it since the extra fabric from the large armholes would have caused major chafing near my armpits. It would be a nice ... hanging around or anything that doesn't require repetitive movement around the armholes, but I thought it was too expensive for a hanging around plain color ...

Yea, it''s really just a ...
So... It's a good ... like the cut and the style, it feels true to size, but I agree with the reviews that it's just a ... don't know, I expected maybe the material to be more stretchy or slinky, but--while it is soft-- it just feels like thick cotton. Don't get me wrong, I bought two and I'm keeping them and will use them. But honestly if I'd picked them up in the store and felt the material, I would have thought they were overpriced for what you're getting, and that's at the sale price. Really just seems like a five dollar ... I'm 5'11, 150lbs, typically wear Medium shirt and the Med in these fits just right.

I ordered this ... thinking it would be good for running. Not! It is very lightweight. I was going to send it back when I discovered I had a ... thought was a bit too low cut. This ... worked perfectly underneath and the duel colors looked great. I ended up keeping it, but am not sure how much use it will get. Unless you have some tanks where you need a little extra coverage underneath, I would not recommend this ...
