Perfect all around ...
I am so glad I decided to splurge on this ... am a laid back casual person but I love to wear dresses and skirts. This ... fits my personality perfectly and it is easy to wear. I like the way it looks with tights and boots and I like being able to throw it in the washer and dryer. The medium tall fit is perfect for me 5'9, 140lbs and the ... blue color is great for fall.

wow...I bought 2!!!
This ... rocks! I received compliments from elderly women I work with AND my younger 20 something colleagues. I am 30-40 y/o 5'2" 115# petite frame and ordered a PS. Stays true to size if you don't dry. Fits nice, not too snug, and flattering just above knee. I sported a scarf and knee socks for a comfy and hip Friday at office day. I bought two colors FYI for football game day;)

Best ...
I love this ... I'm 5'10" and normally wear size 6 or small. Bought the Tall Small, and it hits the top of the knee and sleeves go past my wrists--rare finds for tall women. The fabric is a little thick--nice for cooler weather--and it's got just enough stretch. Not sure how it'll hold up in the wash, so I'm planning to dry flat. I bought the Aubergine and am happy with the color--looks like it does online.

wonderful ...
i got this ... Regular Small aubergine and Petite Medium black. all my other dresses are Small (couple XS). the small was a tad long in hem (hit above knees) and sleeves. the Pet Med however has longer sleeves but the hem is a good length, couple inches above knees. i love the material and it's not huggy. it's perfect for fall and i got knee boots to wear with it too. the pockets are handy (a big reason i chose the ... throw in keys and loose bill change while shopping. great errand ... lunch, whatever! i will be wearing them all the time. i'm hoping the Small will come back in stock so i can buy another one. not sure why they needed to put ruching on the back but not a deal breaker.

I sized down - love it
I ordered the blue color in one size down and am pleased. I have found I generally need to size down in Athleta dresses with this kind of cut. Contrary to what another reviewer suggested, I don't think you need to be "shaped like an ironing board" to wear this ... can we stop hating on other women's bodies please?). True, it isn't fitted at the waist, but I think it hugs the chest and rear nicely while still leaving something to the imagination. It will also accommodate a larger chest; I am a 34DD and can comfortably wear the XXS. Unfortunately, if your regular size is XXS, I think it will be too loose for you.

Nice Enough.
I like this ... but it is not my favorite Athleta ... quality (and price) is high with soft, thick fabric and a nice length in the sleeves and ... comfortable, functional and a very nice shade of light navy. The top, sleeves, and hip area are slightly fitted. The middle, however, is a floppy, loose wasteland of extra fabric. This might be less noticeable on a girl with no waist or shaped like an ironing board. Still, I will keep it because attractive fall dresses are hard to come by.

Never need to change
I go in this all day and evening long; at work, playing in the water park with my child, dining at a nice restaurant. I get wet, and it repels water and/or get dry within 20 minutes. It doesn't wrinkle. I love not having to think at all about what I am wearing, because it supports my lifestyle so well. I bought all the pack everywhere dresses. It is all I have been wearing this summer. I wear it over my bikini. It is super easy to change in and out of it right on the beach too. And how nice to just put on lip gloss, a necklace and comfortable heels and walk right in to a bar or restaurant right after. The one negative is that my iPhone does not fit in the pocket. The pocket could have been just a tad bit bigger.

The perfect ...
I am 5'10" 165lbs and have found ... shopping to be about as stressful as jean shopping because of the way many dresses are cut. I bought this ... before and fell in love it and recently bought another one in solid black. Not only is this ... incredibly comfortable (it moves with you) it can be ... up or down and the material is great in hot weather climates because it is thin (but durable) and it's breathable. Not to mention it has a crazy slimming effect! I bought them in tall and the cut is perfect for my height and shape. I have other dresses from Athleta but this one is my favorite.

