Love this ...
Great ... Warm. Charming. Great sale price, but I sense this has been worn since there was no tag and I can smell fabric softener or detergent. Well but the ... itself does not look like being worn and I can accept the smell (I do not like those artificial fragrance) that won't go even after a few times of wash because of the price. I also have black. Love them.

This is a winner. I sometimes wear a regular length and sometimes wear petite, so I took a chance and ordered this in petite. The length was shorted than I expected, but it turned out to be ok since I like wearing it as more of a tunic length shirt. The fabric is heavy and falls nicely along the body hiding any mommy tummy. I have worn it out to a nice dinner with some fun accessories and around the house with yoga pants. Overall one of my best Athleta finds, especially at the sale price!

I had to try two different sizes before I finally got the right fit for this ... have been waiting for it to go on sale, and of course, then my normal size small was not available...(5'3 and 130 lbs.). I had to settle for a small petite, which is a bit short but it will work! I love the material - very versatile and easy to throw on with a shirt and leggings. I will get great use out of this. the only complaint would be that there isn't much of a waist line - it doesn't flatter as much as it could, but overall another great purchase from Athleta!

Perfect!
I absolutely love this ... think the complaints from other reviews come from the fact that they might have the wrong size. I am 5'4" with a shorter torso and an athletic build (not very curvy). I ordered the M in regular and petite. The regular was longer like a ... coming lower to mid thigh but the bottom section belled out a little whacky. The petite was PERFECT!!! The lower section seam hit around the bend of my leg so the slightly belled portion was now accomodating my backside and didn't bell at all. This makes for a pretty short ... (like on the model). I am too old to rock the look with tights but can't wait to wear it over a base layer. I thought it was pretty generous in the chest area. I was expecting it to be tight to accomodate my girls but it fit perfect there too. I ordered both colors and they are great! If I was an avid skiier I would keep both. Probably will send the grey back. Probably. Got it during the winter sale so the price was ridiculously good. Gotta love that!

Really like this ...
I am 5'0 and 120 lbs. I tend to have wide shoulders and this ... petite is perfect for me! I bought it in medium cuz it was on sale and the only size left. I bought two one petite and the other regular and I can wear both as a ... little loose but doesn't show my back flab. May consider sticking the non petite in the dryer to shrink it up a little.

I ordered this in an extra small seeing other items I have purchased seem to run large. I am 5.5-1/2 and about 113. This is a really nice warm ... leggings it would be really cute. From looking at the picture online I thought you could never wear tights, but it is longer than pictured(or women is tall) the only thing that I would change is it is more a line and wider at the bottom. If it was a little straighter it would not look so "teepee" like. Did not bother me enough to return it, but it was alot $ and hope quality wise it holds up great throughout the winter. Wish it came in brown!

Awesome ...
This ... really nice. The photos don't seem to convey the thickness which is a great quality medium weight. I went with both the reveiw and sales rep recommendations and sized up. I usually take a regular small in all athleta ... (5'6", 125#) but ordered a medium and it fits great. It is just a bit of a hugging ... so the medium satisfies feeling comfortably snug vs tight when wearing it. I choose the sandcastle color which is a nice off white that can be great ... up or down and in any season. I would highly recommend this ...

This is my second Hut to Hut Hoodie Dress...Very comfortable to ... up or ... down. A bit expensive, so I like to keep a look out for the sale!! Warm and Cozy. Love to wear it with boots and leggings.

Cozy winter ...
I bought this ... Grape Jam color and the color is beautiful. It's a warm, winter ... wear this to work with tights and boots and get lots of compliments. I even use the hood on those drizzly, rainy days when I miss the bus to my building (.25 miles from parking lot to office). I am 5'1.5" - 5'2" and I weigh 106lbs. I ordered an XS, my usual size, and it fit perfectly. It is @ an inch or so above my knees, so, I like the length. For me, during the day, it doesn't "grow" like another reviewer said. It keeps it shape (Unlike the Cotton Rib Zippy ... which I also purchased). It is fitted, so if you have body issues, you may want to consider a sweater ... like the Sochi ... which isn't as fitted. My only complaint is that it's very expensive. I would love another one, but I'm having a hard time ordering it at full price. If Athleta has another one of their rare sales, then I will buy another one.

