What CRAFTMENSHIP!
I have never seen such detail and craftmenship in clothing. Athleta I'm all yours! But seriously, I am so happy to have comfort and style. I was a size 4 all my life, but at the age of 53 I got sick, am unable to be as active and have gained weight. It sure is nice to still be able to dress in style, even if I do not look like the yoga models. Thank you again!

The clothing I have bought from Athleta seems to either be "right on" or "way off". The Dipper ... "right on". Being an athletic girl with a curvy figure, I love the drawstring waist so there is no gapping. These are very flattering on me. As usual with Athleta, I ordered a size bigger, and ... fit perfectly.

Had been researching ... found the reviews on the Dipper ... . Athough I hate ordering clothing online, I decided to go for it. Ordered an 8 instead of my usual 6 as the some of the reviews said it was a bit snug in the hips. Perfect fit. I absolutely love these ... They are so comfortable and stylish. Received may compliments on them from ... airport and hotel. Am ordering another pair.

I was in need of black ... wear to work that were not denim. These ... fit the bill!!! ... comfortable and durable as denim yet look dressier. I will have to warn you that I had to buy these almost two sizes larger than normal. I am 5'8" and 130 and had to buy a size 8 although I feel like Athleta clothing does run small (usually wear a 4 but not in Athleta ...

I was pleasantly surprised by how nicely these fit, hugged my curves in a flattering way, and the material/quality. The snap closure is easy and a nice feature so far. I haven't washed them yet, so I don't know how they'll hold up, but I don't plan to dry them in the dryer. I ordered tall b/c I'm in that awkward middle ground where 32 is a bit too ... tall is a little too long. I wish that Athleta had a 34, but the quality of their clothing seems worth the cost of any alterations I might need. The drawstring is a cool feature, great in theory, but a little awkward to use in reality. All in all though, it was a good purchase.
Great ... - multi use!
I'm very happy with these ... They are functional yet have a very cute fit. I'm very athletic and muscular in my lower half...I find that Athleta clothing is snug if I order my normal size. I do not care for tight fitting ... hiking etc, so I prefer to order a size up, including these ... I'm also finding that even with the lower rise clothing, it cinches in at the "waist" a little too much for my liking. Again, another good reason for a size up. I'm almost 5'9" and the regular length was fine for flat or trail shoes. As noted by a few others, the fabric is a little noisy - but it's a great option to go from the trails to grab a bite to eat. I wouldn't wear them to work but awesome for casual.
Not contemporary enough
I was disappointed again in the fit of Athleta ... quality of these looked nice, I liked the material and styling but they are much too high waisted and long in the crotch. I am 37 years old and wear age appropriate, yet fashionable clothing and these have a too mature cut. I am being kind and sincere when I say these would be great for my 65 year old mother who wants more coverage. Athleta ... always look so cute and contemporary but I have not had any luck yet......these went back...
Good style/poor fabric
The cut and the style of the ... quite good. However, the fabric is stiff and uncomfortable. I will stick with a similar pair of ... purchased from another store that also sells exercise and lifestyle clothing.