Liberation in a ...
I live for Summer! During this season I long to be foot loose and fancy free. But, after having my two sweathearts, I have found that I need to wear a bra with Summer dresses in order to get my bust shape back. This has limited my options in Summer dresses. I gave up wearing halter dresses entirely because it is not possible to wear a bra, and I need the lift to obtain my hour glass fiqure.The Pack Everywhere ... answer to my prayers. It is Liberation in a ... do not need to wear a bra because of the band just under the bust which acts to support the chest while lifting with the halter tie straps behind the neck. Plus, the additon of the micro thin padding gives the extra cushion I need to get my "Vaboom" back without surgery!!!!!

A Great ...
I bought this ... recommendation of my Sister in-law...and boy, am I happy I did! I have never received more compliments in my life!!!! Extremely flattering....makes me look thinner than I am...how many dresses can do that?!? And Extremely comfortable...no need for bra, since there's built in support, and with the material...you stay cool and breezy even in the steamy heat. I'm 5' 8" and about 138 lbs., 34 B..I got a 6 and it fits like a glove! Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!

Love it!
I love this ... am 5' and 122 lbs, narrow shoulders and full hips. A line dresses and skirts are the best for my figure. This ... fits great. I wore the ... out for afternoon shopping at the mall and my married friend said, "That would be a great ... wear on a date!". I have it in another color as well and am so glad to have them at the ready.

LOVE IT!
[...] I tried it on immediately to determine if it would need to be returned as I rarely order online. I was so happy with the fit, feel and the appearance of this garment. I am not a teen or a 20 something. I am in good, athletic shape and am a mother of young children. I bought this ... few summer events where I wanted to look pretty, put together and sexy but respectable at the same time. This ... fits that bill perfectly. The cut is very sexy, but there is plenty of coverage, both on top and length wise. I don't feel like I am ... too young. I am taking this ... several trips and a cruise this summer and I can't wait to wear it. I am already planning accessories! I am now looking for more great dresses from Athleta to fill out the rest of my summer wardrobe.

Great cut and design; tight in rib cage
Maybe it was because I ordered a petite vs. regular size, but I found this ... really tight around the rib cage right under the bust. I ordered a 4P and returned it for a 6P and they're practically the same, so if you're undecided I'd say go with the larger size. Fits fine in bust but really right around the ribs. It quickly flares out from sort of an empire waist so looks great around the midsection - flattering to the tummy and hips and hides a small muffintop well. The rest of it is great - super comfy material, great design, seems like it could be wet/dry and look just as good. Plan to use it as a travel ... beach/pool daytime wear or (for the black) casual nighttime wear. I'm a shade under 5'3" and the petite length was perfect - slightly above knee how I like. I recommend it over some of the swim and other dresses because it's a much lighter weight material and less binding throughout.

Cute ...
In dresses I normally wear an 8, but had to send it back and get the 10. That's okay! It's such a cute ... very versatile and love the fabric. I'm going to Europe soon and will pack this as a staple. It does run smaller and tighter than norm, but is a very flattering ...

casual for hot days
Great colors - olive (cargo) and the purple (petunia pop) - and good quality thin cool lightweight synthetic material. The removable pads are very thin (but this ... would look much better on me if the pads - or my chest:) - were more substantial . . . it also would look more proportioned on me as the ... flares in an A line over my bottom). Normally, I am a 2P (sometimes a size 0) and ordered the XS Petite. Even though I'm up a few pounds right now, I wouldn't expect my tummy and upper hips to show as much as it does in this ... Also, after three babies, my lower rib cage prominence shows a bit in this ... empire waist band. If you don't mind a tendency for middle aged abdominal imperfections to show (I'm 52 and work out) or the tendency for these dresses to wrinkle, this ... worth a try if you need an easy casual sporty ... hot summer days. Many of the summer "athletic" ... styles available are not as classy as this one. But consider ordering a size up if you are trying to hide any bulges.

