Awesome product!
I love this hand held ... fits perfectly in ... strap is adjustable to fit me, and the little pocket perfectly fits ... keys and $10. You do have you screw the cap on *hard* before you leave for ... you'll be soaked. Use your teeth to close the ... while ... you'll slowly lose your ... love that I don't have to wear a hydration pack and don't ... hold a ... just let ... relax and it fits snugly there.

This handheld ... perfect for me. I got sick of lugging a hydration pack out when I was only doing 5-8 miles. This one is perfect. It's 10 oz, however, I ... found if you fill it up to 8 then that keeps down on the leakage. It does leak slightly if you don't screw the top on really really well. And by leak I mean like a 1/10 of an ounce...just enough to make your ... moist. If it's cold out, I make sure to wear a top that has sleeves with thumb holes, and then I put this ... other side of ... shirt covered palm... so it doesn't make ... cold. I usually drink ... entire ... halfway through ... after that I slide it up and ... forearm. It's like it's not even there. Great product!

The first thing that happened was the holder got wet while I was filling the container with ... doesn't feel as good when wet. I put ice in the container. ... oh ... . . . it's cold against your ... think the size is good for an hour long walk.

The pros are that it's light, fits nicely in ... pockets for keys, etc. are great. The con I ... leaks at the spout, when I'm ... I've tried pushing the white spout deal down very firmly but ... still trickles out. ... next attempt is to fill it half way to see if that will stop the leaking but it is a bummer.

While the holder is very comfortable and conveniently holds a Gu and keys, the ... itself is quite small and more importantly, it leaks. You can't toss it in ... gym bag and go - it must remain upright which is annoying.
