Adorable headband keeps my hair out of my face and is the most comfortable headband I have ever found. The only bad thing is that I have to readjust it constantly. Some times one to three of the bands shifts during a ... (running or weightlifting). This would probably be perfect for low intensity workouts.

There is Slippage
This is a really cute headband. It is more practical for casual use than for a dance ... head movement is constant. I had to readjust it many times throughout my ... does have grips on each strip, but its not enough for me, probably because I have fine hair and a small head. Teasing of the crown is necessary even for casual use to keep it from slipping backwards. Do that and you have a stylish look for work or running errands. I will probably order more of this headband in other colors.

This one is fun! It's a little loose for my head/hair, but women with fuller hair won't have a problem. Love the way it seperates into 3 strands. Different!
Eh....Not impressed
Nice Idea, cute design. however, it DOES NOT STICK!! They don't stay in place for more than 5 minutes, just sitting in my office, so I would never dare to wear this during a ... class. It scoots to the back of my head little by little. I found this piece completely worthless. Dissapointing, because it is so cute and has great potential. Do NOT buy it, you will waste your money and wish that you got a regular headband, like I do.
Terrible headband
Doesn't stay in place. The non slip surface on the back side of the band really doesn't provide much for stability. I spent majority of my ... fixing the headband and getting it back in place on my head than I did working out. Very disappointed.
Does not stay put
I wore this headband for my ... other day. It was constantly coming off! One side of it is kind of sticky, so I was hoping it would stay put during my ... sadly mistaken. Also, it isn't adjustable, so about 1/2 way through my ... started growing and then it was just useless.
Not worth the $ paid, but too late to return.
Gave this thing a try while I did my ... Either I have a small head, or the band is sized large -- or, its not designed to hold straight, coarse hair well. I DO NOT have nappy hair, it is straight, thick, layered and coarse in texture, yet it did not hold. I believe it will work better for the women with naturally curly/wavy hair (not nappy), so it has something to grab onto. It looks good/works well as an accessory, but (for me anyways) not for my cardio and even sculpting work outs. It kept slipping off, but when I wore it around the house, it worked fine. Buy it for looks, but not for performance.