great ...
I love this ... because it comes in size zero!! I'm very petite, and usually I have a hard time finding dresses because everything is too big. This ... very flattering on my small frame. I originally got it in a pattern, and I liked it so much I went back and purchased it in solid black!! I think the black ... sophisticated enough that a young woman could wear the ... causal outdoor wedding if she ... up with the right jewelry and shoes. The material makes it look more dressy and less casual. The pocket, however, makes it casual. The pocket is the perfect size for holding an ID card, but the material is thin, so I think that putting an ID card in it would be noticable, but I have yet to try using the pocket. I think I might cut off the pocket's zipper pull thing to make the pocket less noticable, since I don't really plan on using the pocket. Aside from the pocket, the ... great!!! I'm really gald I purchased it. My only other complaint is that the length is knee length...mid knee cap, which is a strange length. (I'm 5' 2) I would perfer that it be 2 inches shorter or longer. The solid color ... has contrast stitching along the base, so getting it hemmed isn't an option, unless you have a good seamstress who can match the contrast stitching. Aside from ordering it in size 0 regular, I also ordered it in size petite 2, which was indeed 2-3 inches shorter (the perfect length!!) than size 0 regular, but the rest of the ... too big then. I wish altheta made size 0 petite, in addition to 0 regular. My logic is, if you are a size 0, you are probably petite and short, right???!!

Not for me.
It was difficult to zip the sides up just because I'm not used to a side zip, and once on, the whole ... fit great, except the chest area, the very top part bagged down and didn't look good on me. Maybe just too small chested but a smaller size wouldn't fit other areas of my body. I am in love with the other dresses I ordered the Sunfish Swim Dresses.

for vacation
I bought this ... evening dinners on vacation in Mexico thinking it will pack well and wear well. I think it will be perfect. I followed the size guidelines given on th site and even though it meant I ordered a ... two sizes larger than I normally wear, it fits perfectly. I am a 36D and was very pleasantly surprised with the support in this ... not have to wear a bra with it (which I do with most dresses that contain a "bra"). Very pleased with my purchase.

I love this!
My friend ordered three dresses from athleta.com. I tried all of them on and they fit amazing, covering up all problem areas. Unfortunately, the dresses she ordered were no longer available. I ordered three totally different ones and they are all amazing. I have a size 8 or med in this ... am a 36C and the bust is pretty snug but still looks good.

Never thought I was the halter type...
I love this ... My husband liked it even more!! It's the first time I've worn a halter. (I'm small on top and didn't think I could fill one out...) But with a push up bra underneath added to the soft padding/shelf bra that comes with it.... va va voom! Plus the top area sort of skims down into the rest of the ... It's fitted but you don't have to have a washboard stomach. It's more of an empire waist, but not quite. I'm 5'6" 127lbs w/ slight pear shape and I love this ... Now I ordered halter tops to pair w/ skirts. Very nice fabric too.

sexy little sundress
This is such a cute ... ordered a few dresses from athleta and I am EXTREMELY happy! This ... makes you feel quite sexy and beautiful! The fabric makes it very versitle, but the cute makes it work for so many occations. I am 5'5'', 140lb, athletic build, small B cup and I ordered medium. It fits like it was made for me! The plum color that I orderd is very, very nice!

Fits Me Perfect/Love it!
I love the fact that I can have a nice looking ... work out material! So comfortable! I was so happy with it that I got the dark blue and purple. I got the tall for the longer length and love that this is a knee length ... which is flattering for my body type and hard to find. I am an 8 or 10 in dresses. I went with the 8 because I am smaller on top and it fits perfect.

Great fit on slim hourglass figure
This ... fit perfectly. I am 5'3" 115 pounds and bought a size 2. It is very form fitting so if you are shy, you may want to pass on this. I think it would be a great ... beach. I am slim but still have an hourglass figure. Some of the Atlheta dresses have excess material that bags in back from the shoulders to the hips (the kokomo ... did that). This ... did not do that, it fit slim though my torso. Very nice cut. I wish they had some lighter colors in this ... summer.