Love it, wish it came in tall
I would agree with other reviewers that the ... tad clingy. Wearing a full slip took care of that. I'm 6'1" and 160 lbs with a lean but athletic build. Most of my height is in my legs and arms and my shoulders are a little broader than most women. A medium fits well. I really wish this ... came in Tall sizes. The sleeves are a smidge too short. The length of the ... OK for work over leggings. I also wear it with skinny jeans. It is very comfortable and very warm and VERY cute with a pair of boots. Definitely a keeper.

Great ... even for tall ladies!
First let me start by saying I am a very nicely proportioned 6 foot 1 woman that weighs 185 pounds with a 36D chest. I have extremely long legs (37 inch inseam) and therefore I have a hard time finding ... long enough for me. I also have a very nice round bottom and therefore sometimes ... ride up in the back so they can seem shorter than they would on someone who has a less curvy figure. Finally being as tall as I am I have long arms and long sleeves are usually a problem for me as well. I am happy to say that I had none of these problems in this ... extremely comfortable and looks great on me (I have received many compliments). I ordered the tall medium and the tall large and found that the medium fit better than the large. I loved the fact that is ... very warm but was made of cotton since I am severely allergic to wool and oftentimes find it difficult to find a sweater or sweaterdress that does not have some degree of wool in it. Although I think that full price it is too expensive, I was able to purchase it on sale and feel that it was a good buy for the sale price. Hopefully it will go on sale again so I can buy some more!

If this ... ever goes on sale, I'm buying another! Once it's on, I dont' wanna take it off -- it's like your favorite pair of jeans. Very comfy. Ok...I'm 5'5", very muscular, athletic/flat chested build, 125-135 lbs. I bought a M. I'm usually a S in Athleta (4-6 size). The ... form fitting & probably not the most "turn heads" figure flattering ... available but hey, it's a sweater! It's functional, warm, cute and cozy. Paired with the smartwool tights & a pair of boots, you've got yourself a winner! Buy it!

Fabulous ...
I was looking for a warm, cute ... wear with leggings and boots, and this is it. It is soft and a nice warm weight. I am 105 lbs and 5' 3'', so I ordered the XS and am very happy with it. It hugs my body just the way I wanted it to, and I received several compliments on it the first day I wore it. I wear a thin long sleeved shirt under it and also the performance fleece Athleta tights in black, and I stay nice and toasty even on a below freezing night in DC after a party. I would change 3 things about it and it would be perfect. #1, I wish the zipper opening was longer. It is a little tough to struggle into without catching the ... my hair. #2 I would do away with the side pocket. While the pocket in the seam is barely noticeable, I don't see how I could put anything in it without looking ridiculous. #3 the price is too high. It's only 5% cashmere, and it's not organic cotton, so I don't really know where the price point came from. That said, I'm keeping it and love it, but I did buy it on sale.

love it
Love the ... 2011 version is longer than the 2010 style. I found it to be a little big and then I washed it and it fit perfectly. very warm, a little to expensive got it on sale, then perfect. I have all colors. looks great with boots. I am 5'2, 122 lbs, got a med , I also have a small from last year, it fits snuger than the med, may have tothe small did fit as well but I a have not washed it yet!

Pleasantly surprised
I was a bit skeptical about ordering this ... due to the disfavorable reviews but I really wanted a new sweater ... drawn to the sale price. I am very pleased with the ... Contrary to some of the reviews, the side pocket is a non issue, with no one but me even knowing it is there as it lays flat. The knit is of perfect weight, heavy enough to be very warm (I am very cold natured) but not bulky. In the past I have ordered size Small from Athleta (I am 5'3", 120 lbs and broadshouldered) but S has seemed a little too loose so decided to give the XS a shot and it is great! Now I can't wait for fall to come so I can wear it again

Better to go with the larger size
I am 5' 5" and weigh just shy of 140. I am between med/large for a lot of things. I ordered the medium in haste because it was the last day of the sale. I went back to read the reviews after I clicked to get the idea that maybe I should have ordered the large. When the medium arrived, I thought it felt a little snug around the chest and armpits and it seemed short. I sent it back and got the large. I am much happier with that one. The ... comfortable....not itchy....and warm as the weather gets warm. It also looks nice. It was expensive and full price and even so for the sale, so I am glad that I waited for the sale. I had never sent anything back before, but the process was easy.

Why Does It Have a Zipper?
I loved the fabric and fit of this ... really loved the sale price. The zipper, as other reviewers have stated, ruins the contours of this ... would look better with either no zipper or one on each side to balance off the asymmetry.
