Excellent ... light hiking or basic travel
I bought these ... few weeks ago and recently took them on a trek to Morocco. They were excellent! The material is lightweight but warm, and the ... held up through the desert, cities, hiking, and walking around towns. I normally wear a size 8 in ... but I went up a size in these as they seem to run a bit small. I would definitely recommend them for everyday travel, or light hiking.

Finally something that fits!
I've been looking for traveling ... while, and others from XXX stores don't carry any for petite people and that fit properly. I like low rise ... most of the others are mid rise and not as flattering on me, and also tends to be too big for me. I'm 5'3", 115 lbs and the size 0 fit perfectly on me. I'm always looking for ... flatter my behind cause I really don't have much of one and hate it when ... make it look flat. These look good and fit well. Thanks Athleta! These are now my "to go" ... travel.

Best travel ... EVER
I originally purchased these ... traveling to Australia, but I found myself wearing them anytime I wanted to be comfortable in situations that yoga ... weren't appropriate. I loved them so much I got a second pair in a different color. They are perfect for travel because you can wear them casually or with the right sweater, out for the evening. Everything I pack for a trip has to do double duty and these ... do just that.

Love them!
I ordered ... travel in, but when I received them I was immediately impressed and excited about my purchase the second I took them out of the package. Thrilled, the next day I wore them around town, and then proceeded to end my day with a walk wearing them. ... made of fabric that has some stretch which makes them all the more comfortable. They are a wonderful light kaki color that looks good with everything. The pockets on the legs and the backside are smooth and do not detract from fit and look bulgy in any way. They are very flattering and compliment a women's shape. I am looking forward to traveling in ... because they don't wrinkle easily!

I'm 5'2" and 110 pounds and ... fit me perfectly! They are the perfect travel ... They don't wrinkle and dry quickly - I love them!

great everyday ...
I don't know that I would attempt yoga or running in these ... but they are perfect for everyday errands, travel and maybe hiking. I bought them for travel, and they pack light and small.

Great Fit
I am 40 years old 122-125 pounds and 5'5. I bought two pairs of these ... travel and fitness. I was very pleased with the fit. I bought them in a size 6 and the lenghth and fit are perfect. I didn't want a really low ... these are not too low. I could have probably gotten a size 4, but I didn't want the ... tight in any area. I plan to take them on my next trip overseas. I was happily surprised with these ...

Great fit and comfortable
I bought these ... travel to Africa, and while I haven't yet gone, I love these ... They fit like a dream, and I have a hard time finding ... because I have strong muscular legs with a small waist. I am 5'4" 120 lbs, the size 4 regular fit me perfectly. I love that Athleta has designed ... women who have strong, bigger legs and a small waist. These ... seem like they'll travel very well.

Great ...
I love this ... ordered 1 on sale. Got it, loved it, ordered another at full price in another color. Took them both on vaca for 2 weeks. Back from vaca, ordered a 3rd pair. These ... great for work or play. Also, if you like to travel light as I do, these ... sure bet. If you need to wash them by hand while on vaca they dry really quickly. They are super comfy, light, perfect rise, perfect length (I like my ... low and long). I love the internal drawstring to adjust the waist. Light enough to wear for spring and fall or layer with tights for colder weather. I'm 5'5", 115lbs. The size 4 is just a bit big but as stated earlier, the drawstring dials the size in nicely

Normal size would have been too small for me
I bought ... sale online in a 14T instead of a 12T since that's all that was available, figuring that if they were a bit big it would be fine since there's the inside drawstring at the waist. I was surprised when I tried them on that the 14T fits the way a 12T fits me in other ... Had I ordered my normal size they would have been uncomfortably tight and I would have had to return them. That being said, ... wonderful, comfortable ... great for hiking, everyday wear, travel, and I think with a bit of accessorizing I could easily do casual Friday at work in them. The inseam is what I expected for a tall, I'm a 34" and ... perfectly to the floor. The rise is low as described but not shamefully so (I can tie my shoes without showing things), and the gray color is gorgeous. If it helps I'm 5'11", 180, with most of my weight in my chest. Unfortunately.

great quality and very comfortable.
Love these ... am 5'6" and 125 pounds. My only complaint is that these ... do not come in a size 2 in Tall. I got the size four and had to take up the hem a little but the waist is still a little large. The size 2 in regular is too short. However, the ... extremely comfotable to travel in and hike in. Am thinking about buying another pair in a different color.

Travel, shop or yoga in my Bettona Classic pants
I own the Bettona boyfriend pants and practically live and sleep in them. I decided to get outside of my comfort zone and try something new from Athleta. I am loving these Bettona Classic Pants!! They are incredibly comfortable, petite is perfect for my 5'3 1/2' height and I wore them recently on the way to and back from vacation. Perfect pants for yoga (Revelation and Kickbooty yoga pants are too tight and don't look good on my short frame), travel or just shopping around town. Nothing like being comfortable and they look great. Sure beats my beat up sweat pants. Thank you Athleta!