I love that you are starting to make more of your dresses in petite. That is the only thing I sometimes am a little disappointed in, the lengths are a little longer on me than the way they appear on the models in your catalog. I am only 5'4" and I'm sure our models are taller. So thanks for the petites!

nice ... but should be tighter.
I really like this ... adore Athleta clothes, especially the dresses, but too many of the styles have empire waists and look like maternity clothes. I have worn maternity clothes for enough of my life (I have 7 kids) and I want dresses that are tight and sexy. This ... pretty close to that. It runs a little large. I found the XXS to still be a bit loose, esprcially in the waist. I am a size 2 (0 or 00 in GAP) and I could have worn an XXXS if it had existed. It did cling to the right places, though. The bottom of the drress could be a little less of an A line and I would not mind it a bit shorter (I am 5' 6") The purple color is darker than I expected, but beautiful. If there were more attractive colors in XXS, I would even order another.

really wanted to love this ...
I really wanted to fall in love with this ... but the fit was really disappointing. The hips are not flattering as it does not fall straight/flat on the hips as it seems to on the model in the catalog. I am typically a 2 in your dresses and this one still fits a little big in the hips.

wish it were more
I was so excited about this ... Btu when I got it I was very disappointed. I tried to like it but will be sending it back. The stitching on the bodice is a bit odd and makes it look like I am wearing it inside out. It doesn't look good and the material is a lot thicker than i thought it would be. It was soft and comfortable but did not flatter my body at all. I am 5'3 and 118 so halter dresses are usually my style, but I did not like the way that this made me look. Maybe it is a better fit for people who are a lot taller than me.

Bring back the bra cami dresses!
I've been looking everywhere (ebay, etc.) for the bra cami dresses you used to carry. Mine are wearing out, and have tried all your alternatives. None fit as well as the bra cami dresses -- I also miss the active lengths for us short "regular" sized girls. Bring them back please!!!

LOVE love love this ...
I waterski and wakeboard I am almost 50, 5'6 164lbs not thrilled about the weight!, hit 48 and bammmmmm not sure what happened?? beside that depressing issue this ... BEST! I ONLY wear skirts in the summer as shorts to me make my what I call thicker thighs looks bigger, skirts do not I have always worn skirts and bought one of these in EVERY color, pink blue and actually 2 black !!!SIZE M tall-- because I like it a bit longer!! fits perfectly!!!! I will of course not ski in this ... its a nice ... put on right after I ski with my suit! its light and airy and cannot say enough about it! its makes me feel younger ... not super stupid looking for someone my age either! i had to keep checking back nightly. hourly even to snag the pink one finally when it when in stock!! my guess is when one gets returned they put it online and once someone buys it, it goes out of stock again-- so if you want a certain color check ALL the time!!! and hope someone does not like thier ... returns it for YOU!!

I LOVE this skort. I didn't realize that ladies were wearing skirts for running until I went to a popular race in my town a couple weeks ago. It seemed like everyone and their mother was wearing one! Then I saw a picture of this item in a magazine and I loved how it looked. I just got the skort today and it is so comfortable. I can tell it will be great and comfortable for running. I ordered it in blue and it is a beautiful color. Living in FL it gets very warm so it seems the fabric willl keep me cool. I've order it in pink as well and am waiting for that one to arrive. So adorable!!

Perfect!
Love this ... Many running skirts are too straight and/or too long for ... taste ... ruffled layers allow me to look cute whilst working out. The fit is perfect, the material breathes well, and the shorts underneath keep me covered. Roomy pocket is great for stowing nutrition, cell phone, id, cash- all at once! I came back to buy more :D

Love it
I have worn it to ... gym a couple of times and Love it. I have ran in it. I am debating between this ... another Athleta ... Disney Princess 1/2 marathon this Feb. Thank you for making tall options. I am 6 ft tall and love running skirts ... most places do not offer them in talls.

Perfect length
I'm an older woman who plays tennis and was finding it difficult to find tennis skirts that were long enough (seriously, only the young girls should be wearing those short skirts). I'm 5' 10" and ordered the tall length. The ... perfect length to cover ... upper thighs. The ruffles create just the slightest volumn ... don't make the hips look big. If you prefer a straight fit this may not be the ... also purchased the Wavelength ... which I also like. It gives the same amount of coverage ... no ruffles.

Fun ...
Skirts are so much fun to run in, they say "I run like a girl and am proud of it". This one is no exception. When I ordered this ... little afraid that it may make ... hips look to big ... lays just right. It's a little heavier than most other skirts ... great for temperate days. Its stylish enough to wear out running errands or shopping. Lots of fun.

