yoga ... extraordinare
Little did I know how solid and durable this ... would be when I ordered it. I could see the details with the enlarged view, but it did not give adequate justice to the construction, detail and function. I am most pleased. The pink would not likely have been my first choice, but with the gray straps, the contrast between them neutralizes the pink. My mat slides in easily, as does as much other gear that I need for the trip. The interior is organized well, too.
Purchased this yoga ... 2 months ago. When I received it, I thought it was just a little bit too big for my needs but I decided to keep it and try. I'm glad I did. If I want to run before yoga, my sneakers fit in the ... along with my mat, water bottle, strap and towel. There is an outside pocket for my ipod and two inside pockets. It's a terrific ... one other person in my yoga class liked it so much she bought one too. It is very well made also. I've seen some yoga bags that the strap comes off and you can use it in class - that would have been a nice feature here.
A ... all your workout needs
I wanted to wait to write this review so that I could give a proper response. At first, I felt this ... too big - it's larger than most yoga carriers. The more I used it the more I became impressed with it. I can run on the treadmill before class and have plenty of room for both my gym clothes and my yoga mat. So, overall, I am very pleased and I'm sure I will find more uses for all the room.
LOVE this ...
I am an avid internet shopper but have never written a review before now. I absolutely LOVE this ... have been practicing and teaching yoga for more than ten years. I have a Manduka black mat which is longer and thicker than most mats, and it is so hard to find a ... works. This one has it all... lots of interior pockets and a really handy inside ... they are showing for shoes but I will certainly use for sweaty towels after a hot class. My only negative is that the ... only comes in one color... Thanks, Athleta, for perfecting the yoga mat ...

I am an avid online shopper but have never written a review before now. I love this ... have been teaching and practicing yoga for more than ten years. I have a large Manduka black mat that doesn't usually fit in all the cool and functional bags I see promoted. I reviewed the measurements on this one several times and then bought it. It arrived yesterday, and it is perfect. I love the little ... inside that they show with shoes, and I plan to use it for my soaking wet towels after class. There is room for my Manduka and my rug in here and pockets for phones, keys, business cards, you name it. Thank you, Athleta, for getting a good looking and functional mat ... right!
yoga ...
I thought the shape was ideal, until I started to use it. You can get your towels and mat inside, but there's really no where to put your water bottle if you bring one with you. Carrying it, I bump into my fellow yogis in the hallway - a little more cumbersome. I do like the fact that it has a lot of pockets and the little pouch to carry wet clothes is a nice perk.
WAY TOO SMALL
This ... does not have extra room for anything but a mat and blanket, no room for gym shoes, water bottle, extra shorts. Returned it and found my son's bat ... little league had enough room for everything I need to bring to the gym so I don't have to carry two bags.
