I love this ADORABLE ...
Bought this ... grey heather. Sooooo adorable. Goes with everything. Love how the skirt zips off...two coats in one! The inside "fur" is so incredibly soft. The jacket is warm, but not bulky. I normally wear a medium in Athleta and this ... very true to size. I just can't say enough great things about it. I hope they come out with the brown again since it was out of stock and I'd LOVE to have the brown as well.

After obsessing on this ... reading the reviews, I finally took the plunge and ordered it. I had hesitations as some had said that it runs small. I usually wear an extra large in most coats. Am at around 170 lbs, 5 ft 4. I DID order this in a 1X, and have never worn this size before, but the ... does fit me well. It most certainly does run small, so order a size up. I bought it in the gray, and it's so cute. The outer fabric is similar to a sweatshirt type material (good thick quality), and the entire ... lined with the softest, snuggliest fur. I am pleased I bought this and can't wait to wear it!!!! Good for chilly fall days!

I so wanted to love this coat
Upon first sight I loved this ... orderd the gray, and it is a beautiful color and so, so snuggly soft. It fit perfectly what I wanted, a casual ... can also be somewhat dressy. I ordered both a S and M. I am 5'3" and 130 lbs. The S fit me fine. I didn't find that it was tight across the shoulders like some reviewers mentioned. So, what I didn't like is the quality. Upon inspection, the "fur" hem along the bottom was rough cut and looked cheap. I also found other flaws in both of the coats, one had white markings and the collar didn't lay flat on the other. So, so sad that I have to send both of these coats back [sad face].

Fab Fleece
One of the warmest coats in my closet and just about the cutest. I love the snap buttons and the double breasted front I have it in falcon and It looks so great you would hardly know it's fleece.I'm only 5'2" and I'm leary about sleeve lenght but these cuff up nicely, like they were ment to be and the length hits me at the thigh. Keep it up Athleta, you know just how to marry form with function. I am always impressed. I may just buy it in purple.

I absolutely love this ... -- I bought it on a whim (which usually leads to regrets) and it's my new favorite outerwear. Literally every single time I've worn it, I've gotten compliments on the color (it's a gorgeous eggplant which goes with so many things I wear). I love the zipper pockets (great for not losing my keys!), it's the perfect weight for fall/winter around here, and most importantly, the sleeves are long enough!! I'm 6'0" with relatively long arms and with other coats, I've had to purchase them several sizes too big (even in "tall" sizes) to get the arms long enough, but this one fits perfectly. I'm actually disappointed today because it's too warm to wear it. ;) Buy this one, you will not be sorry.

Glad I ordered a Large
Typically I wear a Medium in coats, but after ordering a ... last year from Athelta and found it too tight to wear over sweaters and layers I decided to order a Large - glad I did it is perfect for wearing to work, walking at night with my hubby, and casual evenings out.

To save someone else from having to order 2 coats I'll give some specific measurements. The small fits all around better, except in the arms. My biceps are 10 3/4 inches, my arm from the top of my shoulder to my wrist is 22 inches and my chest is 34. It fits great in the body, but the sleeves are a tiny bit short. I'm 5'8" and 130 lbs. I kept the small and love wearing the half mitt with it. The med was just too big in the body, but would be a must if wearing thick sweaters with it. Love it!

I was really excited about this ... but it didn't end up working for me. The sleeves were too short. I'm 5'11" and usually order tall size M in coats. Overall it was a nice ... but to keep the look and shape you would need to always keep it buttoned and I needed a ... didn't require that. I also hesitated after reading the reviews about the bulk in the chest area and I did find that it was a bit bulky for me. I am a 36 c/d. I did like fabric and color. It was a nice change from what I already have. If the sleeves had been longer I might have made it work but did send it back.

LOVE!
OK. I love fleece coats for casual wear. I am a mom of one and we spend a lot of time outside in the fall and spring at playgrounds and hiking, biking, etc... I always want to be comfy and warm but stylish as well. This jacket really fits the bill! It is generously sized. I first ordered a medium because I wear a lot of sweaters and fleece sweatshirts.. I was concerned the small would be too tight in the sleeves and arms and chest (I am normally an athleta sm/med- more towards the small size. 5.6, 134 lbs). The medium was WAY too big and the bottom belled out with a huge flare so it was not at all flattering. I returned it for a small and just love it. I bought it in the deep purple which is just like Athleta's other deep purple shades. As a reference I usually buy Lands End Fleece coats for a fall jacket and this is way better made, warmer and much more stylish. Considering how expensive Athleta clothing is I actually think this ... reasonably priced. After all, many of their t's are $60 or more so to pay [$] for a heavy fleece ... reasonable in my eyes.

Not for Petite ...
This is a pretty ... can be casual or dressy and it's not black! Department stores seem to only carry black or muted color coats. So, I was happy to see this option. I knew I was ordering the Regular M size. I have broad shoulders, so that's where it fits best. Arms are too long and like others say, waste is loose. But I bought this size so I can layer underneath. Maybe could've gotten away with Small. I'm 5', so the ... longer than expected. It's more of a trench on me. Would be nice if there was a Petite length option. It'll probably look really cute with leggings or skinny jeans.