LOVE this skirt..does run a tiny bit big though. PLEASE make it available in white, along with as many of your others skirts as you can! Many tennis clubs only allow white clothing so I cannot wear this to ... club.

I was SOOOOO disappointed when this skort sold out in small. I saw it online and decided to wait a day or 2 to purchase and when I went back, it was sold out. I ordered the M and it was too large.I ususally wear a M in tennis skirts (5'2, 127) and this was just hanging. ... SO CUTE!! The Fabric was perfect for hot days and the style was original. When I called customer service for the reorder date, they said they were not getting it in again. Please reoreder this one....it's a keeper.

Best piece of clothing I own
This is the most versatile, comfortable piece of clothing I own. Perfect for any time of the day and any activity, and a "must" for traveling. It dresses up and down. Most important, it's a true fit. I'm a tiny, fit gal and tired of supposed size 2s and size 0s that still fall off me. Gonna order another one now, cuz it's just so cute!

I have 3 other pair from another company but thought I would give these a try for different colors. Fit is a size bigger and the inside short is a little snugger. It could do without the inside draw string. I cut mine out. It is hard to tell if they are true to size I have recently dropped 40lbs and it seems as though some company's have been playing with there sizes again. This company I take an 8 for the correct length and size the other company I take a 6T. These are very comfortably and I am very glad I purchased them. Since the weight loss I were skirts alot more and less shorts, but needed something to use for very casual and for use on the boat. Definetly worth the purchase.

I am 5'8" and 155. I ordered the size 10 regular. My figure isn't the most curvaceous, as I've had two babies and am trying to get back to looking like my old self. I have a little bit of curve, but more of a straight figure. This skirt rocks!!! I tried it on to check the fit and don't want to take it off! Some commented on the buckle in the back.... if you are lucky enough to have some curves, then I guess it might be a problem. For me it sits flat and I don't notice it. The short portion of the skort is so thin and lightweight, I barely notice it's there. On me, it doesn't stick to the skirt. Pockets are perfectly designed with ergonomic like angles. The length it acceptable for work or play. I wouldn't mind a bit shorter, but it isn't too long and frumpy (with my middle finger on my knee, skirt line comes to the middle of my palm).My husband and children love it too!! I am now going to go and order another color. Oh, I got the blue - It's great....not too bright or dull, just right to be completely versatile with about everything I own. I couldn't be happier. This skort will go hiking, to dinner, to the lake....any and everywhere.

Great for Hiking
Amazingly cute skort that is cool and comfortable for hiking. I also plan of golfing in it. I am 5'10, 145 lbs and normally order Tall sizes in everything athleta. However, because I wear tennis skirts alot and like the shorter length, I was surprised that when I ordered this skort in a regular length it was still too long for my liking. So I exchanged for a petite 8, which fits perfectly and is still long enough for good coverage while hiking up hills and scrambling over rocks, but short enough for the legs to get some sun rays. I would recommend the petite if you wear active skirts alot and are used to the shorter lengths while exercising. It is still plenty long, even on my tall frame.

Fabulous fit!!
It is not easy to find a great fitting skirt for everyday wear, but this skirt absolutely hits the mark! I prefer my skirts to hug my hips, no poof (sz2 or xs, 120lbs). TIP: There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between REG length and PETITE!!! The regular length has NO shape and almost knee length! But the same sz 2 in petite was cut VERY nicely (hard to believe it is the same skirt)!! Lays flat, hugs the hips nicely with slight flare at bottom and very flattering from the back (slight downside is that it's an inch shorter than I prefer, but totally workable). The fabric is wonderful, soft and resistant to creases so it always looks fresh, and the inner liner is very light weight and comfy (and perfect for windy days). I immediately bought in several colors. If you enjoy showing your shape, make sure to grab these before they sell out!