The Betonna Classic ... awesome. I bought it in the asphalt color, size Medium and I love them. I'm 5''5", 140 lbs, 28 1/2" waist, very athletic build with muscular legs. I usually wear a size 8 in most pants and the size Medium fits me well. The length just touches the floor so they are perfect for wearing bare foot or with shoes. The waist could be a little snugger for me, but I do like where they sit on my waist so no complaints. They are very flattering to my waist and butt. I was a little worried that my big legs would look too bulky in these pants, but they actually make me look skinnier. I wasn't too sure about workout pants with pockets, but the pockets are surprisingly flat enough to not get in the way of activities and they add a flattering touch to your figure. I wear them more for everyday use than I do for working out. I'm sure they will be great pants to travel with in the car or on a plane. The material is soft yet so strong. I know they are pricey, but I recommend these pants for any activity.

Love these ...
Simply put,,I love these ... have them in every color! I hate ... feel confining (like jeans) so these are perfect. So comfortable, perfect length, and can be worn for just about anything. I wear them mostly for everyday activities and travel. They are easy to just throw on and go! I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the purchase of these ...

Excellent pants
These pants are amazing. I started with one pair and wore them all the time. Just invested in 3 more pairs in more colors. These pants feel like yoga pants but actually can pass for smart casual work pants. The contrast stitching is nice. I wear these pants whenever I travel. They are on the pricey side, but worth it , very durable and versatile.

LOVE these yo jeans!
Yes, yo jeans. Yoga ... + Jeans = Yo Jeans. They feel like yoga ... but have jeans styling. These will be the perfect travel ... my upcoming trip to Europe; lightweight, comfortable, easy wearing. The jeans styling makes them easy to pair with most tops. Cool enough to wear in the Seattle summer (70s & 80s), but also warm enough to pair with a sweater or down vest in the fall. I think I'll be living in these for the next several months!

These pants rock!
These pants are awesome! I travel a lot with my job, and they are great, as they are super comfy, yet look dressy at the same time! They are like yoga pants with pockets and a fake zipper, so they look more like dress pants than yoga pants, yet feel as comfortable as yoga pants! The fit is great, and I love them!!

Best all purpose ... EVER!!!
I LOVE these ... ordered the shorts for the 3 day 60 mile walk this summer and fell in love with them. I now have the ... all 4 colors and wear them regularly for casual everyday wear as well as exercise. They are great for travel because they are as comfortable as pj's, don't wrinkle and look polished. I get compliments on them every time I wear them, even from guys :) They wash up very well and dry super fast. There is minimal or no shrinkage. I wish they werent so long, or came in a choice of lengths because I always have to get them hemmed. Get these ... LOVE them.

Comfy ...
My friend had the Bettona Classic ... & I thought they looked nice - a bit more dressy than most athletic ... She said they were comfortable too, so I had to try them. While they're fairly true to size, they're not tight fitting at all. They're loose & comfortable. I'm 5'4" & 125 pounds. The Medium is a bit large even though I have quite a booty for a small person. These ... great for travel, running errands & even getting sweaty at the gym. I bought the Black Heather color, but may have to go back for more when they're on sale! I think I'll try a Small next time.

I want these in every color!
These pants are not only super comfortable, but also really flattering. The pocket detailing is a nice touch. I purchased the heathered gray color, which does not to have a sheen to it like many stretch pants, even in sunlight. The fabric is a little heavier than I'm used to in a yoga ... but these are so nice that I don't imagine I will be working out in them. These will be my new go to travel pants! My only criticism is that if Athleta is charging [$] for work out pants, that they at least be manufactured in the US, and not Vietnam. Four stars, only for the excessive pricing.

So wanted to love
I have been having this problem recently will all Athleta pants. I am 5'3 and about 130 pounds. The medium is too tight, large too big. Petite too short, regular too long. This is consistent will the last 4 pairs of Athleta pants I have tried. That said, these pants are awesome. The fabric, styling and overall look are fabulous. I can't imagine I would ever exercise in them, but would wear to work, travel and hang out in them. If they fit I would probably get 3 pairs. I am very disappointed that they did not fit.

Not for travel. These are yoga/workout pants.
I just wanted to point out that these pants are really just light, stretchy yoga pants, suitable for the gym. If you're young you can get away with anything, but for ladies over a certain age: don't buy these thinking that you can wear them out. I was searching for some pants to take on a trip and these came up under 'travel'. No way! I'm in decent shape, run 30 miles a week and take an XS in everything, but I'm over 40 and these do not look appropriate [on me] for running errands. (I have some great GapFit pants that I do run errands in; they are a thicker, sturdier knit.)
