yoga tops - reviews

Worth the money!
I love this sizzle and get compliments on it every time I wear it. It is so soft I even like to lounge and sleep in it. I am a small C and ordered a medium because the reviews said it was too tight. I wish I had ordered the small, but I don't won't to return the medium because it does fit. I have a small waist and a big rear and love that this shows off my waist and stays down over my rear while doing yoga. I have no problems with my chest falling out during downward dog etc. I definitly feel sexy and empowered wearing this one.

Great Halter
Love this halter ... very flattering great for everyday wear with skirts, shorts, capri's etc. Fit wise: I go back & forth between a small & medium at Athleta. I ordered both and the medium fit much better - I am a 34C. Not the greatest for yoga, the girls were coming out the ... alittle. It is tighter around the bust and a little looser around the waist but still has great shape to it. I highly reccomend it - and will be buying more colors.

love the color!
The seaming on this halter is very flattering, I don't think I will use it for yoga only because it is a bit low cut. But it is perfect for everyday running around. I usually wear a 2/4, and the S fits really well. The color is very pretty and love the cut of the neck line. The waist is a little loose, but still very cute.

Um, LOVE IT!
This ... SO pretty! I feel beautiful in it and so will you. I teach yoga and this is a great ... am a small and this ... fits well and even has breathing room on the sides, which I love. The chest support is great, but you must tie the straps well around your neck, esp in down dogs and planks. =) I would buy it again.

sizzle halter
really pretty, able to adjust fit with ties; makes my shoulders look gorgeous; very comfortable and even nice enough for active every day wear; I usually wear it for yoga and I had to do a lot of tightening/adjusting during first time to get it right I am pretty lean and barely a B cup but it is so worth it, such a feminine fit I want all the colors

great ...
I am really happy with this ... - I wear it primarily for yoga and the other reviewers are right, you might feel like the girls are going to fall out of this during some poses. But I'm not sure if that is just because I usually wear much more modest (boring) stuff to work out in - I've never had a problem and it is long enough that it doesn't ride up during sun salutes. This ... looks great and is very flattering (show off the arms and shoulders you've gotten from yoga!) About the fit - yes, it does seem designed for a woman with 'help' in the chest area; as the only woman in newport beach who doesn't have implants, I'm used to this! 4 stars for the fit issue in the bust, and the price is a little steep.

Hot Hot Hot Little Workout ...
Love this little halter! I teach weight training infused with yoga and pilates and this ... kept me supported and looking great thru the whole workout. Would love to see this in more bright colors. Highly recommended! I bought two! The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because it's a little pricey.

Not enough support
I absolutely LOVE halter yoga tops. LOOOOOOOVE them. One of my first yoga tops was a halter ... Athleta back in 2004 and I still wear it. However, every other one I've tried, from any brand, since then, and my breasts spill over and/or show too much cleavage. Being a yoga instructor as well as a student, it's inappropriate for me to be showing cleavage (I know I'm in the minority here, but I personally don't like to show mine). Everything about this ... perfect - the cut, the color, the flattering fit, but when coming into a forward fold, or even standing poses like triangle or extended side angle, my breasts are coming up over the ... am 5'4", 125lbs, and have a 34C chest. I would buy this ... 17 different colors if it had about an inch more fabric at the ...

a little too low for my liking
LOVE yoga tanks in the halter style. Love them! Years ago I got one from Athleta and I still wear it to death. This ... so flattering, from the way it accentuates defined shoulders to the lines down your middle, and it's the perfect length. I am debating if I want to keep it or not. I'm a size small with a 34B/C chest, and I feel slightly inappropriate wearing this. Then again, I'm not only a yoga student, but I'm also a teacher, and feel I shouldn't be showing my cleavage so I might be a bit on the conservative side regarding the cut. I wish it was cut a bit higher up so I wasn't spilling over the ... forward folds and even standing poses like extended side angle.

So cute, BUT.....
I love, love, love this ... however, it is so not functional for yoga. Once you are in any bent over position your "girls" are spilling out of the ... halter. I love halters and how they define your shoulders, but this one is very loose at the ... very revealing. It's definitely well made and high quality, but not practical for a yoga instructor, like myself. I don't think the class would be paying attention to anything but my "girls"! ;)

I was disappointed with the functionality of this ... during Hot Power Yoga where you are moving alot and twisting, etc. My 36c chest almost popped out several times - so I was distracted by this and needed to adjust it several times. Otherwise, it is very pretty and did fit nicely but not when you're doing a challenging yoga class. I'm not sure if it will fit better after a few washes, I'll try it again but probably during home practice.