I love skirts- I wear them all summer long. I saw this skort and found it so appealing. When it arrived it is exacly what I was hoping for! The undershort is fitted but stretchy and makes it so comy to wear without worrying about revealing too much. I got the black and it is a nice deep black - not faded out like some can look. I do agree with other reviews, I do not like the snap on the back and will probably cut it off because everything else about this skort is wonderful! I am 5'3" and 130. I ordered the 6P and it is perfect in length and overall fit. It is short - about midthigh - I wouldn't wear it in a work environment but it is a perfect fun length for everyday wear and hiking. I can't wait to wear it with my black boots and a cute sweater! and I am going to order more colors....

This fabric is amazing.
So. I've had this skirt for the weekend and when I first received it I thought it would be too long. I'm 6'0" and I ordered the tall length. I could probably be just fine with the regular length. It hits just at the bottom of my quad muscle above the knee. Anyway, I have been buying cheap skirts elsewhere for too long. I had bought the "Walk in the Green" skort last year and fell in love with this water/abrasion resistant fabric and decided even if it was a splurge, I would spend the money on Athleta skirts made of this fabric because it is worth its weight in gold. It doesn't end up being too thick/bulky/heavy for summer either. It's just perfect. This is my first "dipper" purchase and I love it. As others have said, the loop in the back is quite odd but I wouldn't let it discourage you from buying the skirt. obviously people will look at you and not think that you have a bizarre tumor growing out of the top back of the skirt :)

This is a cute skort. I do not usually like to wear dresses or skirts but thought I should update what I have and get something that would be versatile. I ordered a 6P at first but exchanged for a 4P and the 4P fits very well. I am wondering if even I could go with the 2P because even the 4 fits a little loose. I think this skirt may run just a tad big. I gave it 4 stars because the side of the skirt where the bottom zip pocket is, it flares out more than the other side. I really think I'll like this skirt for being on the go this summer when we go from parks, hiking or bike riding and then going out to eat. I am 4'11" and the length is great for me. It's so hard to find a skirt that doesn't make my short legs look even shorter but this skirt is perfect for me.

Fun skort
I really like the Dipper skort, it's fun to wear instead of shorts and it dresses up the day. Great material, very comfortable. Have gotten several complements. I am 5'9", 150 lbs and size 8 fits true to size. When I ordered my first skort (in Meteor) the rep warned me about it running small according to the first reviews. so I agreed to try the Khakina in a 10 as well. The 8 fit me better, looked slimmer. I wasn't quite as fond of the Khakina color and since it had to go back, I got the black; very pretty. I agree about the back buckle thing - not sure why it is there and it pulls down funny therefore bunching up under my tops. I plan on removing it. That's why the 4 stars. I like the mesh shorts although it seems to creep up a bit on the Meteor but not on the black. I am anxious to try it with boots this fall. Thanks Athleta!

Whoa Nellie! 14 Inches!!!
I ordered this skort in the Petite 4. I usually wear a petite from Athleta (5ft. 2 inches, fit 133lbs) and mostly wear a 4 but sometimes a 6, and usually a small in skirts. So, I expected, as per the website, for the skort to be 15 inches in length and when I opened it up I knew right away that it was too short for me! I tried it on and WOW!! I am fit and in pretty good shape, but it looked terrible on me that short! (Maybe someone a lot younger than me wouldn't mind but pushing 40 I just didn't think it did anything for me!) So I measured it and low and behold it only measured 14 inches, not the 15 they stated on the website. I sent it back and re ordered the 4 in the regular length. Hopefully that will work because overall it is really cute, the color blue is beautiful and I can't wait to wear it!

Frumpy mess
Big disappointment. Other skirts I have ordered were all well made and fit great, but this was my first skort. The material was very thin and the inner short was made of mesh - the two stuck to each other and rumpled badly in the front crotch area. It seemed like the inner and outer weren't sewn right. The back area also rumpled for unknown reason. Color and style would have been great otherwise, if this came in a better fabric without the skort I would love it. I ordered a size 8 reg like my other skirts and this one was also too big, but a smaller size would have make the already tight inner skort worse and it wouldn't have fixed that the waist/hips of the skort seem out of proportion. I have a 28" waist, 38" hips - 5'9".

Dressy ...
I have several Athleta skirts and this is the one I go to for dressy occassions. I am 5'8" and 150 lbs, waist 31, hips 39, inseam 33. The 8 petite is perfect. Yes .. 8P. I like skirts to be ~2 inches above the knee and the 8R hit my at the top of my knee. I have khakina which is a pretty gold khaki. I have a friend who has grey color and it's a beautiful grey (She is 5'9" 128 lbs and has the 4P). The material is very soft.

Just right for winter
This ... just right for winter wear - substantial, but soft, fabric and looks great with tights and boots. I'm 5-5, 125 and ordered a 4. The waist was a bit loose, but the ... has an internal drawstring which can be used to adjust the waist to just the right size without detracting from the overall fit. The ... fits smoothly, but not tightly, over the hips. Worn somewhat below the natural waist,the ... extends right to the top of the knees. The olive is a dark olive, almost a grey brown, and goes well with a variety of tops. I particularly like skirts with pockets so I can stuff a few things in the pockets and leave a purse at home. The ... has two in the front and in the rear. I haven't yet decided whether I'll take this ... longer travels because it doesn't pack as small as some of my other skirts and just a teeny bit too informal for ultimate versatility. However, it has already become a favorite for wear at home.

Soft and Comfy
I don't wear skirts unless they're A LIne. I have a small waist and big rear- I wear a size 14 to fit around by rear. Well I got this ... surprisingly I LOVE IT. I got it in purple and pair it with thick tights and boots. Since it's big in the waist, I have a big chunky belt I use. Yes, there is a drawstring inside, but I find that it bulges if I tie it off. Soft, easy to wash. Husband loves that it hugs my curves and is shorter than I usually pick out!

I absolutely love this ... had purchased one last year and with the rate that I have worn it, decided to purchase one in another color this fall. The fabric and colors are great for fall and winter wardrobe and the style and fit are both comfortable and flattering to the body. I can say that I wear at least one of these skirts at least once a week. Sure, I would love to have one in every color!

Great ... great quality
A great ... fit to everything... will look great with a sweater and boots. Also a very nice quality fabric. I like it that there is a string inside the waist as I always have the issue that pants and skirts fit me in the hips but end up way to loose in the waist. The string takes care of that, but the ... not even too loose to start with. I got a size 8 and I am 5'10 at 148 pounds. A size 8 fits great now but I sure can't gain any weight on the hips or it will need to be a size 10... :-)

This is a fabulous ... fall and winter. Like so many other reviewers, I found that one was not enough. I am 48 and don't want to waer skirts that look like I have raided my daughter's wardrobe, but I don't want grandma clothes, either. (Apologies to the active grandmas out there!) This ... perfect. I am 5'6" and 120# w/ a 27" waist, and the size 4 fits well.

Perfect ...
This little ... perfect for a fun, casual ... color (plum) goes well with a surprising number of tops. The fabric dresses it up and makes it a better alternative to denim. It's comfortable and has just the right amount of stretch.

Love it
I love this ... bought it in black and it is super cute. Seems to be running a little bigger than expected. I usually order a size 4 in most banana pants, skirts, etc. This one is a little loose in the waist and I am worried about stretching. I'm going to order a different color in the 2 and see how that fits. Definitely will keep the black but may exchange for a smaller size.

This ... rocks!
I am a big fan of skirts and this ... has proven to be one of my favorites. I have it in two colors and plan to get more. It is stylish and comfortable. May be a little too casual for work most days, but perfect for dashing around town, running errands, hanging out with friends and date nights!

Cute.
This is a cute ... great buy on clearance. One problem I have is that sometimes my skirts or pants/jeans stretch out after fitting perfect and then they look sloppy. Unfortunately that happens with this ... but I will just have to wear a belt to cinch in the top and keep it on my waist. Really cute and stylish- I really love it. I wear it with my Tsubo boots that I purchased from athleta and a black top and I think it looks fantastic!

Nice fabric
I like velvet and this looks good with leggings and my Ugg boots. The waist runs large and the fabric gaps a lot in the front but I was not able to find another I liked better. Overall, I am never impressed with Athleta skirts although I love the pants and vests. I always have problems with skirts as well as their dresses. Much of it is that the side seams often do not match because they are sewn crooked in the factory.
